michael gessler: This was by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Needed service for a leak in my forklift, had a quote finalized and paid for to find out the fix wasn't actually done. Continued to leak even more than before. When called to come properly fix, they wanted to charge me for more money and said it was something else that was causing the leak. So beyond my better judgement, I had them do the other service that they said would completely fix it, and paid them in full. It didnt leak for 1 day and then continued to leak everyday following. Did nothing to rectify it, just wanted to charge me more money for them having to come back out. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Grant Chandler: So I was in need of a new forklift for my warehouse and I did plenty of research and read a ton of reviews. In the end my gut told me go with Quantum. I'm very pleased with my decision. After having a forklift cost our company 13k in repairs I needed a company that offered a warranty that covered repairs in the event they were needed. Theirs was the best. I highly recommend them.

David Tallieu: I wouldn't recommend dealing with this this organization. Nothing but problems and they nickle and dime you for everything. Read your contract too.... There are way better and more honest dealers out there!

Ann King: Do not recommend.They had our fork lift for months charging rental the whole time. Finally returned it only to find out the problems weren't fixed. After over $8,000 of repairs/rentals our fork lift still didn't run. Gave up on them, switched to a competitor, and they fixed it in a week.Thinking about a law suit to recoup our losses.

Steven Grill: Would not recommend, Unfortunately.Could not get a response via email for service. Took a little waiting to get a call back. Tech shows up and spends most of the time walking back and forth from truck for what should be a simple inspection of tilt cylinders. Spent 45 mins in shop working on the quote and says they're going to bill me an hour. Get bill for 1.5 hours and a quote for transporting forklift back to their facility to get a better quote. Cylinder seals are not a big job. Replace the seals and move on.. not $200 here to quote, $600 there quote and maybe we can do it.. Very unprofessional. I mean who comes in to look at tilt cylinders then only provides a solid quote for a starter.. My god, GYST.

Ryan Lubish: Terrible, I brought a working floor jack with a bad seal. It released too fast and popped it lifted cars excellently beforehand. Brought them the pump to rebuild it first, it took them two days before they called and wanted us to bring the ram that's a slip fit into the cylinder. Then they said "oh you were right we didn’t need it but there isn't going to be a warranty on the pump" 2 weeks later they called us and said that it was missing pieces and they wanted 700 dollars to rebuild a floor jack!! They said they would sell us a brand-new one for 1000 bucks!!! I can have a lift installed for 1300!!! they couldn't give us a straight answer for why the price was so high on the rebuild I found the seal kit online from the manufacturer for under 100 bucks I am not at all happy with this company terrible customer service lengthy down time and overpriced and when I received my bag of parts I was missing parts that I know where in there from the start!!! It was a working jack!!!! I also received parts that weren't even for my jack I wouldn't recommend them at all GO ELSWHERE!! I paid $45 to have my parts lost and have my jack torn apart.

Trenton Szyperski: Exact opposite experience than listed above. When I called the nice receptionist refered me to a "Dave" character whom was only concerned with part numbers. Very unpleasant and belittling experience. I really did not think a belt inquiry would be such a big ordeal, especially considering I had all the information. I had written the correct size to the mm, thickness, tooth count, pitch, any detail needed to make a sale on a notepad in hand....had the conversation even gotten that far they possibly could have made a sale today. So thank you "Dave at amtek" for a very unpleasant start to my stepper motor drive belt purchasing venture.
