Sandra Zull: As a trained mediator at the Center I have experienced people with deep conflicts come to an acceptable resolution through carefully moderated conversation. Effective use of the process can result in a legally binding agreement with out the cost of a court proceeding. It is a service to the wider community in this capacity.
Rita Chastang: This is an excellent program. The staff is caring, conscientious and compasionate. I have been a volunteer with the program for about a year and a half. I believe the volunteer mediators are well trained to be objective, compassionate and respoonsive to the needs of the clients.
Kaitlyn Carr: The Wayne Mediation Center/Wayne County Dispute Resolution Center requires all their mediators to be certified, which is not the case at other dispute resolution centers. The Center is an invaluable resource and provides more cost-effective ways for community members to resolve disputes.

K Campbell: Completely non-responsive to calls and emails. I wouldn't trust these clowns to mediate what type of lunch meat to put on a sandwich, and you shouldn't either.
Shelly Kniffen: I am currently in the midst of a custody battle, and have been since last fall. I have Ashley Turner and Maria Hyde on my side, and they are a force to be reckoned with! This has been a long ordeal, and the girls have been with me, every step of the way. They're always available for me to call. I don't think you could find a more caring team. I will ALWAYS recommend them!
Damian Hyde: OMC's Legal Services Team saved me a lot of time, money, and headache with their Representation. Everything was explained to me and the process was easy- I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Through OMC people in Michigan can get access to justice and legal resources. The program really helps to relieve any stress related through the eviction process.

haywould ugetmeadrink: Fantastic! If you live in the Waterford School District I highly recommend any and all issues that involve Waterford School school system, use Oakland Mediation Center. If Waterford School drops the ball they won't tell you they will hide it very it sweep it under the rug they hate it when I called out and they really don't like it at all when someone involves Oakland Mediation Center. Make Waterford schools be held accountable on paper. The only way to get Waterford schools to do their job is by involving Oakland Mediation Center. It's also the best step for taking wire for schools to Michigan Department of Education.
Denise Wilson: I been here a total of 3 times. The first two time were decent but the last time was absolutely terrible. I felt that my mediator was absolutely playing favorites. I felt railedroaded and she was completely off topic.

Fashionablyprivileged: No one answers the phones. Returns call nor respond to emails. Extremely unprofessional. It’s been weeks since I’ve been calling.They shouldn’t been in business.Just a mess!

Craig Pap: Please note, this agency is NOT in any way afflilated with Michigan Unemployment Problem Resolution (as some reviews seem to reflect). This a community based non-profit conflict resolution & mediation center.
D Rock: You will have to get there about an hour before it opens. They only except so many people then they start sending people away. They try to pass out info cards for you to fill out and they say they will call you by the afternoon. But if you miss there call then your out of luck. I never left. I tried calling them once and i sat on the phone waiting for 4 hours and then it just hung up on me.
