Haha...I take my nephew in here to see if we can find him a cheap shirt or something but aside from underwear and socks, there's just no reason to go here and especially with Burlington right now next door or nearby but still an overall good experience.Their cashiers try to make you feel inadequate but that's just capitalism and American culture combined so not a reflection of Marshalls but I tried to take something back yesterday and this woman damn near wanted my social security number...and I had the receipt and only for the manager to walk over and show her that she made a mistake.So I asked her how long she's been working here and she said over 5 years but I know, just another day of coincidentally bad luck thrown in certain people's directions and it is "those darn companies", I knw.But yeah, I love the store, otherwise

I went back the next morning with my receipt and tried to do an even exchange for the same hat, just without the hole, and the manager refused. I pointed out on the receipt it clearly states 'Refunds Within 30 days with Receipt' and that I was just trying to exchange it, and again she refused, and told me that it's my responsibility to check for defects before purchasing. Worst customer service ever.

They have such a huge variety of things there and it's much bigger than the Marshalls near my house so I love coming here when I head over to 12 and dequindre to shop. Just all the clothes they have all the home decor. I mean they got it all there. I mean honestly, this would be one of the greatest places to get like a huge gift certificate for for free or like a prize. Like spend the night at Marshalls and everything that you can fit in as many baskets as you can fit. You can take home would be yours lol haha. Such a great location

Nothing was on the floor, hanging over the racks or an item opened on the shelf. I know the store doesn’t look this good without the personal effort all the employees put into it. These employees take pride in their job. I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Sales Emails: I checked the Google listing prior to going to the store to see if it was open. When I arrived a sign was on the door that they were closed. Update your Google listing so people don’t waste their time and gas trying to stop at your store.

Tina Tierney: This is another great Marshalls store at Twelve Mile and Van Dyke in Warren. It's worth driving a little out of your way for. I live by the Lakeside location but I stop and shop at this one when I am in the area

Stephanie: The lines! The lines! So many lines of people waiting at the register but still worth every minute to shop in this bee hive of a store! Many on here complain about lack of organization, or store cleanliness however this is a VERY busy location with plenty of foot traffic. It's honestly like a busy garage sale and worth venturing to! They have great clothes and home goods. With kids stuff, I'd say they could do better with boys clothing (there is less selection than with baby girl clothing and merchandise).The sales associates are concerned about theft so they do tend to follow customers at times however this store clearly has a problem with theft, especially in the cosmetics area. I'd say they do a good job considering.So if you are shopping here it's a definite treasure hunt you'll appreciate!

I was there to find a couple of pairs of pants I needed for job interviews, I found two at great prices, also found a secret surprise. I was there looking through housewares and found a 72 pack of Starbucks Keurig pods for a very good price. I will definitely be going back to this Marshalls again,in fact I need to buy some pants and shirts. Jul Stephens: I had hunted for weeks for a specific color, style and size of luggage to go with our existing set(s). I found one online at London Luggage. After my online purchase, London Luggage followed up very quickly to let me know that there was a newer (better) version. When I said I wanted the older version, they provided the luggage at an even better price point!! They were very nice and I received it (across the country) very quickly. Disguy Iknow: I've driven past this Woodward Avenue landmark fir the better part of my life and never had the occasion to visit until 2 weeks ago when i wanted to pick up a new vanity bag and another packing cube for an upcoming trip that did not afford enough time to order online. They have a large showroom that overshadowed the inventory but a good amount of their stock is in the massive back stock area. Pricing was tolerable and the sales clerk helpful i will give them more busy in hopes tussy they can keep their doors open and preserve their landmark status.

As soon as it was available (not even in the store but somewhere in the country), not only did she call to tell me it was available but she had already spoken with the associate there so that the transition was smooth for me. Then she did not stop there. She called me when the other luggage bag was available too and helped me get that one as well. These stars are so well deserved for her service that was just above and beyond what I hoped for. Thank you Cindy!

Mr&Mrs Mccoy: Today I went to the Tumi Store in Somerset Collection to have my bag monogrammed. From the moment I walked in the customer service was crappy. While looking for monograms I asked if a dash - could be placed between 2 letters. Cindy replies no. Only letters can be put on there but clearly there’s a monogram example of special characters and emoji’s that you could choose from (very interesting). Ok no problem, I just picked something different. Well once my bag was monogrammed, as I was getting ready to walk out of the store my daughter noticed that the shopping bag had a huge tear on the side. So I turned to the lady that helped me (Cindy) simply asked if I could get another shopping bag cause the 1 I had was obviously about to rip completely open. Her reply and I quote “WE DON’T GIVE BAGS TO THE OUTLET”. This bugged me because what you’re telling me is that people who purchase from the outlet stores are not worthy of good customer service and a shopping bag that won’t rip open. What you’re saying is even though your shopping bag says Tumi it’s not the same quality and therefore you can not have a shopping bag from the Better of the 2 stores. You would rather send your customer out of the store with a big tear on the bag that says Tumi regardless of which store it was purchased at. When I left the store the bag I purchased and the shopping bag it was in represents The store not the location. Cindy has very very poor customer service and I would never spend a dollar at that store because of it. I would prefer to go back to the 2nd hand “low class” Tumi store any day because the lady that helped me there was amazing! If you go to this location avoid spending your money with Cindy!!!! By the time I made it back to my vehicle the bag ripped completely open and my purchased bag dropped on the ground!

Aaron Bennett: Tumi is a great store and a great brand I have had the same laptop bag for my entire career it had a tracking number and so it can be returned if lost and it is very durable. My wife purchased me a wallet from Tumi which wore out and they gave me a new one with my initials free which was really great. They stand by their products and all of them are very highly engineered. They definitely make the best luggage out there in terms of functionality and I wish I could afford the whole blue Camo set that they did have before Christmas I am unsure if it is a line they still sell.
