A Rogers: Amazing customer service from the manager at this location! I had an issue and he showed so much care and concern, which is so rare these days! Thank you Nate! Store is clean and very well kept! This is the only kfc I will ever go to! The food is always fresh!

Scott Suminski: Almost 20 minutes for a 3 item order...Only thing I had right away was my drink, because that was self service. Manager was busy on the phone, rather than ensuring workers were actually WORKING!!! Witnessed multiple workers just standing around rather than preparing orders. Felt like I was bothering whatever workers were doing before I entered the business. Place was not very busy at drive thru, so what takes so long?Parking: Nearly full parking lot, only one customer inside besides myself.

Kimberlie Johnson: I went through the drive through today with my mother and I was trying to specify my moms order and the lady at the register was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I was telling her my mom wanted cole slaw with order and the person had a blank stare so I told my mom I guess employees couldn’t care less what we wanted . Also forgot the soda that was ordered and honey mustard, which he said he also acknowledged. All in all, they really weren't listening and were too busy talking about quitting. 👎

Joseph Williams: Ordered online and waited damn near a hour before I got my food. Was told to pull into a spot and my food would be right out. While sitting and waiting, 3 other cars came through the drive thru and was served and left. I then pull back into the drive thru window and asked where my food was? I was told it would take 1 minute and to pull into a parking spot to help their drive thru time. Fact of the matter is...I don't care about your drive thru time if it's not efficient. It took almost 10 more minutes to get my food. I'm good on this place and won't be returning anytime soon!!!

Brianna Nickson: I called to make sure my order would be ready told the lady thank you and she just hung up on me. When I get there to pick up my order the man doesn’t say anything about not having my correct drink, he let’s me taste it and afterwards tells me it’s raspberry flavored. I ordered just a regular sweet tea, he could’ve said something. I get home I taste my chicken sandwich and it’s not spicy, when that’s what I ordered. I’m assuming they either knew they didn’t gave the spicy, and just like my drink, decided not to say anything, or somebody just didn’t make my order right….When I order something I’d like exactly what I ordered, if you don’t have it say something because I could’ve ordered something else or got a refund.

Jane SaintCyr: Literally came here for hot honey chicken tenders. They told me they don’t have them even though the website says you can pay extra to have the sauce thrown on your tenders. So I went with my next choice of a famous bowl. Drove way out of my way for this as the other kfcs were closed. Get home and open the bag to find a whopping three pieces of chicken on my bowl when normally there are a handful of popcorn chickens thrown on. Super disappointed and a complete waste of money as I essentially got a bowl of mashed potatoes with corn on them.
