Winter Frame: I am currently a student here-I have really high anxiety, Im the type to need constant help and reassurance and understanding peers and instructors. This place has truly shown kindness, patience and understanding people! I could not be more comfortable here at Ross! Everyone is really there to help you succeed at your future career and provide sources along the way! They are soooo willing to work with you on just about anything! I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!!

daniel robinson: This places is terrible my girlfriend went here a few years ago and then when she finished she didnt get her degree and recently she wanted to go back to school for medical billing but when she called about a transfer paper they said they wanted 1000 dollars for one transfer paper I dont think anyone she go here

If you have any problems or don’t understand anything you will have to go home and figure it out. Assistant Director is very rude and unprofessional. The instructors will assigned you mentors every module Staff shows favoritism towards certain people my experience here at ross fort wayne, In campus has been horrible i have 2 months left and i cant wait to be far away from this place.

tanika coleman: I’m a former Medical Assistant of Ross Medical I had Great instructors and The career advisors were excellent I remember Ms. Lucas was always there for me she guided, listened, give great advice I was placed at a facility that was challenging but with the help from Ms. Lucas I didn’t give up or quit this was my second time doing A Medical Assistant program I took years off in 2010 and when I re-entered the field I came to Ross.. I’m glad I made that call I wouldn’t of crossed paths with wonderful people. In the end the challenging facility didn’t want to let me go. I just want to say Thank You to Ms. Lucas and the whole staff at Ross Medical of Madison Heights..Love Tanika C.

Jayda B: Do not spend your money or time here, especially in the billing program. Staff is rude/does not wanna do their jobs & you end up with the complete opposite experience compared to what they say when you tour the school. If I could go back, I would have never signed up at this place.

Deborah McGinnis: Everybody at Ross, to include the instructor, support staff and administrators care to make sure that I am successful. I like that they prepared me for the workplace in addition to the technical learning. I like the mix of "book learning" with hands-on practice. Definitely recommend.

Amanda Baronet: Don't waste your money. Try Dorsey or a community college. Not only is it a waste of $15,000 but if you have a problem they will tell you just to fix it yourself. when you go on your externship, you will probably do nothing. The staff is rude, the financial aid lady will lose your paperwork and then give you an attitude because she lost it, but she'll blame you. the staff is so hypocritical. you can't be late or else, but there they are not in class half the time, and late every other day. The staff is just unprofessional. If I could go back in time I would have taken people's advice when they told me not to go there.
