Mammagiggio: Great trainers and staff. They are patient with dogs who may prefer to have only individual play. Great groomer who can handle dogs who may not appreciate a spa day. Love their social media photos of the dogs during play time and on seasonal party days!

Chris M: Love this place! Animal House Pet Services is a 2nd home for Lily while we are on our trips. She's been going there for 3 years and it's always been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and amazing with her. I esp love the pics they post of her on their media page on the days she's there. I can be assured Lily is taken good care of when we can't take her with us.

Carolina DePaula: They were very unprofessional. I planned everything well in advance. Came in first to do all the paperwork and scheduled a trial daycare day to make sure my dog would do well there. I was told she did but you’re not allowed to see the area where the dogs stay. I was told both times I was there by each of the owners that a reservation was not needed and I could just drop in. When the day finally came that I needed to drop my dog off before work, I got there and was told they were sold out! I was left completely helpless. I was on my way to work and my day was completely derailed. The owner just said she didn’t have the kennels and moved in to the next customer, never apologized, never explained why I was given the wrong information. Had I known, I would’ve simply made an appointment since I did everything well in advance preparing for that day. I also emailed them and never heard back from them at all. I had purchased a 5-day package and of course I can’t get a refund even though I never used any of the days. The front of the business is also dirty and falling apart. I recommend All American Pet Resorts Lakeshore instead, it’s also nearby, they are clean, professional and treat not just the dogs but also their owners with respect. UPDATE: I left the same review on their Facebook page and got blocked from their page so I’m not sure if my review even shows up on there anymore. I would beware of this business. If this is how they treat their people, I don’t trust them with my dog.

Lori Melvin: I can't say enough good things about Animal House. Getting a puppy during a pandemic was tough and we struggled to get him socialized. Everyone at Animal House was so helpful and patient with us and once we put Parker in training, he came out a totally different dog. The staff is so kind to us and our furbabies.

DAAN PAARKER: Very disappointed in treatment of our Pet and Manner towards Myself and Daughter by Owner. Un Professional. Owner/Trainer very aggressive in approach and was unable to stay calm and be patient upon first meeting of our dog. We were treated very rudely and dismissed in the parking lot as Animal House did not listen to our instructions on first introduction and created a Stressful situation for our pet and ourselves. They claim to be Trainers, but by the actions displayed on our visit I would not agree or advise taking your Pet to Animal House Pet services.

Cassandra Edwards: I can't say enough nice things about Animal House! Walter & Rosie loveeeee it here! I bring them twice a week and I know they're safe and cared for, and they come home pooped! I haven't spent a night apart from my little stinkers lol, but this is the only place I'd be comfortable boarding them. Highly recommend!!!

Mark H: If you are boarding your dog(s) and/or cat(s) anywhere else then your pets are missing out! These people are very dedicated to what they do. We are very happy to have boarded our Buddy and Roxy here. We were concerned since this is the first time they have been away from home but our concerns have been relieved watching our pets every day on their Facebook page. Attached a pic of the Thanksgiving dinners they prepared for all the pets boarded there over the holiday (owner's option). You guys rock!
