The owner and his lackey employee caught an attitude accusing me of wanting to get free stuff. Won't ever come back.

JTSBIKES JTSBIKES: The guy named Jeff Meltzer is rude and should not be employed. I emailed with him several questions and he answered 1 of them. He didn’t answer any of my questions so I called him and he said he call right back but hung up abruptly. I waited 3 hours and no call back. I called back and didn’t answer. Sent him a follow up email and he said his time is more important than mine and he don’t have time to talk to me. Just horrible service talk to anyone but this guy. Jeff sells audio out of this business all the time. He goes through audio like toilet paper.
CJ Thompson: Horrible customer service. I can't believe how disrespectful and incompetent everyone was. The worst part, though, is that the product is complete garbage! Absolute swindlers. Buyer beware!

Alicia and/or Mike Needham: Was a customer of Brighton Cleaning Supplies, for my husband's insulation company, as well as for our home supplies, until our move to Northern Michigan in 2005. Pete is an amazing person - congenial, knowledgeable about his products, and stocked everything you'd ever need in the way of cleaning supplies and products. Am ready to replace a home paper-towel dispenser that has performed well for more than 14 years, and am hoping that Pete still carries the Palmer product I'm looking for. Also, when we moved north, I purchased 3 entry carpets that Pete said would last forever - and he was right. The carpets LOOK LIKE NEW 14 years later and do the job they were intended for. Pete and Brighton Cleaning Supply deserve more than 5 stars.

Brian Crouse: Brighton Cleaning lost our trust and our business. What a disappointment! Found out we were getting over charged and so we changed suppliers. Then we got a bill for dispensers we no longer have that go back 7 years. Careful what you take on "loan" while paying for their high priced product. After spending $132,000 with them over just the last 8 years, they took us to small claims (which was dismissed) over 6 and 7 year old equipment they valued at $1,594.45 and are trying to bill us at full price ($110.50/unit) even though their agreement states "negotiable price" which Pete told me was usually billed at a 50% discount. We went to Tri-County Supply and purchased the same dispenser for $35/unit new. Also, after replacing a chemical dispenser whose settings were under Brighton Cleaning's lock and key, I believe we are now using 1/3 the level of chemicals. There are enough problems here that there's no way I would recommend this company.
