Lady Tea: If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would! My sister and I visited the Southfield office today, 3/25/2022. We were not greeted nor were invited to sit down. Barbara was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I do not know what her problem was, but she was rude, short, and nasty when we walked in the door. I have been trying to figure out what issue she had with two black women coming in the office to honor their beloved mother! However, I let her know that I did not appreciate the way she was cutting us off and just being downright rude! What else could it have been? We did all of the work for her by sending in the image and graphics we wanted. I mentioned that I may have wanted to add one or two small graphics and inquired about a different granite color. She rudely told me that she was not going to add more graphics! I couldn't believe that she was talking to two adults like that! I was shocked and disgusted! Once I told her that she was being rude, she handed me my mother's photo; and we left!! WHAT A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just hope she knows that WORD OF MOUTH is powerful!

Forde Sanders: Wietechas is a great company to work with their craftsmanship is excellent they have a huge array of choices for stone, type and symbols. Everything is very seamless, I sent them a file showing them what I was interested in doing and they matched it beautifully. They have a easy to use proof system and I just worked with Barbara Wietechas and she made sure everything was done exactly as she said it would. I never had to drive over there, Barbara sent me pdf files with all the choices and I just picked what I wanted. Wonderful person excellent company to help you through what can be a difficult process.

I am planning on having 2 more headstones made in the near future.In 2008 Brad made me a beautiful, medium size 2 piece black granite headstone for my German Shepherd, Scooter. Theie price was beyond reasonable and exactly what I could afford at the time!I know a lot of us are grieving and upset when we go through the process of having a headstone made, but I give the staff at Lincoln all the praise in the world. They made this so easy on me. I never felt pressured to buy a more expensive headstone that I couldn't afford or didn't want. They came up with some really great design ideas that I liked. Since it was for my dog, I ended up chosing a bouncing tennis ball design that Brad came up with. They were even kind enough to let me hangout and watch the headstone being made!I will always appreciate Brad and everyone at Lincoln for allowing me to be a part of the process. I was grieving the loss of my very bestfriend and being given the opportunity to have a hand in making my pooch's headstone, well that really made me feel like I had gave him the absolute bestNot a single corner was cut and nothing was "cheapened" for me by getting to peak behind the curtains, if you will.
