DDRChic: All I know is if one if my loved ones was in Harmony Transports care, I would be worried. I was just cut off in traffic by one of these vans driving erratically and using no signals at all.The Harmony Transport van had just pulled out of a care facility on Hall and Schoenner. Wow. Just wow. I sincerely hope that van was empty of passengers. The driver should be fired if that is how he takes care of people in his care. Note to self - NEVER use Harmony Transport.

Nessalina 420: The van was definitely a hazard. All the lights were on the dash. No gas,engine,traction,oil,everything plus the van beeped for no seatbelt the whole way when everyone had there seatbelt on. Worst experience ever. Far from Safe... ugh

A. Zacharias: Zero stars would be preferred! This is a most chronically UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and UNTIMELY transportation service as others have noted here. Drivers are often late, or don't show up at at all (drop off or pick up). They DO NOT coordinate their pickups in a timely manner. Preferring instead at their convenience to show up at your resident 'hours' before your appointment, or very late causing you to miss crucial appointments. This company seems to have Zero 'incentive' to improve as they know they have a 'CAPTIVE' audience (as they are tied to state of MI contracts). However, at some point this will END and a better transportation service will come forth. PLEASE avoid using this so called transportation service if you can!

Tayla H: The driver lied about traffic and never showed causing me to miss my appointment. Then lied to my insurance and said he couldn’t find me. He was an hour late for pick up. After I realized he was lying and I was for sure going to miss my appointment i get a neighbor to drive me up the freeway and there is no traffic at all. If he would have canceled I would have respected that better and tried to make arrangements. He lied and said he was 10 minutes away for and a hour, I have pictures of the clear freeway and screenshots of messages the worst service ever. Ask to make sure your insurance doesn’t give you this transportation service.
