Jennifer Cowger: My family of 4 arrived at 6:30. Waited 15 min for a hostess. The gal in front of me was with her daughter. They had been waiting too. A host came up and said it will be 1-1.5 hour wait. The place was NOT busy. No polite “sorry”. I get staff may be short but no need to be rude.

I understand Covid put a lot of restaurants in a weird place but I feel there’s no excuse for what has happened to my favorite restaurant.The bathroom was a mess, the floor needed to be swept, first time ever I saw fruit flies by the food bar, and the staff disappears with only 1-3 customers in the building.Give this place a fresh makeover, get some staff willing to clean, fix the chips in the walls, make a fresh new menu.. please do something because I dont think I can come again in the condition.#MakeBDsGreatAgain

If you're going to raise prices, at least keep the same product, that's understandable. Instead they are charging way more for less product than what you used to get. I know that's a decision coming from a higher up but man they screwed up... The chef that was cooking looked miserable with an attitude. Either he's not trained well, it's understaffed, or severely underpaid, either or, it made the experience less welcoming. I left feeling disappointed, and I used to love going there.

Rick Witt: I've always enjoyed BD's. I appreciate that you can select the ingredients yourself and generally enjoy the interaction with the cooks and staff. I hadn't been there in some time, so I thought I'd stop in.The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was good. What struck me was the price. It feels to me like the price has doubled in the past few years. The unlimited price is just not worth it.

Stacy Wilson: If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I made a reservation for a party of 10 for Easter. I get a call the day before Easter at 4 PM to let me know they decided to close the establishment for Easter and I would need to find another restaurant for me and my family for Easter dinner, what a joke where are you going to find a reservation for Easter at 4 PM the day before. Boycott this restaurant it’s obvious the owners/staff don’t care about their customers.

ACE LOCKSMITH LLC: There was litter everywhere throughout the whole building looked very dirty, I used to like going to this place unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience this time. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager of this location. Employees would walk right passed all the trash, some were even texting on their phones often, when they could be actually working… VERY UNIMPRESSED, here’s some pics to show what I’m saying. Milo Nightingale: This is probably the last time i will eat at this BD's, which is unfortunate since the next cloest one to me is in Dearborn since the Royal Oak one closed.This location used to be good, and we would eat here fairly often. Things started changing right after they stopped doing the covid precautions.The first time we went back afterthat server was rude and bordering on homophopic towards my partner and I, we brushed it off as a bad night since they were clearly understaffed.The time after that was okay but that is when they started charging for tortillas and having you request rice at the grill which I understand to some extent but instead of asking you what rice we wanted, we had to ask and there was no sign that stated this and the only reason we found out is another person in front of us had asked, this has since changed and they do now ask you if you want brown or white rice.This most recent time when we came in we weren't welcomed by anyone the guy in the front who is normally really good was clearly confused on what was going on with the seating. A table that was sat in another section after us had their bowls before and were making their food at least 5 minutes before us and another table that got sat around the same time as us.Today was the straw that broke the camel's back on this location, much like the previous visit when they started having you request what rice you want, you now have to do this with eggs which makes since with the rising cost of them but the only indication that something changed with how eggs were added was a sign that stated there was a limit of three but did not state that we had to ask the grillers just an empty tray where the eggs are normally. The grillers didnt even pay attention to us trying to get their attention until a different one came to pour my sauces and i at least got my partner an egg.There is more issues but at this point this review will emd up an essay so ill end it at that
