Destiny Jones: I’ve called the Kroger on Hoover in Warren Michigan by 10mile, 3 times to place a balloon order that i need available for tomorrow at 5pm. Saturday the phone for floral department just rang; no answer. Yesterday at 3:43pm a lady said no one was there for floral and to call back b4 3pm. I asked can they just take the message and give it to the team or management && that didn’t happen. Today 4/26/23 I called at 11:37am and was told no one would be in tomorrow so I’ll have to come in the store and wait for produce to help me. It wont be taken in advance because produce doesn’t check orders. The food is good to buy but it sucks trying to get balloons.

Ethan X: This location needs better management in terms of the products selection, presentation. I bought the juice today and it was not even in the system. The auto-register machine also needs some optimization: I moved my recycle bag to the bagging system, the system recognizes as the items not scanned. Worst experience.

Apparently you can be open but the cashier claimed she didn't have her till and expected me to ring up my huge cart of groceries in self check out. This is about 730 This morning. It's a 4 bag circle what am I gonna do with all my stuff? She got snotty with me and I left my full cart there. Went to Meijer down the road and they had two cashiers ready and waiting. Didn't have her till? Was she clocked in? Lazy lazy lazy. I predict this store closing soon. The employees are killing the place. Also called the store to speak to a manager and they just kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Garbage store. Garbage service. Never again..

Tabitha Bonam: Kroger is usually my favorite grocery store. But this Kroger never has grocery baggers. Also planning waiting in line for a long time. Most of the time they only have one register open. I waited 20 minutes in line today. Longer then it took me to do my shopping. It's sad. You know they make money they could hire more people and provide more jobs.Update: wish this was not the closest kroger to my house. I came in to buy just 1 thingtge line was almost to the back of the store. 2 cash registers open and 3 self check out. Who knows why. When the have 12 self check out. Its oy gotten worse.

John Morrison: This kroger is lovely and usually well stocked. The problem is that they rarely have more than one checkout lane open regardless of how busy it is. I went though the self-check because there was one cashier, and it cut me off as buying too many items despite not having a labeled maximum. NOT WORTH WAITING 30+ minutes to save a couple of bucks.

Needless to say if you get fresh produce from here make sure you really check the goods!

margaret husereau: Make sure you compare shopping before buying any pharmacy or drugstore items. For example the lumafi eye drops are $29 here for a .25oz size. But Meijers has the same thing for $21.59 . That's a $7 plus markup.

Lin: It's fine but I am sick and tired of the shoppers for pickup not informing me my order won't be ready in time even when I place an order well over 24 hrs ahead of time. This last time they called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up to say it wouldn't be ready. I also have been missing items numerous times. This is the last time I'll use the pick up service or this location because they are always out of items anyways.

Tracey LMT: Ordered a cake a week ago to be picked up today! The cake smeared and squashed. It looked like someone kicked it. And they also spelled the name wrong. Could not give me a new one as the cake decorator wasn’t there. I would Not want another cake decorated by someone who can’t spell the name correctly on the order and the writing itself was bad. You should probably go back to their resume and check the references because this person has never decorated a cake before! Never again!

I had my special needs daughter with me and she asked me for my pin to complete my transaction and then stole 548 dollars from me. latonya greene: I rarely visit this location and this is the reason why. The produce is NOT very good. Fresh fruit is not so fresh. My husband grabbed a dozen of eggs and all was cracked 😳, not only one but 2. We ordered a 16 piece of chicken, it was fresh and looked good but the taste was awful 🤢, it tasted like grease/oil an oily taste yuck😖! Customer service is good but the quality in products are very poor. I called the and spoke with management we had an excellent conversation and he assured me that the problem would be corrected and offered to correct the problem thanks .

Earth Elucidator: The people working are mostly nice and helpful but the store is becoming increasingly unorganized with increasing empty shelves. Shelves are thinning in all stores but this one seems to be having more issues.

Bryan VanEssen: This is the main store I shop at. I like it a lot because they have things always in stock and they usually have 3-4 cash registers plus all 6 self checkout lanes open.

kelly McIntosh-Butler: I did not approve of the older dark skinned woman in the deli department, standing around, laughing it up with a customer, making the older white gentleman do all the work. He waited on 5 customers while I was there waiting my turn, and she continued to just stand there and kept laughing it up with a non worker. I found this very disrespectful to all of us customers, and I felt ashamed for the way the man was being treated by her, in front of everyone. I could tell he was rattled in his nerves, working very hard and frantic. I even asked her directly, if she could help me get my food. She replied, "He will do it." Just an outwardly disgusting display of Workmanship. What is going on with management here at this location?? This occurred at 4pm February 14, 2023. Can we do better, please!

Salina Matthews: The worst Kroger in existence. There were several creepy older men trying to talk to little kids with their parents. And an abundance of old men complaining loudly about the cashiers.Please note for the rest: I think all problems below reflect badly on top level in-store leadership and corporate. Period. No cashier or team manager is responsible INOThis place is hell. You walk in the door and, right away, the aisles are haphazardly placed in a building in desperate need of a refresh.Every walkway is wide enough for two carts exactly. Being next to an older persons community this is catastrophic. People need space to move around other customers or stop and look without clogging up the space. It’s claustrophobic with how tall the shelves are.They are under staffed. The front end definitely needs to be raising wages and benefits to get more help. Or maybe it’s the company culture. They seemed tired and overwhelmed.The check out lanes were super narrow. Again hard to move around the cart for me and I don’t have any problem moving around. I can imagine if I was disabled or older this would be debilitating.Anyway, don’t go here. Not even if you have to.

Elvira Montana: This Kroger looks nothing like these pictures they have posted inside or outside. This Kroger is the dirtiest Kroger I believe I’ve ever been to. For once I had to use a public bathroom and I might as well have used a porta potty. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or 6. The fruit looks like you’re buying it from a second hand store. The shelves on the inside were stocked well, produce I would not buy from here. The bakery looks good and probably the cleanest department. The floral department has low inventory but also pretty clean. The entire store seems to need better management, especially concerning the cleanliness of a store where people buy food to eat. I live only a mile away from this Kroger but drive to the Kroger in royal oak. You wouldn’t even believe it’s the same brand of store. Possibly different owners? Not sure but go there and take notes and please revamp this entire store.

Valerie Moran: Stopped in at 10 min to 10 for butter. A Worker at the door claimed they were closed. I asked multiple times what time they closed. She then said they were short staffed. Really? No way for anyone to ring up butter? I dont appreciate wasting a trip and then having to go to Meijers after working all day. Will be contacting corporate. Store sold a heated brush that malfunctions. They refuse to rake it backeveneitj rhe receipt. Claim its a "final sale."

scott morrison: Black male cashier on lane 12, wearing ball cap and glasses just skipped over myself and the other white gentleman in line, and called the black shoppers from the very end of the line to his lane to checkout faster, even though we had been waiting much longer to check out.

Step5263: I just stopped at krogers to pick up a birthday cake for my brother and I ended up leaving the cake at the register. As me and my daughter began to put the grocery in my van, I didn't notice that I had left the cake inside. Low and behold one of the best customer service agent named Sherri brought the cake out to us. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! Keep up the great work!!

Lorri Parks: The store was well stocked with associates around to ask questions if you weren't sure where something was.I have a great deal on honey spiral cut hams that ring up at .89 cents a pound! Ours had over $20 in savings.We noticed that both of the cart corrals were being collected but the Kroger Associates were just hanging out there on their phones.

vid 1900: More expensive than Meijer or Aldi, but sometimes with road construction, you have to go to Kroger.Only 2 check out lanes were open during the late afternoon rush, so lines extended well into the isles.They had tons of posters up, claiming they were hiring at **up to** $14.75 a hour, so somebody please go and give them a hand.Check-out guy was pleasant, even though he was swamped.He did not have any Kroger customer loyalty cards, so if you wanted one to become a regular customer, you had to go back inside to the Customer Service desk. I'm not kidding.Otherwise it was a pretty average grocery store experience.
