The employee that helped us knew all the specials going on off the top of his head and could answer any billing questions I had on the spot. Left with a better phone for my mom than expected.The staff seemed happy but I think they really deserve stools and proper heating though. For such a big company, the store shouldn't look so low budget

Anna A: Marcel was helping me do a return and I’ve never ever experienced such horrible service. Brandon or Brendan I believe is the manager and he wasn’t any help. I was told that I would have no fees at all if I return my phone due to a Port In issue that T-Mobile cannot assist me with therefore I had no need for the phone and returned it. I was told that I would have no fees is the Port In did not go through. Which it didn’t. They’re making me drive an hour away to the original store that I went to just to have them return a phone. Disgusting
