オブリビオンこころ: We had the worst experience here. My fiancé had to tell the employee four times what our order was. He ordered two Love-It sized shakes. We received one with the wrong flavors of ice cream, and so much milk was mixed in that it was entirely liquid (next to no ice cream was included). The other shake was instead given to us as a Like-It sized ice cream with one of the flavors left out. We wanted to get a refund, but the staff did not seem to care, and as 20 minutes had already passed waiting on two (completely wrong) orders, we had to leave. As we exited the store, the employee who made our orders made a sarcastic remark to my fiancé. Upon getting back to the car, I realized my drink had peanut butter in it, which I had not asked for. I’m not allergic, but it is so negligent to include things in a customer’s drink that they didn’t ask for without their knowledge. You could make someone seriously ill by doing this. Please AVOID this business at all costs. It is very dirty, and the employees are extremely disrespectful. Also, please contact Coldstone directly with complaints, as this location clearly does not care to help.

Eternal Tamashii: Got both my orders wrong, had to confirm 4 times still to get an order wrong. Took me almost 20 minutes to get a simple order of two shakes. Then was given attitude and both items be completely wrong. One was a cup of milk with a minuscule amount of the wrong ice cream, and the other was a tiny ice cream of the wrong flavor. Don’t ever go here. It’s a waste of time and money. Completely incompetent.

Remy Mitchell: Worst coldstone ever. It’s always a hot mess inside , the ice cream cooler is damaged and they use cardboard to replace the missing glass on the side of it. Also please don’t eat here if you have any allergies . They have a bad problem with cross contamination. This is the 3rd time my ice cream has had nuts in it and I didn’t ask for any. Also my ice cream just had Chocolate syrup in the bottom and I didn’t even ask for any . Gross .

Kristin Kopp: Head somewhere else… the place was disgusting… looks like glass hasn’t been cleaned, counters gross, coffee grinds not even cleaned up by coffee pots, ice cream on the ground behind counter and all employees walking past it ignoring it. I let me kids get ice cream against my better judgement.No one helped the girl making our 4 ice creams… took a really long time and we had to watch her because she forgot to add ingredients into the ice cream.Ice cream fridge is broken as well and replaced with cardboard.Head somewhere else.

Jake Matthews: Drove over a half hour to get here. Upon arrival, we found out that it was drive thru only. Once we got to the drive thru there was only Tim Horton’s items on the menu since it was a split location. Asked the worker if he could switch screens and he told us to look it up online. They didn’t even have a QR code that gives us access to the Cold Stone menu. Additionally, there was a line of cars piling up behind us while we were searching the menu online. Do not recommend unless you want to get immediately sassed by the staff.

Jayce Wilson: i would give zero stars if i could. the staff at this location has given me issues the past 3 times i’ve come here. this time, i was ordering a specialty ice cream cone that was shown pictured on the glass right above the ice cream flavors. as i was ordering, i could tell the lady taking my order was confused. she must’ve been struggling to remember her menu that was displayed in the window as well as throughout the store. i restated my order again as she verified twice with me already and i corrected her both times. after a third correction, she decided to ask for help and the person she asked for help simply stated from 5 feet away, “tell her we don’t do sundaes here.” i said then, “the ones right here on the glass in front?” and she said again “tell her we don’t do specialty anything here.” i then told them to have a wonderful day and i took my business elsewhere.

FiureItOut YourSelf: I came to this location twice. Both times the customer service is TERRIBLE. Hopefully management can pull it together, either way this establishment won’t see another dollars of mine… if you want great ice cream rogers bulk candy and ice cream it’s AMAZING… and down the road. Lesson learned trying to get what’s close 😂

Gave me frozen whole strawberries that were not belnded into ice cream at all. There were peanuts and other toppings mixed in. Ice cream was melting it just didn’t taste right. This cold Stone Is the worst I’ve ever been to! Nasty customer service as well

When the employee opened the sauce it was chunky and she just put it on my ice cream anyway and put the lid on. While we were walking out, I heard them say the warmer for it wasn't even on.
