winston Cowans: My experience was totally amazing. I'm a 2 time Mercedes owner and my newest Mercedes was totaled. I went to Crest Lincoln near my home, just to look at the Corsair with intentions on buying another Mercedes. But then I met Porscha LaDuke. She was so knowledgeable about the Corsair, then had me sit on the 24 position seats with the massage. I was hooked, but never pressured me. Needless to say that I never made it to the Mercedes dealer but got my first Lincoln Nautilus. Porscha LaDuke is truly awesome!!

Instead of fixing the part under warranty, I have to call Lincoln concierge to get them to resolve the problem. And I'm still waiting on the manager of the dealership this reply to my email..... I only had the car for 3 weeks before the problem started. It took 2 months, 2 visits, and several phone calls before they resolve the problem but they could have fixed within a week! And, they offered me nothing for my troubles

Mohammed Mahmoud: Service technicians could not properly diagnose the problem of my side mirror. I came to the dealership because the side mirror is malfunctioning and does not fold every time. Their evaluation was the mirror motor is broken because of an impact and it is not covered by warranty. I could not see a break or obvious scratch to say there was an impact. In fact I picked up the car and the mirror was folded in their parking lot, so how the motor is broken inside!! I did not agree to let them change it out of warranty and the mirror still automatically folds but intermittently does not respond which again confirms the motor is not broken and it’s malfunctioning. I’m planning to take it to different service center that has well qualified technicians

I was given the cost forwork and ended paying $0 due to having points. How great is that?

Shawn McElroy: My 2019 Lincoln Contenial was turned into Lincoln of Troy 8 months early to get a 2022 Lincoln Aviator. The vehicle 2022 Aviator has had nothing but problems since April 2022 from interior fan malfunctioning to the warning lights coming on. My Lincoln Aviator has been at the Lincoln of Troy Service Department on three different occasions and they have not found out why the warning lights are coming on and National Lincoln has refused to assist me with the listed problems on my vehicle and The Lincoln corporation is refusing to take the vehicle back or find out why the warning lights are coming on. Marco Williams: READ ALL RECENT REVIEWSLincoln of Troy service is the worst. My car was only supposed to take 6 weeks to repair instead it took 12 basically 13 weeks. They left the car sitting for that long and expected nothing to be wrong with the battery. I have utilized Crest Lincoln and Bob Maxey in the past excellent experiences over the years. Do yourself a favor don’t even stop at this location. Just as a FYI they charge 2% on card transactions even debit card. I never post about a business but people should be aware especially when you can go a few miles from there and get great service.
Edward Downey: Don’t even bother trying to buy a car here. They are apparently so busy selling cars that they don’t have time to call or text anyone back. I have tried reaching out at least four times and get nothing back from anyone. Well, actually once someone text me to ask if it’s ok to text and I said YES and no message back. I even stopped by looked at several cars on the lot and not one person came out to greet me. Maybe the dealership is so worried about making a profit rather than training their folks some customer service skills. It happens to a lot of big companies unfortunately. kristin hairald: Worst experience ever after making an appointment for a wheel alignment tire rotation and oil change at 8:30 AM I was made to pay for services that were not rendered and have me come back four times in the same day for the same service that still was not completed that I had to get finished at another dealership after they kept me there from 8:30 to 5:30 and then the gentleman came out to tell me that it was due to the road not wheel alignment after the receptionist got in and drove the vehicle she came back and told him again for another time that it was still not correct I feel like I was treated differently because I was a female also failed to tell me that I had 3 nails in my tire after tire inspection complete fail at this location from start to finish stay away

This is particularly annoying because I took time from work to drive 3hr 45mins to get the truck with the financials already in line and sending to the dealer. The second attempt at purchasing, I was offered free delivery to make up for the first time. Then I was informed that while I was waiting for the paperwork to get sent over, they sold the truck. It's clear my business was not a priority or even remotely respected despite my attempts to purchase.

I stop taking my 3 Lincolns here for service got better service at Ford dealership. The only advisor they have is the rudest person who acts like we inconvenience her when take our vehicles in. I was shocked she was still there. There is no followup to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. And when I do call they are too busy to take care of me. They had my car for 5 weeks for powertrain re-build which the manager told me this is a known issue with MKC. Wish I knew this before I purchased this car When finally getting this car back it was in worse condition than I drop off. I contacted Lincoln directly told me to go back which is did not want to do because I have no faith In this service. And my car was to be fixed by the date told and no response from when it will be done. No loaner to use. This will now be another 3 days or more with no car. They don’t care about customer service here. This place should take note on the Lincoln dealership in Phoenix AZ on how customer service is suppose to be. I’m shocked that being in Detroit area you would have top notch service. Nope. It doesn’t matter if you contact corporate or dealership they do not care about customer service. I feel like it’s dead in todays world. Alway an excuse for behavior than accepting they are not made to being in front of customers and taking pride in service. I hope one day they will bring people in who take the customer service to next level instead of accepting rude employee that laugh at you when you walk out of the dealership. As of today I will no longer purchase any more Lincoln’s while I live here in Michigan. Too bad because I will be looking to trade my Navigator L soon.
Brett: I guess lying is the policy this dealership goes by, called to buy a used car and was told and I quote "this car is 100% available sir, when can you come in to test drive it take my number down!" so i proceeded to get the "out the door price "from the sales associate, figure out everything with my insurance and got the money together, just to arrive at the dealership the very next day for the test drive only to come to find out that the manager just decided to buy the car overnight, wasting 4 hours of my time on the phone with my insurance agent and the bank.

Deniescha Malone: Bob Maxey is fine, but my Lincoln has had issues since I got it. The seat memory doesn't work. When I got it, all the lights were not plugged in. The wheel alignment has been off since I got it, causing uneven wear on my tires. The dealer even warrantied a wheel alignment because they knew it should not have needed one. And even after that, it is still crooked. The brakes squeal. Two weeks ago, the shocks were leaking and had to be replaced. Thank God that was a warrantied item. And thank God, it is a lease! I cannot wait to get out of this one. I hope my next Corsair is not made on a Monday or Wednesday.

Ken: Absolutely horrible experience here.... Will never take my truck here again to be serivced. Dropped it off Tuesday for a Wednesday appointment. Thursday they finally looked at it and said something was wrong but took it off the lift and parked it outside. No loaner so had to pay for a rental. Stopped in every day asking and kept getting told. “We’ll tear it apart tomorrow”. Full 5 business days of them having my car and they didn’t do a thing. Left a test probe inside of my steering wheel (which had to physically remove the airbag to remove the probe that was rattling around) and didn’t work on anything. They also put oil in my windshield washer reservoir to try to upsell me on “squeaky wipers”. Horrendous experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

david tanner: I was in the market for a 2019 MKZ. I passed my Fusion on to my son, but still wanted something similar. I saw a couple online at Bob Maxey. I called and talked to Adriea Strubank. We set up an appointment the same day. I stopped by after work and the car was ready for the test drive. After the drive, I was skeptical due to amount of smoke blowing from the exhaust. I checked out the other but the miles were higher than what I wanted. Ms. Strubank was very patient. She had me look at a Continental which I hadn't even considered. It was a 2019 lease trade in. Very low miles, which probably was not driven during the COVID-19 outbreak. Very clean, in my mind someone older probably had it and just didn't drive it often. I decided to get it. The transaction was very smooth. I traded in a Taurus X and got more than I expected. During the process Ms. Strubank had a family emergency, but still made herself available. She insisted that I still call her on her cell with any questions and she answered when I called. I am very pleased with the professionalism, service, and the car. If I lived closer to the dealership I'd definitely take it there for service.

Victoria Uddin: I took my car in heard a sound from underneath. They kept it for two days and said it was the exhaust resonator and would cost $2,000 to get fixed. I googled the resonator for my car it was arranging from $50 to $200 so what is the 2000 for. When I talk to the service department manager he told me the part cause $1,500 I took it to a muffler shop and they charged me $200 to fix it Bob maxey should be ashamed of themselves to charge people that type of money for something that costs so little. Be careful people these car dealers are ripping us off.

LeVerne Davis: Never will I ever buy a car from this place or recommended anyone else go there. The engine light was on and Fred assured us it was only the battery. He connected a device to the car so the engine light would go out. Three days later the engine light came back on. Took it to Auto Zone their device said bad O2 sensor and catalytic converter.

Justin Brzozowski: I just bought a car from them after looking around for quite a while and walked away from there dealership with what I would consider a reliable car. I was given a very good warranty with the car so even if anything happens to it I have nothing to worry about. Their main salesman “Jamie” I think is his name was very easy to work with considering what I had to work with. Had a minor brake issue with the car I bought and the owner had no issue whatsoever with fixing it promptly. 10/10 would buy from them again
