They have the best brand of suitcases, and you either want that or don’t. I guess they have other nice office desk gifts and bags, but it’s a fancy luggage store. Everyone was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. No complaints.

Jul Stephens: I had hunted for weeks for a specific color, style and size of luggage to go with our existing set(s). I found one online at London Luggage. After my online purchase, London Luggage followed up very quickly to let me know that there was a newer (better) version. When I said I wanted the older version, they provided the luggage at an even better price point!! They were very nice and I received it (across the country) very quickly. Exceptional service all the way around!

Disguy Iknow: I've driven past this Woodward Avenue landmark fir the better part of my life and never had the occasion to visit until 2 weeks ago when i wanted to pick up a new vanity bag and another packing cube for an upcoming trip that did not afford enough time to order online. They have a large showroom that overshadowed the inventory but a good amount of their stock is in the massive back stock area. Pricing was tolerable and the sales clerk helpful i will give them more busy in hopes tussy they can keep their doors open and preserve their landmark status.

MsMoua01: I love target! The store is very clean and organized. I like the small clearance section that sits right in front of the entrance when you walk in. Love that Target has up their game on makeup by adding name brands to their shelves, such as Anastasia Beverly Hill, Sunday Riley, Too Faced, MAC, Urban Decay, Shiseido, Clinique and a few more others. Now I don’t have to travel to Ulta or Sephora when I can stop at Target. I also love stopping at Starbucks before I start my shopping. Surrounding stores is Burlington, nonstop allegiance (entertainment center), Chase Bank and some other stores nearby.

Tabitha Davis: I had no issues with the order pickup. It was ready within the time they said and I only waited three or four minutes for the employee to go in the back and locate it. It was very simple and I do plan on using the order pickup option again in the future.

Leonard Lukomski: Target on Dequinder and 12 mile was newly redecorated. They have removed all seating from the store. This is a violation of the ADA Disability ACT.I can NOT shop there and I would say that other people should NOT go there either. I have a disability with spinal injuries and I can't walk or stand for long. The only have 3 DISABILITIY scooters and there is no place to sit and wait for a scooter when one is not available.

dorothy shader: This store constantly overcharges from the price on the shelf or sale tickets from the scanners. I mean sometimes $1.00 or 2 more. They're putting few if any price checking scanners in the store for customers. I got a refund for Lysol Sanitizer over a mth ago and they're still charging $7.99 when the shelf price says $5.99 Ive found this to be true on many items I returned. Also they keep items beyond the expiration date religiously.Whoever is in charge there is making that store profitable by its overcharging and selling items past the expiration dates. Also they put items above tags for out of stock items that cost more than the tags .I don't believe this is just negligence. I believe they're purposely trying to bilk customers for profit. I've had too many incidents of overcharges, expired items, and wrong items placed in out of stock spots on the shelves

Sammie Schneider: This location has many pros and cons! I shop here weekly/multiple times a week because it’s closest to my home. I get everything from household necessities to clothes here. The pros are that the store is kept really nice and they recently added an Ulta section! They have seasonal items out in good timing and they have the nicer carts that can hold your Starbucks drink and your phone! I also like that they have the self checkout whereas the Madison Heights location nearby does not. As for cons, I use drive up a lot whenever I have my dog in the car and although it is for my convenience, there are a lot of mixups and missing items. It’s not very often an entire order is correct. I understand mistakes, but then it is almost impossible to reach the customer service desk via phone, or any of the departments for that matter. The phone is always ringing for 5+ minutes then automatically hanging up. You can do a refund through the app pretty easily, but often I still want the items if they are just sitting back there already picked. I highly suggest looking through all of your bags each time you do an order pickup before you drive home. If they could resolve these ongoing issues, I would rate them a lot higher.
