Erik Taylor: Globe Midwest went above and beyond my expectations. We had a catastrophic house fire. They took a scenario that was deeply stressful for me and immediately put my mind at ease. Not only did DJ Cremen get the max insurance amount for us, he was incredibly gracious with his time, knowledge and experience. He never hesitated or rushed us through the process. He was thorough in answering even the most basic questions. Well worth the fee, I can not speak highly enough of my experience with both DJ and Globe Midwest Adjusters International.

Brendan Power: I normally don't write reviews But Cherokee Insurance is the biggest bunch of low life's I had to deal with, they try to scam their way out of paying and string you out any chance they get, finally got my truck repaired and payed for but, it does not have to be like this.Good luck in dealing with them.
Jim d: Pam transport driver was fleeing the police and smashed into my Parked Truck. Police report reflects the same. Total out of pocket costs are over $40,000 pam is offering a settlement of $13,000. I have been forced to now hire an attorney to try to get my costs recovered.

D J: A driver for a trucking company that is insured bt Cherokee insurance backed up into me. I tried to start a claim and was told to call several people but they never answered or got back to me. They definitely received my email and messages because when I finally got ahold of one agent he told me so and then nothing after that. They are horrible. Stay away.

Leticia Chears: Called Amy concerning my W.C. claim for an injury incurred while working for their trucking client. She rushed me off the phone. She didn't even give me my claim number or try discuss my amounts for my payments while I'm going through therapy for the injury. ( I had to call her back to ask for this info) and she, again, spoke fast and I had to ask her to slow down so I could even write down the info she was giving me. Didn't seem like she was having a good day, but I STILL feel like professionalisn and attention to the details and person would have been nice to have.

Leaving a Vm don’t work cause he will never call back. This guy makes you never want to work for anybody that use Cherokee insurance. I spoke with another lady Amy she was better but she couldn’t help cause he was in control of my claim. Do yourself a favor do not go thru them for anything. If you do you will regret it.

S Campbell: Don’t let one of their insured drivers hit you. Our semi was totaled by a Pam Transport driver in January and we just finally settled with them 6 months later for a quite unfair amount. We were 100% not at fault as our driver was sleeping in the cab when he was hit and yet the insurance company still tried to turn it around and blame us for not doing enough even though I responded and got any document or paperwork they asked for within 24 hours every time.They don’t care about anyone but their bottom dollar and they will screw over the little people to get it. Really disappointing experience. I’m still out plenty of out-of-pocket costs due solely to the accident because they refuse to take responsibility and ownership.
shane bittner: A central transport semi truck and trailer came down my residential street wich has multiple signs saying no trucks the driver ran into a tree knocked one of the very large branches onto 3 of my vehicles then left the scene I had to chase the driver down to get his tag and trailer numbers now the insurance guy kyle says his company is liable but there not gonna pay says it's the city's fault for a tree being next to the road I have pics and video of the entire incident
