Monicka Butzin: Came up from Battle Creek to stay with my boyfriend who is in town for work. Several times the phone at the front desk rang and rang with no one to answer it. Then, we asked for the room to be cleaned yesterday, only to comeback several times throughout the day and find that it hadn't been cleaned. It never was. So they said they would put us down for a cleaning today. It's now 3:45pm and the room still has not been cleaned. When we went down to the desk, because of course they never answer the phone, we were told they only had 1 laundry attendant and 1 housekeeper today for the whole property! 😳 We were also told that's why it wasn't cleaned yesterday, that they just couldn't get to several rooms & the housekeeper had to leave at 5 because they weren't allowed to work overtime. Good Lord. Smh.

Tyler Murphy: Was given a suite that wasn't cleaned. Ned sheets hadn't been changed and there was dirty towels and trash on the floor. Said something to a staff member and was told that was the only suite available and either take it or leave. I ended up talking to another lady and she gave me another room. It was a handicap suite but at least it was a clean room!!

Kasino Kash: Unavailable staff; Not interested in problem solving. Not fully trained on operating systems as it relates to making keys to occupied rooms.Rooms & hotel are clean & smells good; although there was many issues with the AC/heating unit in the room. Noisy, & not able to control temperature. TV remote was not programmed or working on any TV in my suite upon checking in; staff fixed the problem after 6 hours of waiting. (Fixed by very nice lady-housekeeping manager).Overall, not what I expected for a Hilton property or as an Hilton honors member. Location is ideal for most travelers.

April Dillapree: There was a citywide emergency that caused people to flood the hotel. We booked rooms that got canceled for not being able to charge our card, but we got no 2nd chance or call to ask for alternatives. When talking to the manager, he made no attempt to make up for it and put us children and all in the street! I've never been treated like that before and even though the hotel was nice the customer service isn't.

Sankalp Desai: Poor front desk service.Never do housekeeping on request. Stayed for 10days and first 6 days no housekeeping or room clean at all. Really poor customer service. Moreover if you extend your stay they will not inform any price change. Don’t trust on online check in service as well. If you use and they might still consider you as no show and charge for that day on higher rate.Really disappointing with this location and being Hilton diamond member.

Daniela Morgado: Hotel room was clean and comfortable. My kids found poop in the pool on the first day of our stay. The hotel was full and we’ve encountered issues with not enough towels for all guests. In the second day of our stay we returned to the hotel at 9pm and we didn’t have clean towels in our room. We went to the front desk and receptionist informed us that there were no more clean towels and they didn’t have anyone from housekeeping to provide clean towels. Receptionist kindly offer to do laundry of dirty towels, so we received clean towels at 11:30pm.
