Alin Constantin: The worst experience in my life. I bought 3 cars from them. Worst service department ever seen. Service manager C Jason Deckard has no idea what car he has in service with problems, in fact I think he is there for the number of employees zero professional Assistant Service Manager Kristopher J Crosby is one of those who actually holds the power in service. He is a liar, a disinterested person. To tell you that for an engine compression I paid the amount of $4630 after a month, in which the car was in a parking lot. I would have a lot to say, but I don't have time to spend for this 2 person. ATTENTION DO NOT GO TO THE MERCEDES SERVICE IN SAINT CLAIR SHORTS MICHIGAN EVEN IF THE CAR IS ON FIRE. THE SERVICE IS REMARKABLE OOOOOO.
Taras H: The dealership is good, but I give three stars only to the spare parts department, because if you bought the wrong spare part or extra, you will not be refunded in full your money,their 35% commission is a lot, that is, you bought a spare part from them for $1000, it does not suit you pay them back but only get $650back 🤯

Blaze: First time here, but the service and courtesy lounge and waiting areas are sublime. Snacks and chilled water while you wait..Televisions and a business center for emergent work affairs. Then there's the Mercedes wear so you can shop while you wait also. So far so good and it is not a far drive for me either and that's a plus!

candice mccolor: On March 24, 2020 my best friend, my father passed from Covid 19. My father was always by my side at dealerships to make sure I had the best deals. So, when I nervously and broken hearted walked into the Mercedes Benz of St. Clair Shores alone I was sure I would get the worst deal there was. On first encounter I met Alan who was so kind and caring. I expressed to him that I was nervous and that my father had recently passed and he was always with me when I purchased cars. I asked Alan if he had any children and if so please think of me as his child alone without him for the first time trying to make this purchase. He looked at me in my eyes and said Candice you are my daughter as well. Alan talked me through every process, went through every car, and helped me to chose the perfect car for me. I walked out of the dealership with best deal there was, a 2021 GLA 250 lease for under $350/ a month. Every time I walked into the dealership from there on I felt like family. Fast forward to November/December 2022 it was time to turn my lease in. Alan (who I could see was visibly under the weather) and I sat to build my next car. Alan explained to me that because of the economy that the deals aren’t as good but he was going to try to his best to give me another great deal. As we were building the car the computer seemed to be moving slow but that didn’t stop us. We talked and laughed and built my dream car to purchase. February 2023 I received a call from Alan telling me that my dream car had arrived. When I walked into the dealership I was greet with so many smiling friendly faces with my car under a beautiful red covering. I was so excited and in tears of joy at the unveiling that I hastily signed the papers without taking note of all the things that weren’t on my car like I ordered and a light was malfunctioning. I didn’t noticed until I was getting into the car to drive away. Within that week I returned to Alan in tears and visibly upset that the this wasn’t the car I ordered. Alan assured me that he was going to do his best to make it right. A day later the General Manager Mike reached out to me to address my concerns and assured me that it will be fixed. The next day Alan called me to inform me that were working on a grand plan. The third day Raz (Sales Manager) called me to inform me that they had found a car that would be perfect for me and I that can come in when I was ready to discuss my options. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted with so many friendly faces and hugs. Alan, Raz, and Mike all apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel like family again. They showed me this beautiful car with everything I wanted plus more. They explained to me the wonderful deal that Charles (Financial Service Manager) worked out for me. I was so elated with joy that I was getting my dream car with no hassle and no extra money down. I am so grateful for the quick actions of Mike, Raz, Charles, and Alan. We don’t know how the other car came with so many missing things that I ordered. Maybe a human mistake, but no human is perfect. Maybe it was a computer glitch. Whatever it was it doesn’t matter. My new extend family Mike, Raz, Charles, and Alan came through and was able to fix all that was wrong. I will forever continue to purchase from Mercedes Benz of St. Clair Shores.

Charles, Andre, and Raz were all great, very friendly, and very helpful!More importantly, my sales person Steven Bolton was phenomenal. From start to finish he helped me find the right vehicle and made sure I got the true luxury purchasing experience! He was very open and honest about all factors involved (as was the team as a whole). He definitely values the customer more than just rushing them to simply buy a car. I would dare say that he is by far the BEST car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with(no exaggeration) and definitely made feel as though I was being welcomed into a “family” of luxury car owners(Mercedes nonetheless). T Huui: Walked in to get a service done for a Benz that I currently own. After a few minutes or so I get a bit anxious. No one has even looked up to greet me. “That’s usually a deal breaker” for me. As I’m walking out Steven Bolton hopped right up, greeted me with a smile as big as those car notes in there. 😂😂😂 anyway, he assisted to my needs and in a timely manner. Y’all, I didn’t get my car serviced. 🗣 I GOT A NEW BENZ… 2023His customer service skills are TOP TEIR. Which is what I’d expect walking into the Benz dealership. I’ve Been visiting this location and few years now. This was truly my very first pleasant visit. He made it such a smooth transition. We need people like him around. He even showed me cars he and I both knew I couldn’t afford but he still took the time to tell me about it. 😂😂

Adam: Having owned a Sprinter for 7 years and working nationally I’ve rolled into a few dealers for service work. Let me start by telling you this is the worst one yet.This was a recall service so I scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. It all started out good but the service rep I was assigned was suspiciously surprised by how non-hostile I was. Boy, what a reveal because these folks really tested my patience after that.December is my slow month at work but I still took a half day off to roll the van into the shop. No problems so far. Everyone was nice and I got out of there in about 40 minutes despite not getting a loaner. Whatever, I’ve never been extended this courtesy at any other dealers.One and a half weeks later I called to check on the status of the service and left a beginning of day AND end of day message with my service rep. No response. Next day I called and just asked for service. After waiting fifteen minutes I was told: ready next week.Long short: told 3 times that it would be ready next week, indifferent manager who told me that some Sprinter customers wait up to SIX MONTHS FOR SERVICE, completely incompetent service rep and no repairs. To add insult to injury I was approached by a sales person while waiting for my van to be pulled around from service (without any service done after 3 weeks).ONE HUNDRED PERCENT AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
Ron S: This place is great. They try there best to find warranty issues to solve problems on your vehicle without getting charged for the repair. It took them a bit to get all the paper work together, but once they did. All repairs were free of charge because of the hard working service manager Jason. He went out of his way and researched the problem that was occurring on my vehicle, and found out there was recall and warranty. Lots of others would've cared less. So for that I give you guys a big thank you. Appreciate honest people. 🙏

Ahmad Refai: Absolute waste of time. Scheduled me for a diagnostic on a day they don’t do diagnostics. The service rep was confused?? about their own warranty policy so he just decided to brush me off. The staff could not care less about anyone there. The building looks like a run-down Burger King from 1978. Don’t waste your time here, buy a Lexus or something; at least their customer service is worth something.

Charles Knazze: I took my car to Mercedes of Bloomfield because it was shaking at high speed and with sudden stops. They put it on the diagnostic and said nothing was wrong. After I requested that they road test it, they found the rotors were a problem. They replaced the rotors under warranty. Then they discovered another problem and claimed it would cost $3,600 to fix. Alex Johnson was the advisor. I strongly protested and asked them to put it back together so I could get a second opinion. After taking the car to another certified mechanic, they test drove it and put it on a hoist and concluded that several bolts on the lower controls had not been tightened by Mercedes and that presented a dangerous situation for driving it. They then tightened the bolts to fix the problem, drove the car to test it and the car ran perfectly. They then charged $100 for the problem that Mercedes was going to charge $3,600 for. I was also not given the opportunity to complete a survey. The technicians at Benz are either incompetent or completely untrustworthy.
Queen313: This dealership DISCRIMINATES and would not sell us or TEST DRIVE a Mercedes even after we offered to purchase in full. The THING that works there named Tina L. I believe that's its name with the TRASHY weave was very NASTY and demeanor was UNPLEASANT from the time my fiance and I walked in. I work in a hospital and he's a musician the thing Tina eyeballed us up and down, no eye contact, no welcoming greeting from ANY of the staff. We felt UNCOMFORTABLE and will not be back and my fiance knows a lot of people we are definitely SPREADING THE NEWS about how displeasing this dealership is!!

Amy Eapen: I initially had great experience with the sales department. However, by interactions with the service department has been very poor. On my last occasion, I had brought safety concerns with my car moving while in park and off, the servicer I worked with, Alex Johnson, dismissed and told me that nothing was wrong with the car. He did this prior to actually having the car looked at, and when I asked if he wanted to see details my app gave and whether he had looked at the brakes, he said “no, but I am just telling you we won’t find anything.” He then proceeded to not let me know my car was ready an hour later, and when I asked if he had news he said nothing was wrong and that I should take a video next time. I asked how the video would help since I could not see how it would be safe for me to take a video of the car moving with no one to control it, he didn’t have a good answer. I also told him I had alerts on my app that showed what happened, and he told me that he doesn’t want to see it, it won’t help. I mentioned I will take it to a different dealership and that he has not addressed my concerns and he said “go ahead.” He was very disrespectful, condescending and did not perform up to par for the dealership. My survey was also withheld even after I asked if I could have one sent as it always is to write a review.

I was contacted back within a day by Brian Berg, who has explained the options available and invited me for a test drive. We have looked at my current car that needed to be traded in and needed to come up with a realistic scenario that would make the purchase of this GLC a reality.After several conversations and persistent and very polite negotiations, Brian was able to get to the amount on the trade value that has allowed me to purchase this car of my dream. I put a deposit on a Mercedes EQS 530 in the end of October 2021 and November 2022 the dealership told me I had to wait another 6 months until I will see my car. I am very disappointed with this dealership, especially after I spoke with the manager and he told me that the Mercedes factory would not release any 2023 cars. This was a lie as I found the same EQS 580 at the Mercedes Benz of Akron for sale which I ended up buying. I will never be back at this dealership. I was aware of the bad reputation this dealership has but wanted to give it a chance. This was a terrible mistake and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Allen Chika: I’ve been to this dealership several times and always have the same issues. My most recent one, I showed up to drop off my car per my appointment, it sat there all day and they called me at the end of the day to tell me they didn’t get to it and I should bring it back the following day. I call the following day and was told to bring it back 10 days later. I take it in 10 days later and they give me a dirty loaner (pictures attached). They promise my car the next day and don’t even communicate with me that it’s not completed, I have to call to check the status, “oh the part didn’t come in”. Come on guys, you’re a Mercedes dealership in Bloomfield hills not a two bay shop in a corner gas station.
