Robin DeHayes: I was doing some very serious shopping. Was purchasing 2 bedding sets, 1 purse, 1 tote bag, earrings, 1 dress, 1 mirror 5 ceramic candle sticks, kitchen towels and some rugs. I made my way to the restroom and did my business. Unfortunately there was NO toilet paper in any of the stalls. I ended up using a kleenex from my purse. I found 2 employees and asked them for toilet paper and they gave me bacterial furniture wipes. Then i talked to the manager who was very condescending and when i questioned him he acted like it was bo big deal. How is this man a manager? Hopefully he found some or went to the store to purchase some!!So basically he threw away a 300.00 sale!!!I doubt i will ever return to your store! Your loss!Robin DeHayes

Mark Jackson: When the fitting room had no attendant for ten minutes I went looking with six items I wanted to try on. Approached two female employees asking for the fitting room attendant who couldn’t help. Finally one pointed to a large male at front of store. I went to him and asked to try on my selections. His attitude was that I was clearly putting him out but he walked to the back but as we approached he informs me it is the attendants lunch time and I would have to wait further. I said no I have no more time and was I forEd I needed to restock the items or wait! I again said no these are yours to keep and gently tossed the selections to his open arms. He started screaming I threw them at him and loudly orders me to “leave or be trespassed” .I turned and was walking to the door when he yells for another male to throw me out because I threw clothes at him! So the second male starts loudly ordering me out too. I was already on my way to the door. No problem I will never darken their door again.

Jubair Ahmed: Used to work here a few yrs ago, got paid less than the newer coworkers, I got paid $10.47 while they made $11, Bobby wouldn’t reduce my hours even though I was a high schooler, so I was working 9hr shifts as the greeter. Bertha the supervisor wasn’t any better had me do things that wasn’t in my job description. It was a whole mess, quit after 2 weeks n lots of people quit after me. Don’t work here if u value urself!! Bobby told me I just want a chill job and that I’ll never get an easier job, well he is dead wrong.

MzNita #bossychica: I bought 2 fur coats from them when they was at twelve oaks mall Novi (years ago). The coats were beautiful until you get caught in the snow! My elbows on the black fur coat looks like sheep skin and blue thread is showing. My brownish red fur with the hood looks worn out on the bottom back area. Funny thing is I rarely wore them because I have a plenty of coats! Great prices but the coats aren't meant to last sadly.

Haha...I take my nephew in here to see if we can find him a cheap shirt or something but aside from underwear and socks, there's just no reason to go here and especially with Burlington right now next door or nearby but still an overall good experience.Their cashiers try to make you feel inadequate but that's just capitalism and American culture combined so not a reflection of Marshalls but I tried to take something back yesterday and this woman damn near wanted my social security number...and I had the receipt and only for the manager to walk over and show her that she made a mistake.So I asked her how long she's been working here and she said over 5 years but I know, just another day of coincidentally bad luck thrown in certain people's directions and it is "those darn companies", I knw.But yeah, I love the store, otherwise

I went back the next morning with my receipt and tried to do an even exchange for the same hat, just without the hole, and the manager refused. I pointed out on the receipt it clearly states 'Refunds Within 30 days with Receipt' and that I was just trying to exchange it, and again she refused, and told me that it's my responsibility to check for defects before purchasing. Worst customer service ever.

They have such a huge variety of things there and it's much bigger than the Marshalls near my house so I love coming here when I head over to 12 and dequindre to shop. Just all the clothes they have all the home decor. I mean they got it all there. I mean honestly, this would be one of the greatest places to get like a huge gift certificate for for free or like a prize. Like spend the night at Marshalls and everything that you can fit in as many baskets as you can fit. You can take home would be yours lol haha. Such a great location

These employees take pride in their job. I had a pleasant shopping experience.

I’ve shopped online a very long time from the U.S.A to Pakistan to Canada to England and so on. And I’ve had to send every leather coat back to each vender as they weren’t up to the standards I was looking for. I received my new coat today and bellared so loud in excitement of what I received and how it fit that I scared my 4 year old grandson. Saying “now that’s what I’m talking about.” The full grain leather smell and feel and quality. A+++. Everyone should educate themselves on what top quality leather is all about and then purchase from REEDS. You WILL NOT be disappointed. High five to the Reeds group. Thank you thank you. Michael S.: Since about the early to mid-1980's. I'd purchased at least five leather coats of various lengths and styles here. All were exceptional fit and quality. It's been a while so I'm sure Mr. Huckleby that worked the door is long retired but I look forward to going in again soon. The 3/4 length (w/belt) leather I purchased here for $450 back around 1994 was selling for $950 in a shop in North Beach SF, CA. Same exact coat. I still have three of the coats I purchased there and they're all still in great shape, i.e. zippers working, seams strong, colors still strong, etc.
gretchen stampfl: I bought a jacket that didn’t fit. Returned in the same packing and company deducted $60.00 because it was wrinkled. If it needed special handled then it should be sent that way. BE AWARE!!!
John Marsh: This company is awesome; they have great employees and to name a few keisha who works the counter and roscoe (rusty) are some of the best people you can meet. Being a bigger guy I couldn’t get a vest for me and they custom made me a vest to ensure I had exactly what was needed. Their attitude and confidence along with being genuinely kind was more than I could ever ask for! You need leather? Go to this place period! I drove 9 hours 2 times to only deal with them because they’re the best.
Larry Jacobson: Be careful on mailing returns .They hit me up for a huge restocking fee .Rather than re4funding me $500 they only refunded $400 ( USD).this was never disclosed to me and they used some lame excuse the jacket was damaged in transit and their own pictures showed no damage what so ever . I even used their own box , all the labels were still on and they simply wanted to take advantage knowing full well their is not much I can do to "fight city hall" Be careful !!
Steve Kinley: My wife and I stopped in here today as I had an older Reed jacket that needed the lining replaced and also looking for a new leather jacket. Success on both counts. The sales lady was extremely nice and helpful and they have a great selection of leather items. Some are made right there in the factory and others are imported. Highly recommended if you are looking for an alternative to the mall stores. One tip: they sell on Amazon so check the prices before you go or have your phone with you. The price they quote you may be higher than online but they will honor the lower price.

Joseph Mchale: I purchased a black naked cow leather A-2 jacket and it arrived in three days. It was well ahead of schedule and packaged to protect the jacket. The naked cow skin felt similar to lamb skin as a soft and luxurious feel. I had a question about what protective products I would need. The company recommended none. "Just enjoy the jacket and have it dry cleaned when necessary." I could not be happier with thisee jacket! Very well done!
Tim Olshewsky: Bought my first Reed bomber jacket in the 1980's. Loved it then...love it now. This jacket is of the HIGHEST quality. Lasted 30 years and still looks and fits great. Looking for a new one, however. It will be a Reed. These incredible jackets are MADE in USA! No Chinese garbage here. Highly recommend. Thank you, Reed Sportswear.

No kidding! Just before I bought it, I visited the Corvette Museum in Kentucky, where it was being sold for $800. The. Same. Exact. One. Made. Here! I was ecstatic.My Reed motorcycle jackets are incredible, and I get constant compliments because of their high-quality and incredible style.
