Behavioral Center of Michigan: what do users think?
Benjamin Blostein: If I could rate this place lower, I absolutely would. As mentioned in other reviews, this place is a joke. Actually, it is criminal what they are doing. Dr. Medina is a sorry excuse of a psychiatrist; I wonder why she prescribes every single patient extremely high doses of the same psych drugs? Think maybe the makers of Depaco and whatever other poison she is pushing on everyone there are paying her to? How come she does 2 minute evaluations on patients via zoom with a horrible connection WHILE DRIVING...with OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CAR?! How come her 'assistant'aka her daughter sits in on every zoom call-without the patients permission? I dont think she was even in the US! Besides that, the place is riddled with violations: Marlene, the 'recipients rights advocate' tried to tell me my fiance called and was going to pick up my property which they "lost"... Im not engaged, and I didnt sign ANY HIPPA disclosures. This place is a SCAM and they provide ZERO treatment: 30 mins of recreation therapy twice a day: coloring with felt tip markers or making bead bracelets...and toxic doses of medication 4 times a day. They need to shut this place down and arrest the management and Doctors and owners. Seriously. Its atrocious.
Joshua Lopez: I don't know if the people who are leaving "good" reviews are, maybe, actually employees of this place, or somehow associated professionally with the Behavioral Center? What I DO know is: this place is a joke. Absolute joke. Ever single interaction has been difficult, unfruitful, and mostly a waste of everyone's time. Calling in to get any information has been is impossible (yes, they are authorized to speak with me about my loved one being held in there). Still no visiting due to Corona. Seriously? State Prisons now allow visiting, yet this place doesn't? I dropped off some personal items (all were allowable) yet my loved didn't receive ANY of it, even though I wrote her name on the bag and books, she still never received any of it. To top it off, the woman who stated she would ensure my loved one received the items, identified herself as a "Supervisor", white coat, and all. (Broken leg, rolling around the place on her little wheeled cart that supported her leg, short blonde hair, white, with blue eyes).
Kaitlyn Reichard: Wish I could give zero starts. I'm five months pregnant, my husband was transferred there, and the contact I've had with the staff is awful. From the social worker Leon, to the doctors and nurses, I have never been more stressed in my life and you can be sure that if I have complications during birth, it is 100% their fault.
Kristina Delgado: I was a voluntary admission from the crisis center so my experience maybe is a little different. I didn't have a choice in which hospital I was sent to but I'm glad it was this one. I arrived at 4 in the morning and was greeted by the nicest technician and most of the staff was very kind. The doctor was friendly but very rushed. He over-medicated me at first to the point where I was almost falling over from dizziness, but when I brought it up he actually listened to me and decreased my dose. The 2nd floor has not been remodeled so it is pretty dated. I would have liked to be able to go outside and get some fresh air. The food was decent. They respected my religious beliefs (I am a practicing Muslim) and they let me keep my prayer rug and wear my hijab. They helped save my life in a time of crisis. Thank you!
Lora Nelson: DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! This place needs to be investigated. If only there was a way to give 0 star reviews.
love kings 680: I went here years ago. I had just come off of two antidepressants that I had been on for about 10 years about a month prior (not by my own doing.) I told the doctor I was not sure if I was clinically depressed and needed medication because anyone would be feeling depressed with the situations I was going through at that time and said I had been on the medications for so long that I wasn't sure if they were still working or if I even needed them for as long as I had. the psychiatrist literally just looked at me and said "so why are you here if you don't want medication??" I was like "uhh I said I wasn't sure and figured that you being a doctor and a professional could help me figure that out. " we talked for about three more minutes and he just started writing me scripts
Bree Davy: This place is actually amazing. Do not let the reviews scare you. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, the place is clean & they treat all patients well. Only thing that could use an upgrade is the food. 10/10 recommend 💕
Steve Nag7: I learned a lot about mental health and recovery
M# B#: Would give no star rating, but you can't post without at least one. The one star is dedicated to the facility. The only 3 helpful and pleasant people were the receptionist, nurse Vinita, and nurse Gary(5 stars for them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) on the 2nd floor. The social worker Nicole spoke with me once and never followed up again. I had to physically come up to the facility and speak with her over the phone, because a nurse stated my loved one would we dc'd on Monday and it was a Friday afternoon. Not one person from the facility called to discuss the dc plan. They scheduled bogus appointments in the dc plan, stating that a follow up with his treatment center was scheduled for the following Monday at 9 a.m. I later found out that no such appointments had been made. There was one Asian and one African nurse(this how my loved one described them to me) on day shift that were very rude, short, and quiet frankly lazy. When you asked for info it was "I don't know". Never let me find out or check for you. The follow through and team approach is scattered and unprofessional. There is very little transparency, and you would think it would be more, considering they will not let you visit your loved ones. My loved one did not slip through the cracks like so many vulnerable people do. They have family who are very concerned about their wellbeing and treatment when in a facility. I know most places aren't the best and its a shame, because people are supposed to be there to help. Needless to say I would not recommend this facility. They will stress you out more, with their inadequacy , on top of your loved one needing treatment.
Pastor D Weems: My daughter has been in that place for three days and I have not been able to speak with any person since she arrived . I get the operator and the call ends every time I call. I spoke to o my daughter I had her ask the nurse to take my call or call me. Her response was tell her to call the main number and be transferred. Had explain that’s what I had been doing and she kept repeatedly saying tell her to call the main number and be transferred. What is wrong with that place⁉️ Families need information about their loved ones. It is grievous enough with them being there and you can’t see them but not to be able to get information. That is unacceptable.or speak to anyone except the operator. I tried each department I left a message with social work but I don’t expect to get a call from them either‼️Anyone know how to connect with a person there⁉️
Ricardo Paredes Cañedo: They overdosed me here. I was given three shots of Aristada and they falsified documentation and said they gave me Abilify tablets. If you care about your loved ones I would recommend taking them out of this place.
Karter Graczyk: I was brought to this location against my own free will. If you genuinely care about someone and wish for their mental health to get better, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. The vast majority of employees in this facility are unprofessional and careless. When I was staying there, papers with everyone’s information were left around allowing anyone to invade other patients privacy, a fight broke out and was not handled well at all, social workers were also making remarks about the patients that were very inappropriate and unprofessional. The psychiatrist, Dr. Medina is the WORST woman I have ever spoken to. She will lie about your behavior and manipulate you into staying against your will. She tried to put me on HIGH doses of medication that are literally dangerous. If you do research, a past patient, Pauline Klug, stayed at this location and DIED of a drug overdose caused by Dr. Medina in 2020. I stayed in 2021 and she is STILL employed here. This facility is the worst place I have ever been to and I do not recommend it to anyone. Bring your loved one to a better facility such as Harbor Oaks Hospital. I had a wonderful experience there.
Alex D'Avanzo: Inexperienced and unprofessional staff. What kind of doctor recommends a long acting injection of a drug for a patient who has taken said drug two days, with no previous medical history of use. Incredibly irresponsible.
Robert K: This was a good place. The staff was very nice to me. The doctors were helpful and tried their best. 3 meals were served a day. I was never hungry. We were allowed to watch TV and read the newspaper . I enjoyed the group therapy sessions. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks for your help!
Keith Meservy: What a NIGHTMARE! Do not go this facility. Completely unorganized, no one cares. Dirty, nasty food, felt like being in prison
Janice M.: I'd give 0 stars for this place. They held me there 16 days. I had water restrictions and phone restrictions. This hospital wouldn't give my fiance any information about my stay. That being said the social workers are the worst, including Leon. He's the worst, the other patients there hated him.
Sharon senter: I just spent 13 days here because of Xanax withdrawaland anxiety... and it was the worst 13 days of my life. Most of the staff were kind and helpful...but there were a few that were not. So let me tell you about the psychiatrist - Dr. Medina. You speak to her on Zoom for about 5 minutes. She has never been there in person. And she doesn't know me yet thinks she knows what is best. No one could stand her. I even caught her lying to me to keep me there longer...with a social worker and nurse practitioner as witnesses. She also was trying to wean me off a long-time habit of Xanax within a two-week period. Anyone will tell you that's impossible. Thank God I'm out of there and I can't wait to see my regular doctor.
Bridget Gr: My bf was in there for almost 2 weeks and he seemed worse when he came out....noone talked to me about aftercare or what someone who is living with someone with mental disabilities should do or how to handle certain situations....the only thing my bf got out of it was phone numbers from other patients that are in there or were leaving...it doesnt seem like it was dr and patient sessions it seemed more group sessions. He needed help and now he seems worse so thanks for just shooting him up with medication and sending him on his way...
donna k: They DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give you any updates on your love one that is in there. They are rude and unprofessional. They say I'll have to call you back because we're busy. Guess what no call back ever. The doctor assigned to your love one does NOT even call you back. Thumbs down, to the owner why don't you reply to a negative comment? It would be nice to hear you are concerned and will follow up. If you notice the majority of the comments are negative with 1 star.you get one star because that's the lowest.you shouldn't even get1star
andriea prindle: I came out more traumatized
Erica Miller: This place is a joke

Ascension Eastwood Behavioral Health at 13 Mile: what do users think?
Briana Garrison: My insurance was changed because of work so they cancelled my most recent therapy appointment. I've been trying to call them since but they never answer the phone. I have left three voicemails and no one is returning my calls. I have three pills left of my antidepressants. I'm beyond upset.
Rickie Holloway: Closed for in person visits due to Covid 19 but they e-mail you the intake paperwork to fill out but you can not e-mail it back to them your choices are fax regular mail or you can hand deliver it to the office then they will schedule you a virtual appointment. Yet people wonder why the police have to deal with those of us who have mental health issues. Don't waste your time I know I didn't and won't said screw it before I even got started
Angelmika: I went there one time per my doctor suggestion...it did not work out so i never returned. The day I went, I paid a copay fee which was a one time charge. Now I receive an email saying they are going to charge my card for another fee that I am not aware of nor did I give them authorization to keep my card on file. Money grubbing crooks!!!
Jacqueline Kupper: I am a therapist at this office and assure you that this is a nice place or I wouldn't work here. Most people only post reviews when they have something bad to say. I hope I can change that.
Stuffies Forever: I was going to here for court ordered therapy. My therapist cancelled my appointment I called multiple times to re-schedule and NEVER received a call back with multiple messages being left. I have proceeded to leave messages for literally weeks. I am now possibly facing JAIL time because of the lack of care this facility has for its patients. Disgusting. Thanks for possibly costing me another 30 days behind bars for not my lack of trying but THEIR lack of attending to their mentally ill patients.
Mark Sapian: Extremely Rude. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Andrew Cawley: Therapist was nice, but I thought it was real crappy of them to see my 10 year old daughter for 2 months and let her get use to talking to someone only to give us the boot because they no longer accept our insurance. Highly unprofessional!
Thomas Zawodna: Worst experience of my life. After fighting so hard to get in there and finally having some hope for The First time in a long time, I was kicked out at midnight of my first day based on a lie. The first thing my roommate said when I went in my room was that he didn't want a roommate. 3 hours later I guess he told James, the little prick monitor that I was smoking in the bathroom. That changed into snorting something in the bathroom. I came in wanting to change my life. I truly came for recovery and had no drugs and honestly did not not smoke. What I got was thrown out at midnight by heartless people who wouldn't even talk to me. Horrible horrible place! Ended up at hospital with anxiety attack. Figuring out a better place. Will update soon!

Judson Center - Warren: what do users think?
Kristin Marling: So disorganized, spoke to 2 case workers for over 2 hours, then arrived to appointment to be told they have no info…a complete waste of time for my disabled adult brother. I was shocked at the way Dr. Harris treated us…definitely not the type of provider I’m looking for. My standards of care are way too high. Would give 0 stars if possible to Dr. Harris. Terrible!!!
David K: This place is terrific, my doctor's great and even cracked my back when it needed it, and he's an older dude too. And than I received a hot bath with lavender and one of those bath bombs, and I can't even tell ya how amazing it was. He went above and beyond, he still comes over every Sunday for the family bbqs, and always brings his magical sauce I just can't get enough of. I would definitely recommend
Urkle: Please don’t bring your child here ♥️
Marty: They’ll call CPS on you for disagreeing with them
Tracie Dejausserand: Personally I think this place is a joke they don’t listen to their patients or just me. I feel they don’t care and don’t take my mental illness seriously I’m keeping my last few appointments since I need my medicine from my meds doctor even my primary wouldn’t even help me I experience seizures and have been off one of them and my sleep meds couldn’t even help didn’t even care according to the CDC insomnia is the most health threat I’m America sleep Deprivation also has to do with my seizures and these doctors don’t care. This is my experience I hope everyone else has a better one than I have
Ashley Diaz: I wouldn’t go here ever they closed my case and didn’t tell me then I said can you at least give me 1 month of my meds until I find a new place and the supervisor said no we can’t help you and this all started over Dan my therapist because he closed my case with NO LETTER , so basically he didn’t care that I would be with out meds all he cared about was his boring visits that didn’t help me and he didn’t even remember my name
Roxi Dlite: Absolutely a pleasure from the start. The staff here are so kind and my visit today with Dr. Joucys was really great. It was my first time seeing him and the first time in my life that I didn’t feel rushed in the exam room. He took time to get to know me and shared a bit about himself too. He listened to me and took time to answer questions I had and explained in detail. He was extremely friendly, charming and funny. I also love that they are integrating behavioral heath with physical health and I think more places should do this because I believe the mind and body are connected! Thank you Judson Center I will return. Top notch experience!
Antoine Williams (Lucky): It's OK just take to long to get a call back !
Rach Matheney: If I could give zero stars, I would. My child is a pt here, when you call and leave a message for the psychiatrist, they don’t seem to get them. Not even an “emergency message”. I called bk 24 hrs AFTER leaving an emergency message, to be told the dr wouldn’t call me bk til Monday (SIX DAYS AFTER LEAVING AN EMERGENCY MESSAGE) This is the 2nd psychiatrist my child has seen here - the failed to tell me the 1st one left their office. This place is legitimately a joke. They want to pump the kids full of meds - like their a lab rat. I will be looking for a new psychiatrist Friday.
Lonnie Bell (lonnie bell): Best place ever
Tommy Post: A wonderful person saved my spot and I will be updating this asap but Judson now compared to when I first went has progressed ALOT. would recommend (9/21/21)Lost my ability to be seen due to lack of communication, on a waiting list as of right now, Will start off saying, if you have the ability to be seen somehow... I have really loved being at Judson, they have wonderful staff especially their front desk, and in the past their other directors and things, but recently had to deal with ALOT of confusion, losing a therapist again, then never hearing back when I was told I would be called when mine was replaced asked to wait 2 months between visits because it was easier (which is fine once, or as needed), then only finding out a few months after working with my assigned medical professionals to begin going without panic attacks everyday for the first time in over 5 years, that my case was closed without contact, and a very bad explanation (was told that I never returned calls, but that is impossible, also have a family friend who had the same therapist and nurse practitioner, and was replaced, but I never got the call that they did, which is the reason I finally stopped waiting and called, I even went in office to fill out paperwork in between, was, told I was still waiting) I was hoping that I could have this issue solved, but there seems to be no chance, as I have no expected time to return let alone in a timely safe fashion, or way of continuing actually LIVING my new improved life without crippling panic attacks at least once a day. So I have been forced to go on a mad scramble to find a replacement. Wish me luck.If not for this horrible action (some people are less stable than myself and this could end their lives, or ruin them in such profoundly irresponsible and just wrong, I will survive, some I pray for them as I cant be the only one.) I would have written a glowing review with 5/5 stars, only noting the lack of consistent therapists which is out of their control mostly.(New updated review, will edit if anything changes AGAIN @5/13/2021)update is coming
Amy Landry: In hindsight I deeply regret entrusting with the wellbeing/ care of my son.
Amber Casali: i recommend only for adults even then its been a work in progress with meds for over 3 years. for children i would absolutely not take my child there again and its been 2 years wasted with mary murray!
Madison Coleman: My mom works there and the people are so nice.
Christine Sciotti: Great place helps alot of people
Corina Reibel: I love this place very nice staff been with this place for years
Carlotta: Great family therapy services
Dawn Speer: Wonderful caring people.
Michele Dunski: I love this place everyone is great there
Clara Kammann: Smells funny, cold not help. Waited two months
Patricia Pelkey: Great place for therapy and family to go to

Michigan Counseling Group: what do users think?
Carmen Bruno: My counselor Rita was great! She gave me the tools I needed to work on the issues I had, highly recommended her!
Nathanial Ivester: The person I had dealt with today was rude and calling untrue facts about am unhappy with how she handled it. When all I had was a simple questhen that then turned into her saying I was being discriminative. I do not feel that and I feel hurt she owes me an apology
Lillian Camille: Caring and professional! The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is kind.
aj huard: I was a walk in for a state drug test..their hours are very convenient and the service was very speedy and professional...very reliable for the area and staffing is very personable..I will use them anytime as a go-to in the future...Thanks for the courtousy and help...
Karon Pilot: If you need actual need help don't go here. They like to bill insurances for 60 min visits when they only see you for 30. Choosing this place for help really only make the situation worse. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. The office manager is extremely rude and was literally arguing and yelling at me over the phone and kept hanging up on me while I was trying to conduct business. When I was calling and I was very nice and pleasant to her was just trying to get my bill settled after I gave her my insurance information. Did not even receive the full service I should have received from this company. The way they conduct business here is really alarming to me but now also understand why people struggling never get the proper help. This is the help available and it is sad. I will not recommend anybody to ever go here so please read the reviews before you attend this clinic it is very unprofessional and you will never get The help that you need that you the manager is very rude mean unprofessional and horrible attitude I will never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I give them a zero and no stars I will not even allow my dog to go here if he needed help this is the worst place I have ever deal with in my life dealing with business and I will be calling the city and making a complaint on this company about the horrible service and unprofessional customer service I received
Jennifer Mansky: If you need actual help don't go here. They over book patients and don’t show up for appointments and like to bill insurances for for 60 min visits when they only see you for 30. Choosing this place for help really only made my situation worse. Don’t make the same mistakes go to the next place that comes up on google. The office manager is extremely rude and was literally arguing and yelling at me over the phone. The way they conduct business here is really alarming to me but now also understand why people struggling never get the proper help. This is the help available and it’s sad.
N.: Friendly and professional office staff, clean environment, and Ms.Rita is a wonderful counselor.
Collin Ozment: This place is horrible, all they do is try to sell you other services and have NO interest in helping at all. I used them because they were the court recommended cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, they are the worst. If you're doing anything court related they will always recommend extra stuff because they know you'll be ordered to do it. Seriously go anywhere else
Saad Uddin: I went to this place with one of my relatives. I felt discriminated. The white girl at the front desk was a bit rude to us. We did not feel welcome there. She seemed to be upset with something. She might have had a bad day, but if this how she is then she must change her attitude.
Susan Briggs: Very helpful, staff was easy to work with.
Mari Coleman: Thanks for the great service.
Brandi Russell: Great place to work, and or visit if our services are ever needed.Management and Ownership are great as well as the supporting staff. I've watched management and support staff sit down with clients and help them with paperwork/court documents/insurance/ or even things that did not pertain to anything that was happening or had to do with the business.Once was called Michigan Diagnostic Alcohol and Drug Services and the name was changed to reflect where we wanted to head as a company hence Michigan Counseling Group. We do still provide all the other services that was once provided like:Drug screens for Employment/School/Court/Personal, DNA Personal and Chain of Custody, Support/PTSD/Change Classes, one on one counseling covering a wide array of things (We have 5 great counselors to choose from), Secretary of State/Probation/Mental Health/ and Opioid Risk Assessments.
Rob Padilla: Loved it good people love the staff morning for me.
Joseph Stanaj: I went there for a urine test and wasn’t sure what to expect but the manager, a short portly Indian guy named Fubar I think, was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely refer this place to a friend.
Lisa House: Wonderful friendly and professional staff. The owner is a really great guy. Actually in this business to help people. Takes the time to get to know his clients. They offer many services outside of drug testing. They are always fast, get you in and out. Have recommended them to several others. No comparison to other similar businesses.
Anthony Hamilton: Just started PBT two times a week here. I work at 7:30 and you open at 6:30 perfect time right? Needless to say I'm sitting on my lunchbox at the front door in the cold currently with out a ride to work because I've been here since 6:30 and now it's 7:11 AM AND STILL nobody is here and my ride has her own job to tend to. Thanks mdads let's hope my boss understands.UPDATE: showed up at 7:22. Payed for my PBT and offered to uber me to work which is awesome, but I'm still late. Much appreciated but I hope it doesn't happen again because my boss is livid and technically at the end of the day it's my fault for drinking and driving thanks mdads

iPsychiatry: what do users think?
Darren DaRocha: I had some pretty bad experiences with my previous psychiatrist. Never seemed to get my meds right. Jessica gave me a genesight test and was able to help me get on meds that are working well for me. Jessica listens (previous psychiatrist did not!) and now I am able to function and complete tasks I was not able to do before. I have referred 3 people there and have only been a patient with them for a year. Extremely happy with the results I've gotten.
Jj Sattdaddy: To be honest, nothing but the best attention to detail, she takes her time to listen and answers questions, with knowledge that works. I really did land on one of a kind psychiatric that suits the needs of myself to a T. Couldn't ask for better care from i psychiatry.*Find the worker who helps like this, if you feel u listened to, partner w someone who works the best care for you*who listens and helps to be a better you. If someone isn't a good fit, find the one that is. Here they have enough to find you your best fit.Being demanding towards doctors is no partnership. Just saying..
Nykeisha Armour: Don’t waste your time they don’t care about your mental health it’s all about the money 💵
Lois Longo: I can’t speak for any other by myself that man has help me figure out who I am, and why I act the way I do so I have nothing but gratitude for that man
Samyiah Sade: - [ ] I went to my appointment where I had tried to speak with Dr Bens Sandire about my goals which was to completely come off inVega sustena and to take the 78 dosage. I had previously been on the 117mg and wanted to discuss lowering the dosage to 78mg after I had been on the 117mg for at least 7 months.- [ ] All he heard was come off inVega and he said he cannot do that he didn’t feel comfortable but as a supposed licensed doctor you should listen to your patients. He was extremely rude by yelling at me he closed the door and completely ignored what I was trying to say not allowing me to finish and putting words in my mouth. He even misdiagnosed me when he was the one who diagnosed me in the first place as a doctor u should be willing to do whatever it takes to help your patients. Instead he was stubborn and prideful not having it anybody’s way except his on top of that he told me to find another doctor I will not be returning there. Such unprofessional behavior from somebody suppose to be professional don’t take your loved ones here this place is a joke and not a place for your loved ones to go
Kyle Aron: Very unprofessional and a very unprofessional experience. I was at this office for many years and one day I was just cut off of all my meds and all therapy. My phone calls were never returned nor was I given a reason. I've NEVER before heard of this kind of practice in psychiatric care in my life. A horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. It was a very scary situation and experience that almost ruined my life physically as well as mentally. I'm baffled at this type of behavior and would not recommend this office to anyone. 0 stars for me.
Ryan Onyshkevich: Good
Tracy M: Dr Saindiare is very unprofessional. He prescribed me meds without checking for any drug interactions. When I called their office to make appt with the nurse practitioner instead of Dr S he refused to let me speak to her or leave a message he instead told me I needed to look for another dr bc I didn't trust him he told me there are plenty more Drs I can call & I told him it took me 6 mons to finally get into their office. I let him know that both him & his assistant were very rude & unprofessional. I also let him know I left two messages with the front desk & never received a call back.
shelly chinchak: I love Dr Sandaire, he has been there for me for 3 years.... This facility has treated me with so much respect...I am very comfortable here, he is very caring and helps so many people, all the staff are caring and understanding, also very accommodating with appointments, I've never felt like a bother, they've never rushed me out of an appointment....I can't possibly think of anything that has made me feel uncomfortable or " just a number" so to speak. They simply care about their patients, from my point of view. 👍🙂
Michael Phipps: I love this place I love Dr Jessica… the lady at the front desk hasn’t figure out how to talk to people with issues we all agree people have different issues and are dealing with them issues differently… other then that this place is a B+
A W: do NOT call these people they are very rude and inconsiderate. They should be ashamed to even have such people in their place of work considering the field this is.
Iceri Doughty: Dr Kim has been helping me for a while. She really cares and I have a hard time warming up to people and talking with people, never had that problem with her.
Lance Matthews: Horrible experience,They didn't even give me an actual psychiatrist they gave me a PA,Her name was Jessica Schantz. Then After she talks to me like I'm two years old I get told I have to go somewhere else. Literally the most unprofessional person I've ever talked to. Then her team backed her up that's why the whole company is getting this review, no one talked to me they just took her side of the story.......I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially if this Jessica still works there. I mean you have 2.8 review already. I just can't believe that no one else talks to you they just kick you out. After I was treated like a 5 year old, and talked down to, great job guys, really helping people!
Roseann Garofalo: I was a patient at this clinic for four years. I stayed at the clinic for one person and that was Dr Kim. She is the best therapist in the world. Other than that. I had to self diagnose myself and ask to be put on the requested medications that I knew would make me feel normal because Jessica insisted I was Bipolar and had me on medication that would make me have side effects or daze out. I know my own head and how I feel 💯 and she insisted on telling me how I felt. And I was a recovering addict and she always treated me like an addict. Not a recovered addict. I recently had a cancer scare and had a nervous breakdown and had a bad month. And the first chance she got to act on it she did and used it to discharge me from their practice. I am so glad I am out of there. But I will always miss Dr Kim.
Shelby Linnenbrink: Dr. Kim is great! I feel like she listens to everything I tell her and gives me constructive thoughts and advice as to what I can do for the situation I’m having issues with. Jessica, the NP, is great too! Jessica has helped me to understand what the medications I’m taking are doing for me. The front desk staff are also very polite and friendly whenever I come in!
D Rae: I've been going here for quite a few years and I have never had a problem with the doctor. In fact there's a therapist named Kim she is awesome to talk with. Doctor Candle at and a couple other ones that were there we're also very professional easy to talk to and listen to my complaints. The nurses there are very caring and ask lots of questions. However there's a receptionist at the front window that doesn't seem to like her job and shouldn't be there.
Tracey Abramovitch: Melissa is an amazing counselor!!! Really takes the time with me, opens my mind and makes me think!!! She really is definitely in the right field!!! I can't even put into words how appreciative I am for everything that She has guided me through!!! Truly skilled and caring!!!
Lauren Woerner: My therapist Dr. Kim is the best therapist. I just moved to Michigan last year and I had a therapist in New Orleans that I was super attached to. I was hesitant at first after being with my old therapist for so long but instantly Dr Kim at Ipsychiatry made me feel good and comfortable and I trust her 100% with my heart with everything I tell her. She had given me more helpful advice than my last therapist ever did in one session!! I highly recommend Dr. Kim as a therapist if you are seeking one. She is the nicest lady you will ever meet and so very compassionate for everything you are going through and are feeling!
Heather Houck: I have never had a problem with the staff or physicians at this establishment they have helped me a great deal and I would recommend that if you are seeking services for any type of problem you’re having they are there to help.
Steven Holz: I'm fairly certain Melissa and Jessica have saved my life and I'm so thankful i found them. Never had a issue with any one at the desk either. I've never waited more then 5 mintues in the lobby. Definitely don't take the average review for this place before trying, I've been other places before here and I'm happy and thankful I'm getting the help i desperately needed.
Julie Zavala: I took a friend of mine here, this place is very un professional! With all the money they are making off prescription medication. They should update their lobby, looked a scene out of horror film set in the disco error!!!. Front desk was on a personal call when we arrived, she continued that conversation while we waited, very unprofessional. I am sure they are used to dealing with different types of people from all walks of life, with that being said not everyone walks in there for a prescription!!!! Some people want help. Place is a Sham! Out to make $$$ We walked out! I wouldn’t recommend or take anyone I Loved to this place!

Pathways 2 Counseling Center: what do users think?
Rose Shamoon: As a former patient at Pathways for multiple years a few years ago, I can say that this place leaves its mark on you, through nothing less than the amazing care and compassion its owners run the facility. The center is owned by Deb and Tony, who are some of the nicest human beings I have ever met. When I first started out, I had some issues with other staff that were very upsetting (and would have been very harmful had I not been in a better state of mind). Tony did not hesitate to reach out to me, and he insisted on mending the situation no matter what. No matter what disagreements happened between us and how angrily I approached the situation, he made sure to understand me and apologize for any mistakes him or his staff might have made. I understand that many people hesitate to go to therapy or counseling because they will feel like just another number or way of profit. I can also guarantee you, 100%, that this is not the case here at Pathways. The owners make sure that all of their patients are loved, respected, and taken care of no matter what they can give in return. Tony and Deb are genuine and sincere about healing the pain in this world through actions of kindness and LOVE. Amazing owners and staff!
Serge Yurkewych: Therapist lie to you and manipulate you and are not really truthful nobody in that building I would trust place needs to get shut down
Ara Sage: I see Rhonda and she is fantastic. I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in. I love this place a lot
Beast Master: Very kind and supportive staff. Flexible scheduling.
Darby Smith: My daughter’s therapist Rhonda McRae is amazing and connects with my child on a level that my child can understand and respect. She goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter has the tools she needs to succeed and has became a true advocate for my daughter and her needs.
Judi Arndt: My teenage daughter has been seeing Ms Rhonda for a couple of months now. Right from the start you can tell the Ms Rhonda cares about her clients, and makes them feel that they matter and that they are important to her. Ms Rhonda not only has helped my daughter (and myself/family) but she has also encouraged my daughter to grow and face life head on with tools for when life get rough. We truly are thankful for Ms Rhonda!
Chassidy Walker: I would give them 10 stars if I could. During the height of the pandemic Pathways took care of my child and with open arms when most facilities turned new patients away. The staff is amazing and they treat my son so lovingly. Since being under the care of Pathways my son has made amazing strides. Another bonus is they work with your insurance and your budget. If you need a safe space I would recommend Pathways!
Penny Rodriguez: The staff is great so is Mr. Dan he is awesome. My therapist Mrs Tracy is the great.
Anthony D'Agnillo: I've been seeing Ms. Rhonda for about six months now and I must say, my life has come a long way in a relatively short amount of time thanks to Rhonda's guidance and expertise in helping me get out of my own head. Her non-confrontational assertive approach to therapy has allowed me to reframe my perspective and opened me up to a greater capacity for self-love and overall stability in my life. I don't know where I would be were it not for our weekly sessions. I look forward to continuing therapy with Ms. Rhonda and highly recommend her if you are looking for a way to better yourself. She gives you the tools you need to set boundaries for yourself and create an environment conducive to living the lifestyle that YOU want to live.
Margaret Venditti: Debra Loving is an incredible therapist with tremendous skill who has helped me gain critical insight. She truly cares and consistently demonstrates her commitment to my well being and to helping me achieve my goals that will allow me to embrace and celebrate next stages of life.I have always found the office staff to be very friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the warm, welcoming and supportive environment Deb and her staff have created.
J H 1: I have been going to this office for about 3 years. The moment I walked into the office. I felt so welcome. The staff have gone over and above what other officers. I had in the past.
Kellie Stevens: Debra and Tony are amazing and genuinely care about helping others! Pathways 2 Counseling Center is the right place for you if you're looking for individuals that truly care about you and want you to succeed. You will love the staff and its overall welcoming atmosphere.❤️
Kaisheia Powell: I absolutely love it here. I feel just like family. Ms Tracy is the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr. Tony and his wife and I definitely cannot forget the ladies at the desk simply amazing.
jonathan rose: My daughter has had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Rhonda for the past few years. She has gone out of her way to provide quality care for and of my child, above and beyond what one would expect. She heavily invests herself in the welfare of not just her patients, but their parents as well. I cannot speak highly enough about her. We are very grateful for her wisdom and perseverance in working towards balance for her patients.
Jessi Lara: My child and I have been coming here for almost 2 years, first I would love to talk about how amazing my childs therapist is... Rhonda Mcrae is absolutely the best, she is very carying and kind but straight forward which I love. The progress my child made has been great and she really helped guide my child to cope and make it through a rough time, if you are looking for a great therapist I recommend Rhonda.I see CJ or Carmita Jefferson, this woman has helped me through the hardest time of my life. Cj is kind, caring, and funny. When I am in therapy I feel like I get to vent to a friend but also learn and leave with great advice. She has went out of her way to accommodate my schedule at times and has been nothing short of amazing as well.If you are looking to going to pathways either of these woman would be great to see.
Joann Renée Dietz: Employee working the front desk was not wearing a mask. Pens were not clearly marked "clean" which makes me question if they were sanitized before/after use. I clearly marked that I was a new patient, but had to wait for paperwork because they thought I was previously seen via televisit. I am concerned they are not enforcing the executive order that requires everyone to wear a face covering; there was a client waiting to check out without a mask on. I did not see anything being wiped down or sterilized in the ninety minutes I was in the building.
Lexi Lex: been to a few other counseling offices & by far have never been treated better than here! tony at the front desk is always so kind & helpful & tracy is the best person to have as a counselor. i am always greeted w smiling faces & a hello, the employees here really go out of their way to make u feel more like family & not just a “customer.” would recommend to anyone searching for a welcoming psychiatry office! :-)
Lanessa Hicks: Karen is the best and my daughter absolutely loves her. She's very kind and caring. I'd highly recommend her. Can't wait for the COVID-19 pandemic to be over so my daughter can resume her appointments.
Michael Dettloff: The staff here has been very kind and helpful to me
Jessica Jarvis: Ann is great with my elderly mom. You can tell the entire staff really cares about their patience well being.
Madison Kenyon: Saw Karen while I was here; such a great person to talk to! She really makes you feel comfortable about any situation you have and always gives you the advice you needed. I’d definitely recommend going here, and from what I saw the other counselors are super nice and really well respected. Always felt better when I left from my appointments!
