Millermake Studios: Working here was probably one of the poorest and shortest experiences I had. I was a CNC Lathe Operator and the fixture that held the parts I was running broke. The machine started to act up so I went and got one of the bosses. He then proceeded to blame me for the machine going wrong and then humiliated me in front of everyone that was near me. Very poor management and workplace relationships. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work here. Oh yeah no lunch breaks either. This is not the ideal place to stay at for a future career.Because I didn't stay for 4 months, they took all the hours I worked for in my paycheck and had me work for free.Be careful. Screw is in the company name for more reasons than one.Lady at the front glass told me that they couldn't pay me unless I signed the paperwork after I quit. I then got the check for my hours and it was reduced to zero.
