Guy Diakow: Bush league, stay away. It took a month to receive an absurd, insultingly high quote. Clearly COVID price gouging or not interested in the work, but not enough class to say so. Exactly the type of business practices that lead to elderly being taken advantage of.

Dave Hurt: I had iron hand rail installed on my front porch August 2020. I supplied a good Sherman Williams outdoor metal paint to the company and they painted handrail. 8 months later hand rail was completely covered in rust. I called the owner and his response was we live in Michigan you need to paint the handrail multiple times a year to prevent rust. Beware of this company unless you want to paint your $1600 hardrail multiple times a year

Rich Thompson: MST Steel is one of the few service centers that I've found that stock material for hot stamping. I'm am responsible for keeping our presses running. We do hot stamping of Cold Rolled and Aluminized Boron steels. Most of our purchases are mill direct, but when the mills run late or we need small volumes, we can always find it at MST. They are really knowledgeable on these products and will even sell a few sheets for our prototype needs. They stock Press Hardenable Aluminized to the Tesla TM-2014 HF-950-1300-MnB, Ford WSS-M1A357-A14, General Motors GM14400-ST-S-HS1300T/950Y-MS-AS60G60G-U, & FCA MS.50002-PHS950Y1300T-AS60/60. I think they also do work for the transplants, but I really don't have much experience with those specs as we do very little of that work.

Jack Thompson: I work for an auto stamper and our purchasing agent ordered 300,000 pounds of dual phase steel when it should have been galvanized. We realized it and only had 2 weeks to get parts stamped. MST Steel had the material available and was able to get to us within three days and we met our deadline. Thanks for saving the day!

Scott S.: I guess these people dont need new customers. The company I work for wants to do a pilot run of parts for Chrysler. They have Chrysler spec steel. I sent these people two emails and called only to get an answering machine. 5 days later and still no word back. I guess 5 tons of steel is not enough for these clowns to worry about. MST sales staff seems completely unprofessional by not responding even if they didn't want so little initial volume. Fortunately one of their competitors also had what we needed and had the mental capacity to respond to a RFQ. We will be able to make our schedule thanks to the other guys. I think some one(s) at MST needs to loose their jobs. If you need a quote dont waste you time with these unprofessional people. If Chrysler likes what we do it will be the other guys selling us the many tons of steel going forward.

Daryl B: The main problem I see with this show and his knowledge is that, when he worked on the Porsche for the lady, he installed an air damn on the back of it. The fact of the matter is, if the vehicle requires an air dam on the back of it, the Manufacturer will install one. If it is not needed and does not require one,they will not install it. If you are adding one after,you are designing against the car/vehicles true structure and working against the way the vehicle handles. So "DON'T DO IT"!

Melissa Wilson: I cannot recommend this company for a fence. They talk up the warranty, but when it comes time to use it even for a quick job they will not follow through. Overall good points were the person quoting was friendly and the installers were friendly and efficient.The part that warrants the 1 star, is the owner's abrasive attitude to the customers. Also, they talk up their warranty but when you call them, they will find a way out of resolving the issue. In our case, one side of the gate has dropped 2-3 inches in a little over a 1 year of being installed. This may be due to the fact they installed it in the winter or just didn't tighten something up. I have seen neighbor's fence gates not move and they are about to the end of their projected life. We are told that this is a quick fix and to resolve it ourselves. All we asked was that if it is a quick fix, why don't they send someone out when they are on their way to another job? This is not an option for them.I cannot recommend this company because if you do have issues then they will not resolve them.Service:Chain link fence installation

Whoever was on the phone early yesterday morning sounded like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Monday’s aren’t for everybody I guess. But doesn’t matter anyway. I’ve already set a date for next month with a new company. Have a blessed one.I called to see if they serviced my area, and the over the phone representative’s tone wasn’t too friendly or enthusiastic. And he kinda hung up on me.
