Michael Georges: We had N&M remove an existing concrete patio and then install paver stones. The entire process from getting an estimate, to design, to completion was very easy. Any questions were always quickly answered. The patio looks great and we are very happy with the finished product. A couple things they did that I appreciated was they removed an old drain pipe from a gutter going into the ground and replaced it with new pipe going out into the yard (about 20 ft) away from the bricks. This was not in the quote and they did not charge anything for this. They also leveled out the patio to the yard with dirt and then seeded it. They also placed dirt and seed in areas around the driveway that they were not even working around. I would use them again if I need any more work done.

Jamie Slotkowski: Had some work done from this company last year as a referral contractor that we could trust. We used them for a concrete patio and everything went smooth. There were lots of people that showed up after the permitting went through. Too many workers throughout the day to even take a count. Always polite, and courteous. The driveway and patio were done within a day and it was worth it. Previously, we had a lot of water buildup near our door, and around the garage. This problem no longer exists. The patio was finished before days end, and even stamped. When they were down, we finished with a Behr acid stain kit from Home Depot .We were then finally, able to enjoy our season on our new patio. A huge thumbs up to N&M Restoration and their crew. I highly recommend them.

Pete Lawall: I was looking for a concrete contractor to check and quote a large side door porch. The concrete blocks supporting the slab were crumbling. I called N&M and talked to Tom and explained that we were looking for a repair and not a rebuild. They sent Corgan out to inspect and quote the next day. After some discussion, we agreed on an action plan and price. Tom quoted 2 weeks for them to start, but in a couple of days they were delivering material and began work. I talked with Carlos during the work and he was very helpful answering my questions. It took them 2 days to complete and was done exactly as we discussed. Maria Munoz: I had a chimney cap replacement and repair of the crown, front porch, 3 corners of my house and 3 window rollock bricks. Was placed on schedule quickly, work was completed in one day, and it was the least expensive bid out of 4 altogether. Excellent work! The house looks so nice. The workers were knowledgeable and all of the staff was pleasant to work with. I would use this service again.

In a few places the mortar between the bricks was missing so they ground it out and replaced it. They also put a new step in at the back door. They did this all in one day. N. Elder: We hired N&M to widen an existing driveway with pavers and replace porch with matching pavers. In short, the results were awesome! Completely enhanced the curb appeal and provided the functional need for more driveway space. The only complaint was when the existing sprinkler system was shifted, it was not done properly causing us an additional expense for the sprinkler company to repair. All is in working order now.The sales person, team lead and crew were professional, responsive and very efficient. CF AnnArbor: Used N&M in 2020 for a front porch and walkway. Cannot recommend.The team performing the actual work was really great: skilled, courteous and professional.The sales and management team were another story. Communications throughout were awful and completely un-professional. The job was underbid (intentionally? ) and then they tried to force me into an upsell. The work crew knew that the job required footers all along. Nate bid the job without footers saying he ‘knew a guy at the city”. When we had to add the footers in later it doubled the original price.Additionally, they did not install the design that was agreed upon, or the one that was approved by the city. Nate redesigned it, only to have his redesigned walkway crack within 6 months. Due to the redesigns, negotiating over price, and N&Ms refusal to put anything in writing, this fairly small job took about 4 months to complete.

When they got here they were masked up with booties on.One went on my roof and the other stayed inside and laid down a drop cloth to make sure my living room didn't get messy.Once the fireplace/chimney was swept he showed me how everything worked and wrote down what type of wood to burn and what not to burn (I've never had a real fireplace). Andrew H: Gasper and the crew that came to do the job were extremely professional. There was 4 guys that took roughly 8 hours to complete the entire job. All in which were very experienced in what they did. I'm very pleased with the finished work. They rebuilt that retaining wall in the picture and added a limestone cap. As well as recess an outlet and remove and piece in a milkshoot and vent. Also Gasper was THE only contractor out of the 5 local brick repair contractors who was extremely prompt and responsive. Rachel Paul: I just requested a quote on some masonry repairs and was told that they are charging a minimum fee of $1,200 for all work. They will not do jobs under $1,200. Their website has not been updated to reflect this. Just an FYI for anyone who is looking to get a smaller job done. I'm sure they are a great company, but they don't do anything less than $1,200 at this time. Thanks!.... UPDATE. The there are several inconsistencies in the response I received below. John: My chimney crown was deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I called a few companies and either they had high minimums or could not give an estimate for 4 weeks. I contacted Easy Home Improvement and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to up sell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends.

Scott Wojewnik: This company does excellent work. We had some surprise leaking windows in our soon to be finished basement. Richie came over next day and gave me a great explanation of what he believed the problem to be and how he would solve the issue. He gave me a fair quote and tailored the day to complete the job around my schedule. Work was completed I waited the amount of days he explained for mortar to dry and set and after a thorough test, no more leaks. He even did some minor patches around my house he saw while doing the job. He's honest and does great work. I'd hire again and most likely will.

Nicholas Campbell: Brian resolved a 4 year problem for me and couldn't say enough about this company. I have contacted quite a few other companies but none of them would work with me because my repair didn't exceed $5000 or because they don't carry 20x20 dampers. I knew I had a leaky damper that was installed by Grey Oaks (who I don't recommend) and came out and said there was nothing they could do although it had a 2 inch gap where all the rain was coming in. I had another company charge me $90 to tell me yeah its definitely the damper and would get back to me and after a week and a half, said they don't carry that size and can't recommend anyone else that does. Luckily I explained my situation on NextDoor and someone recommended Brian. Brian was the only one that could find a 20x20 damper that had a lock top, cage and a cover over the lock top. He is one of the few that don't want a cookie cutter job and collect their money, they come out and understand your problem and work with you along the way. He understood my frustration and truly wanted to know updates to make sure it was resolved. He was very responsive through text and I can't imagine using any other chimney sweep after working with him. Now I didn't have a single drop of water coming in and its all thanks to BB's Bricks!
