Once Jason talked with us we knew we chose the right company, Jason was extremely personable as well as professional. Sivana Amato: I would give no stars but …..We unfortunately had a terrible experience with Pro DJ Service. It felt like they just didn’t listen to what we wanted and didn’t want to make the night special for us. They did a terrible job reading the crowd. They ruined our bridal entrance song. It’s really frustrating because right before the entrance, Jason came in the bridal room where I waiting and we talked about how he would play the music and the drums would be playing for about 10 mins and then when they are done performing you can announce that we will be cutting the cake. I explained it twice and asked if he understood and he was all on board. But he clearly did NOT Listen to me. He waited a few minutes after we entered the room, and immediately announced we were cutting the cake. He cut off the drummer and performers while still playing and it messed that whole entrance up. The drummer were so confused because we all just talked about the entrance!!! We awkwardly go cut the cake and then go to sit down. He comes up to us and was like oh sorry I didn’t know they were still playing. Do you want to redo it. Like the drummers were still playing and everything. There’s no way you couldn’t tell the difference of playing and not playing. Umm how do we redo our entrance?!?!Like he knew he messed up, He blamed it on the song being to short. As a DJ That’s your job to be in control of that.communicate that, find a solution to keep playing the song, remix, do something!! I could have just set up a speaker with Spotify and play music myself if that’s all he was going to do.He played the wrong mother/Son song for my husbands special dance with his mom. She was very sad & upset and looking forward to that moment she will NEVER GET BACK!He asked me if it was ok to take song requests and we told him YES! I had my mother come up to me (MOTHER OF THE BRIDE) saying that she went up to the DJ requesting a special Italian song she wanted to dedicate to us and he told her No. So I (the BRIDE ) had to stop what I was doing and go up there to tell him myself and he gave me such attitude. He started playing some dance Music and people started dancing and then would play random songs and guest kept leaving the floor. We told him to read the dance floor/ room. If people are dancing- play dance music, keep them dancing on the dance floor. You don’t keep playing slow songs past 9:30/10 O’Clock. When Hiring a DJ I didn’t realize I had to tell him how to do his job. There were a lot of small little things too. It was just an awful experience and everyone there saw how they acted and treated us. We had a lot of future brides and grooms in the room, definitely not a good look for their service. Waste of money and definitely ruined wedding memories we will NEVER get back!

Justice Bennett: I hired Pro DJ for my wedding in October and it could not have gone better. My DJ was Dylan and another gentleman (sorry forgot his name!) and they were awesome. They had the crowd engaged all night and he even let me jump in and spin for a little while!We also had videographer services through them and Dan did a phenomenal job. Our wedding video turned out amazing and my wife was completely satisfied. I would recommend to anyone getting married!Jason or Dylan if you see this I’m still interested in DJing some weddings for you guys!!!

Their paperwork and consult call were comprehensive - we told them what we wanted and they knocked it out of the park. Our guests were blown away by the constant tempo (very upbeat, no lulls) and the appropriate volume (loud enough to keep the party going, but not too loud so that guests at tables could have a conversation).
