Tori Dial: The company I worked for placed a very large order online with this company. Had over-ordered for our project and reached out well within the 30 day return period to be told that the company has NO CONTROL over their online ordering system and does not handle anything to do with them. Any time I call the "online ordering" phone number, I cannot get an answer. I've been trying to return these products for months now with ONE email communication from them. Terrible customer service, and even worse communication.

YaYa: So glad I found this place. All the lighting in my home seems to be unusual bulbs not found in hardware's. Recently I needed a bulb for my fridge. I took the bulb with me (like I ALWAYS do) to HD the sales person handed me a bulb same size and I THOUGHT I was good. I got home and discovered it was not an appliance bulb. I remembered there's alighting store near by. They're professional very friendly.All the chandelier s make it such a cheerful place to enter. I no longer have to go to HD for bulbs in fact I think I should replace my chandelier I saw many varieties here.
