Morton Chalom: What an excellent kite store and staff!!I have a stunt kite that broke years ago. I didnt know how to get exactly the right size replacement part, so I didnt get around to fixing it.Then I recently discovered Kites & Fun Things and so I took my kite to them.The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to measure the broken plastic part, worked with an aluminum part so it would fit, and now I have a working kite with a dar stronger connector!They also have an amazing selection of kitea and yard spinners. If you know a lady cyclist, they have the perfect present for her!

D V: I ordered parts from their web site which totaled 0.9 ounces. They charged me $6 for shipping! The parts arrived and were bigger than what they advertised. I notified them of their error and they admitted that their web site was incorrect. They offered a refund upon return of the parts. I already paid $6 for shipping and now they want me to pay shipping again, all because they mismarketed the parts. Be wary when ordering from this company!
