Universal Nonstop: what do users think?
Owen Bradley: So much to do in one building. Had a pretty good time, great for kids
Jess: There are so many things to say. Several activities closed and were only for bday party guests. They need help at the snack bar, and you are checked by Warren Police before you can enter. That says it all right there. This place did not use to be like this when it first opened. Most of the workers, not all of them, looked like they did not want to be there, and if you asked them anything, most seemed immediately agitated. My niece almost fell and broke her neck in the playscape area. One of the nets completey broke, and Son had to pull her up by her leg and arm. I told a worker who was supposed to monitoring the play area, but instead on his phone. When I did tell him, he got up to go look. But came back to sit down, instead of closing off the area. This place is Ghetto and I wouldn't recommend going especially with kids.
Louis Williams: How you supposed to be nonstop but closed three days out the week?
Suprina Morton: I will never allow any of my Family & Friends come to this place of Business because it's the way they handle my Grandson's Birthday with my Son and Daughter-in-love!!!...They really need not to have any Birthday plans nor Special Events because they won't allow you to bring your own Treat Table Setup and they also mention that my Grandson's Cake couldn't be served to his Guest!...Etc. I'm very disappointed ☹️
Justin Williams: Paul gave me a great customer service and is the best worker you guys have he deserves a raise
Kemelo Johnson: T and Mari b was Very helpful
The Truth: Great place. A little pricey to eat
Gage Morgan: Me and my girlfriend came here on our anniversary and we were told not to pay for single attractions at the moment so we went along and both got the wristbands, but when we got in there we're hardly any employees around only reason there was an employee at the rock wall is because my gf asked to climb it other than that everything was closed no mini golf no laser tag no go karts no vr no escape room everything was shut down.. terrible experience
India Buchanan: Pizza was terrible. Has Limitations on decorations for the party room. Not worth the money
Jeriline King: They never answer their front desk phone, the contractions never works you waste time going up
Naruto Uzumaki: Weird for metal detectors
MsMoua01: It was pretty cool. My kids had fun. They have go karts, bumper cars, arcades, escape room, and a section for toddlers. You have to load money into the card and if you want access to all rides you can buy a wristband for unlimited rides. They can get really busy. One time I drove by to see if it was busy and the line was out the door.
Kevin Debrowsky: My kids got a Groupon for Christmas so we figured we would check it out. Biggest waste of time. They open at 12. We got there at 12:10 and nothing was open for them to do. The lady at the counter said the workers we just now coming in and it would be a bit to set up and get going. I drove 40 minutes to get here and didn't get to do anything. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will never be coming back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Motor City Tax Pro’s: Never call people back.
Daija Sloss: Impossible to get a return phone call from them regarding birthday parties ! I have left over 3 voicemails in one week. Unacceptable
Kay Wood: Place has the makings of a great time. Sadly the arcade games were not working and the ppl who are in charge of the day to day are quiet rude. I was there with my children for a birthday party but I will not be going back of my own accord. First impressions are truly lasting.
Kay Bell: Staff are very ghetto. I just left the place after a birthday party and it was terrible. The arcade games didn't even work. So they gave us a extra hour to play (didn’t even include the party room WHICH they didnt even tell us) after our time was up (nobody even knew) a staff told us “you can leave or I can call the police” No “Sorry your time is up” or “You’ve stayed over your limit I’ll have to charge extra” . Terrible service just terrible
Nic Gilskey: Boy, what a disappointment. It definitely has potential, but our experience was subpar largely across the board. We got Groupons for unlimited attractions for 3 hours and it included a $10 arcade credit. We drove an hour to get there, and found out the go karts were closed down for the entire day (a Sunday), which was a large portion of the appeal of the place in the first place. The VR was a joke, it's a rollercoaster style vr that seats like 12 and we got in line for that first. We waited at least 20 minutes for two rounds of it to cycle through at half capacity (there was only one employee and he is left to check and clean the headsets in between rounds), and by the time it was our turn there were only 5 working headsets. So our whole group of 6 couldn't ride together. One of the remaining headsets conked out halfway through the ride. Later in the day there was literally only one working headset. They should have a whole lot more headsets and a plan for cleaning them in between that doesn't involve the only attendant doing them one at a time between rides. The arcade games weren't working when we walked in, but thankfully those came on by the time we were done with the VR. The prize counter was closed the entire time we were there though, so that was an additional disappointment. Laser tag was fun but disorganized. The staff was largely ambivalent. Food was overpriced (expected), although the pizza was surprisingly good, drinks were not overpriced (unexpected and appreciated, probably the only reason I didn't go with 1 star). One of the minigolf courses was decent, the other was very boring, nothing dynamic (the car themed one at least had a loop and some other things to make it more interesting, but overall I find glowgolf to be flat and boring, and there were no score cards either). I wouldn't trust the staff with properly monitoring the rock climbing, they did not seem to care about safety at all. Overall, I wish this place success as it is a fun place in concept, but it is plagued by disorganization, the flow of the whole place felt off, the cleanliness was subpar, the staff was just mentally checked out and too few of them to really run the place proper, all said and done we will not be back and would not recommend in it's current state.
John Norris: Great place for a family fun day. Hit up Groupon and save a lot of money.
Jasmine: I enjoyed it, alot more calmer than what it use to be. The police check in at the door was amazing. FOOD is ok
Payne Tia Barksdale: I was disappointed that they didn’t have any slushy alcohol drinks (slushy machine was empty). And my bumper car kept having malfunctions. The food is served cold and has no seasonings. No good gifts in the gift shop after turning in your ticket for a prize. This place is overhyped! A lot of things I wanted to try was closed; like bumper cars and 3D rollercoaster ride. And couldn’t even go bowling either.

Revolution Laser Tag: what do users think?
Shirlene Peavler: I want to thank Kevin and the crew at Revolution Laser Tag. I am beyond happy how my sons 8th birthday party turned out. They did an amazing job and the kids had a blast and some parents even want to book parties there in the future and also some parents joined in on the fun . They are great with communication before the party if you have any questions and also during the party. Thank you again for an awesome time!!!
Candace R: We had my daughters 8th birthday here and everyone had a great time!! The staff was friendly and patient. The party was very affordable too!!
Melissa Kubiak: Affordable birthday packages and fun for all ages!
Kristyne Defever: The manager, Kevin, is so helpful. My daughter and her friends had such a good time at her birthday party. The party package is awesome and a great value. We also appreciate the support of local schools and churches in the community by this business.
Benjamine Coughlin: Very disappointing. Virtually no seating unless you are in a party room. I bought the “tag til you drag” for me and my boys and in 3 hours we were only able to play 3 games. I do NOT recommend.
Ex: Been playing here with my kids for years and it never gets old. Such a fun place to spend our time. Between the huge arena, arcade, and pleasant staff you can't go wrong checking this place out.
technologic80: Lots of fun. Gets busy on weekends, 1 major annoyance was having to skip games after buying the Unlimited pass because they are too busy, if you pay extra for unlimited you should be able to play EVERY game. I WONT make that mistake again, and recommend you dont either - dont fall for the scam "Unlimited". Just buy game-by-game.Bring your own refreshments. In between games they have ONE person working the counter. And hes SLOW. We waited, and waited, and waited..... gave up trying to buy a measly bottled water. Next time I will bring my own water.I didnt experience any problems with the equipment or the laser tag itself, was a lot of fun. Some of the staff come in too, so dont think you can get away with any shenanigans. I liked that. Was a good mix of ages, but mostly 12+. Everyone playing was cool. No drama. Again, DONT BUY THE UNLIMITED PASS. Dont waste your money like we did ours.
Nikki P: I am so glad we chose this arcade to host my son’s 8th birthday party!!I’ll start with when we came in, the manager and staff were very helpful in letting my son’s father and I everything about how the party is going to work. They let us keep our cupcakes in their fridge, told us when our laser tag sessions will be, got everything straight on the pizza and pop, and answers any questions we had. When all the kids arrived they all were checked in and given their wristbands and play card. We chose the Cosmic Commander party deal. Wow we got a lot for a GREAT price! Each one of the party guests received a 5$ arcade card, and we all got 3 games of laser tag. It really was a great deal and overall awesome experience. Not only did the kids have a great time, so did the adults!! Overall great place to have a birthday party! Thanks to all the great staff who helped us out!!
Freindly Neighborhood Spider-Man: The people here are great! I go here practically every other Friday and the owners of this place are really nice and I'm just also really good at Lazar tag😈
Angelica Kinder: Came all the way from toledo ohio for the 3 hour laser tag only to be told after our first round we had to sit out and wait for other groups necause they are busy today......I'm sorry but definitely should be posted so on site saying if we're busy it's not a 3 hrs tag til you drop like online says on your website will not be backWe left to one better and closer to home! Waste of gas and money
Maiya Budu: This place has great deals for pricing and is very fun for the whole family! We went for the Friday 5-8p unlimited laser tag deal which was only $15 a person (unlimited games!) They can hold something like 35-38 players per game (I can't recall which he said) and new games go like every 15 minutes so we played A LOT of games. It wasn't too crowded so we got to go in each round. They also have a 2hr unlimited arcade card so we played arcade games in between some of the rounds and then at the end. The 2 hr time starts when you use the card for the first time so we waited until about 6p to slide our arcade card so once 8p came, & our laser tag pass expired, we still had time for fun in the arcade!Big slushies for only $2, can of pop or bag of chips only $1 (that's the only food they have so eat before you come). The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they let me bring my toddler into the laser tag with me and made my gun be able to shoot 1 handed so I could hold my toddlers hand while still playing. That was nice so our family could all go together instead of 1 parent having to sit out.The laser tag space is really big & multi level. Classic arcade games like ski-ball, throw the ball at the clown, basket ball, and many others! Also, their prizes are actually nice! And you can get a lot of stuff for the tickets you win in that 2 hr time slot. Much better prizes than many other places I've gone.I'll also add that all the guests who came were also respectful and safe. There were kids of all ages including teens & pre-teens but no one ran over the little kids or was rude or anything. The more the merrier is how it went in the laser tag and they switch it up to do different size teams (like 2 teams, 3 teams, 4 teams or every person for themselves (free for all). It was great!Definitely recommend & will be returning!
Sarah Fabera: This is the 2nd birthday party we have had a revolution laser tag and again they did not disappoint. They continually check up on the party and make sure you have everything you need. Great place and great prices.
Jonathan Mayer: Great place for a kids party. They took care of us for everything and the kids had a great time. The staff is really good and friendly.
Kristi OConnell: Ehh not the greatest place it has decent laser tag but bout it. Wouldn't go back and I am far from bein boujie
Shi: Went last night and paid $20 for unlimited laser tag games and got a free drink with it. Was super fun
Matthew Dippel: It seems wrong to call this place "Laser Tag" because it evokes visions of expensive little arenas, long waits, and getting clobbered by little kids who can't seem to follow the "Don't Run" rule.Little kids: Yes. 7-13 is pretty common. But so are teens, 20s and some 30-somethings, and plenty of Moms/Dads (playing along with the kids). If the kids wanted to sit out a game at a competitor's place, I'd feel weird playing alone. I don't here (and I'm older than the 30-somethings). My kids love this so much that we've gone every other week for over a year.Price: Cheaper than all but the tiny one packed into that bar/go-kart place. Cheaper than most other "fun center" activities. A little more than Skating - $15 for 3 hours on Friday, $20 on Saturday and includes a drink. The arcade offers "unlimited play" for some time period along with credit-based play using a card system (that also stores ticket values). It's really hard to find a better deal, especially when you consider ...Arena: Biggest in Michigan. Biggest outside of one in New York and one in Illinois on this half of the country (and on-par with both), and beaten only by a couple on the West Coast. This isn't a "big room with walls" ... it's a two-story *maze* that you can return to several times and discover new things about. There's very few places that offer "true" cover but many places that seem deceptively safe. It limits players "camping" (hanging out in a difficult to hit place the whole game).Equipment: Laser Force -- $10 membership cards get you a custom name, score tracking with achievements and a features added to the game as you level up. Laser Force is used at a *lot* of arenas (the little one at Kalahari in Sanduski, and a smaller arena in Warren, for example), and the cards (usually) work there, as well (you also receive an achievement). Everything actually works, too!Waits: 15 minute games, if the players are aware of the rules they skip the explanations/videos, little-to-no delay between games. If they're not busy, they'll get you in back-to-back in that 3-hour block. If they're busy, you'll do every other game, but you'll always get at least 4 in (making it a better deal than buying 4 games separately). They select game types based on the number of participants, not just going with "teams" every turn; it makes it a lot more interesting (and all of the games are at least as fun/easy as the "teams" variant).Getting Clobbered/Kid/Teens: Never an issue. They run a *great* operation here. This place *can* get busy in the winter months, especially on Saturday's afternoon session. They stop selling wristbands to ensure things move, they have security staff at night patrolling the parking lot ... I've gone every other week for over a year with my kids and there has not been *one* situation that concerned me as a parent. Either Laser Tag doesn't attract punk kids or this place keeps 'em out.
Jes Zamora: Brought a few friends with my 12 year old bday girl yesterday. Every staff member was beyond friendly. The girls especially had a great experience with young lady named Jordyn, who they called Ms Nice Lady. Was able to have "best birthday party ever" for a very reasonable price. We will be back for sure!
Blackheart Lives: A little on the dated side in the party room. Really could use a makeover. Otherwise a pretty standard arcade (some games work and some don't.) Overall the kids seem to have a good time.
Kathy Wagner: Our group had a great time and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Matthew Schang: Staff was awsome, changed things up so wasn't the same game over and over
Elegant Extraction: Had a great time yesterday with 4 kids. 3 games of laser tag and an arcade card for everyone for under $100 is great value. $1 for soda. Friendly staff too, special mention to the girl at the prize counter for being so nice and patient with my kids.

Zap Zone: what do users think?
Tanner Scheys: Fantastic fun for the whole family. Highly recommend!!! Kurt Rules!!!!
mynisha taylor: Had a great time as always! Lots of "younger" kids' activities. Definitely loved the bumper cars and glow golf. My son and little cousins totally enjoyed themselves. The pizza was great and had a blast circulating through all of the attractions!
Ana Rivera: Clean, everyone polite, love the timers, my kids aged 3, 4, and 5 had a blast!! It was a Sunday and it was not crowded 🙌🏼🙌🏼Will definitely come back to this location!
Carl Dickens Jr: The kids had a great time.
Sara Zivkovic: My brother had a great birthday party at this place few times, I also really enjoy the arcade games, the staff is really nice and kind. I would recommend it to everyone.
Liliana Mejia Cruz: Fuimos con mis hijos y los 4 pasamos una tarde increíble. No lo conocía pero realmente nos gustó.
Shanice Lewis: The kids love to go to have lots of fun
Maria Cain: Only serve pizza and chips and all coke products….
Nicole P: We have been to Zap Zone a couple times now and always have fun. It's nice to have different choices for activities like mini bowling, glow putt-putt, laser tag, amongst several other things. The pizza prices are a little higher then I would like and so are drink prices with no free refills.
Charles Bella: We had a great birthday party here! A clean, fun place!
Fabian Mansor: So dirty
Dana Holmes: Food was terrible!! Not worth the price food was expensive which I didn’t mind paying but when I got my tenders and fries, I had about 4 waffle fries, and 3 small undercooked, greesy tenders for $11.00 +!! Pizza was like cardboard, please do better with food quality… Better quality food at Dave & Busters..
Joshua Brown: Amazing experience, I loved my time here
Paul J. Spear: For some reason this place is going down hill. So many of the arcades were malfunctioning and a lot of the laser tag vests were missing straps or guns didn't work properly.
Nece Baby: Rip off the end
Veronica King: It's a fun place for kids, teenagers and adults
Jake Black: Excellent place for family fun and games! We went for a birthday party 🎉🎉🎉 it was an excellent choice for a birthday party!! Let the kid's run Wild with games, bowling, putt putt, ninja obstacles and more!...... I recommend this place! Plenty of room for fun!!!
Lotus Thick: This place was so fun me and my family really enjoyed our family date night had lots of fun lots of games arcades and attractions to choose from.
Mark: This is one of the worst places to go to the management people are terrible and only a few of the staff members are nice I recommend not eating their food .
Dan Johnson: The glow put put golf was pretty fun For our entire party of 7 Definitely for all ages
Tiffani Dewhart: Went today for my daughter's birthday. 1st thing i was slightly annoyed by is google saying that place opens at 11am but it actually doesnt open til 12. So had to blow a hour in the area waiting for them to open. Then went to look at packages and it cost over $200 for my family of 7 to get 2 activities and $20 arcade card package. Was bummed they don't offer daily wristbands or better packages. We decide to do the actual trampoline areas to try to get more from our money because other attractions are a 1x only and we would of been done after 10 minutes. Anyways we all enjoyed our self in the trampoline areas. A absolute blast! Then to end the day with using our arcade cards and it was completely disappointing and a waste of time and money! Most games didn't work but still took your money. Twice a game broke while in the middle of playing it and the amount of credits it takes for 1 turn is kinda ridiculous. So I guess my take away from this is....unless ur invited to a party where its free to u or u go on a day that offers the unlimited wristband be prepared to spend a day or 2 of ur pay to cover having a little fun.
