I supplied a good Sherman Williams outdoor metal paint to the company and they painted handrail. 8 months later hand rail was completely covered in rust. I called the owner and his response was we live in Michigan you need to paint the handrail multiple times a year to prevent rust. Beware of this company unless you want to paint your $1600 hardrail multiple times a year

Andrew Kellerhals: I'm not sure why others are complaining. I had a 0900, arrived and checked in at 0830 and was rolling out by 0915. When you arrive, park on Fisk Ave and walk inside and through most of the building to get to the check in window. Then you'll go back to your truck, hopefully passing the forklift operator on your way, to get your tarps and all but 2 straps off while on the road. They'll tell you when to pull in and get you unloaded. There is no overnight or "long term" parking, so don't plan on hanging out.

Aza K: Service they gave me truly amazing; totally rude lady at shipping office, who was on the phone with her friend obviously and you have to be quietly wait.Had an appointment at 12:00pm, I wasexpecting to get loaded at least by 1:00 or 2:00 Hell no they started at 5:00, and guess what that had one crane they use for other things, so after they started loading they had to switch from me to other stuff that needed to be moved. I won't even describe how clean was the facility, one star should say everything about this facility.
