The manager Dave is always there to help, no matter how busy he is or how stupid of a question I have. Today I drove an hour and a half to be greeted by a warm friendly sales associate named Dave. He truly seemed to honestly want to help everyone who came thru the doors. No question seemed to trivial or bothersome. He helped every person with the same smile and enthusiasm. His knowledge was superb, and informed. The store was clean and well stocked. Had lots of books and patterns. Bought 285 dollars in materials. Will probably be making the drive again.

They always have an answer to your question or a resolution to your problem. These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. Everytime I'm in the area (the store is an hour away) I always stop in for something, whether it's supplies or a new tool and the welcome is always warm and the store is stocked, neat and organized.
