Bushra Navaid: I hired Juha for my wedding decorations. The decor included a stage, chivauri chairs, Center pieces and table overlays. There were things missing from the stage decorations. Juha provides and itemized quote and sits with you to discuss what needs to be included. My stage missed a chandelier and the drapery was missing from the side panels. I contacted Juha after the wedding regarding the missing decor and how I was disappointed. She never read my messages or called me back or replied. I paid in full a week before the wedding as that is what she requires. I expected everything to be as we discussed as she includes everything in the price but unfortunately and disappointingly it wasn’t. The stage was billed to $1850 but with the missing pieces, it didn’t look like it should be more than $1200. Had she replied to my messages and acknowledged that there were short comings from her part, I would’ve let it all go but I am very disappointed and want to let future customers know just so they are aware. The decor was 3.5 stars but really not even replying to your customers when you charge full and not deliver makes me give 2 stars.

Farjana Begum: Juha was definitely one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and amazing vendors I’ve ever worked with. I came to her with a vision of my sister’s wedding reception and she executed that vision flawlessly. Everyone was in awe with our decor for sure. Even with the insanely busy schedule she has, she continued to keep communication with me regarding the event decor and I would add things last minute but she would always be more than happy accommodating that need. She is an extremely hard worker and passionate about what she does. For her, what matters most is her clients being happy with everything, not how much she is profiting from the event. Even though I brought my own wedding favors and centerpieces for the guest tables, she took that job off my shoulders and her team distributed the favors and centerpieces...even though she wasn’t being paid to do that. Thank you Juha, for being such an important part of this event and making it beautiful for us.

Alex Johns: Never responds timely. Cancelling or moving appointments. It is a struggle to have a conversation with Juha. Seems like this is her side gig as she can never meet before 5pm or responds to anything timely. The first call, she had kids running around crying, made it impossible for us to focus. For this to be such an important event for us, we certainly are not getting the attention deserved. I will change this review if she knocks it out of the park at our event, but I am having my doubts.

Avneesh Kumar: I wish there was negative negative review button on here. Recently hired BI to do the decor for a wedding. Everything was DIRTY & FILTHY. The stage had stains everywhere. The mandap chairs had stains. I also rented chiavari chair which also had stains. The draps had CREASES and the poles were showing. We had them do a chandelier in the mandap which had FUSE BULBS. The isle runner was FILTHY which i had to remove. Overall experience was horrible. And would never do business with them or recommend to anyone.I had a interaction with owners husband to whom i expressed my concerns on the decor. And he started getting LOUD & ABBUSIVE. No professionalism at all.Juha the owner told me that I got a cheap package thats why things are like how they were. Which makes no sense because I had a event at a top class hotel (The Henry Autograph Collection). Why would i hire cheap decor.
