L A: I was referred to Palmer through family who had used them multiple times for relocation, and I am so glad I followed their advice! John (sales), Kelly (coordinator), Laith and Rocky (movers) did a phenomenal job with my move. They were professional, treated my move like a priority and were easy to work with. This could have been a highly stressful situation for me as this was my first interstate move, but all of my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. Palmer has been around for 20 plus years and widely known as trusted servicer in the Metro Detroit area. Not only did they do an amazing job, but their pricing was very reasonable (a $1000 less than their competitors!) . You can't go wrong with Palmer.

HK Smith: I have had to move multiple times in the last several years and after shopping around area companies for my most recent change, I am glad that I went with Palmer again for this local shift. The crew was the best I have ever had for any move! Isaac, Frazier, Danny and Blue were professional, respectful (of both me and my items), friendly and fun. It was a relief to see how well they worked together as a team and kept a positive attitude with me and each other despite having to shift hundreds of book boxes up and down stairs (not to mention a piano). Similarly, all of the office individuals I interacted with before, during and after the move were polite and helpful. A few little things came up, but with problem-solving and attention they were addressed, so nothing warrants removing any stars from this review. I know everyone's experiences are different, but should you decide to go with this company, I hope yours is just as smooth on a day that is already inherently stressful.

Sebastian Murphy: I don't usually review anything outside of food unless it's absolutely terrible or absolutely excellent. These guys did a wonderful job moving me. I put them in a very terrible condition and they still did great. They had to move things from throughout my entire house, which is not the bad part. The bad part is I have a new build that is 45 minutes away. Being that it is a new build the grading of the property is all dirt. It was raining when they were moving stuff out of my house, it was sprinkling when they were moving stuff in, all we had to keep them out of the mud is planks of wood going from the driveway to the house that is not wide enough for a dolly so they had to carry everything into the house one box at a time. And being that I'm getting the house painted, everything had to go into the basement. They did it, didn't complain about it they even helped me carry a set of stairs that I had to have at my patio door through the mud. We were almost losing our shoes LOL. It took four of us to carry them. They were the most chill relaxed guys, and they took a lot of safety precautions when moving our grandparents chairs and glass showcase. I can personally put a High recommendation from myself on this group of guys. They're professional but not over professional, you can tell that you're dealing with the real people that actually care. Not people that are too robotic like they don't have any emotions. If you're nervous, like I was about hiring a moving company. This is the way to go. You don't need to look any further. They have my personal stamp of approval.

When we realized we moved from a larger home to small after they brought the furniture in, it was overwhelming to think I couldn’t have all my furniture in the places I thought I could. 李品: Jeff was professional over the phone, but when the movers came, they won't take the electronics unless at additional cost. They took few items at a time. It took 3 men 2.5 hours to load the truck from a 1000 sqft ranch, and left behind a lot of items saying no room in the 26 ft truck. It took another 2 hours to unload the truck. Much more than the quote.

Brad Harrison: My wife and I used this company to move into our new house recently. Jeff (the owner) was very friendly on the phone. The movers were also very friendly and extremely careful with our furniture and boxes. They wrapped all of our furniture and covered it in heavy blankets on the truck to protect it. Our only complaint was that they seemed to take quite a few breaks (although off the clock) which made the move take longer than we expected. Overall, a good experience and we would probably use them again.
Jakita Foster: If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed them and no one gotten back to me at all. They were 4hours late and kept complaining when they did get there. They don’t have stable rates and when they give you the price on the phone it’s far from accurate. They will charge you wayyyy more on the day of moving your stuff and will purposely move slow to make the pay higher. I even paid more to take down the TVs but they said they couldn’t do it due to not having the right tools, but that was a lie and they kept the money. I hired another person to take down the TVs and they said the only thing they had to do was unscrew them down with the regular tools which they had. They also forgot to get things that I mentioned. $740 came out of my pocket that day. I suggest you stick with the moving companies that have stable rates and actually will put in work so it will not take that long just to get extra money out of you. My house is very small (850sq), so it wasn’t much to get. They originally tried to get $1,200 out of me so be careful, do not recommend at all!
Jill Thornton: I would give 10 stars if I could.. I can not say enough about how great Integrity Movers is. I had to change my move date 3x within one week due to changes with my condo association. Each time Jeff the owner was flexible and willing to work with me. Jeff was so pleasant on the phone that I felt like I knew him for years.when the movers arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and speedy they were. I have avery heavy Amish furniture set in my bedroom. Every moving company that I used in the past complaints about the furniture, charged me extra or simply refuses to move it. Jeff assured me on the phone that his guys would move the furniture. And boy did they ever! The 3 guys quickly moved my furniture from the 3rd floor with ease!I will definitely be using Integrity Movers again. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone.

Well did not win I just lost $2.00 and had a bad experience over 7 years ago that just causing me emotionally stress.

Middle Class Blast #MCB: Friendly helpful staff that truly does go out of their way to satisfy your needs from trucks to propane. I use them to fill my BBQ and portable heater's tanks all the time. Fair price and you always get a proper fill-up. Unlike the grocery stores exchange program were u get almost 2 gallons less and pay far more per gallon. Mike: I rented a uhaul for 1hour should of been $50 over the course of 3 months they charged my credit card almost $20,000 because they thought my name was Eugene and that I drove cross country and abandoned the uhaul I called corporate and they said it was handled a month later they recharged my card was forced to sue uhaul and won in court

Alex Bader: Moving nearly 1200 miles, by myself, with everything that I own, was going to be an exceptionally difficult task. I quoted many full-service moving companies, considered U-Haul truck options, and ultimately decided on PODS. Their quote was reasonable, considering the distance, and the flexibility/quality care they offer compared to a moving truck company that keeps your items stored in a truck with others', or U-Haul, where I would need to tow/trailer my vehicle for the entire trip. The icing on the cake for PODS is their customer service. From the associate providing my initial quote/order, to the truck drivers, to the billing department associates who assisted with a payment issue I was facing, every single person on the PODS team was professional and kind. The extra care and professionalism that the PODS team showed was worth the little extra I had to pay compared to other similar modular moving services. If I'm moving long-distance again in the future, I guarantee I'll be using PODS again.

Mitchell Martens: This review is specifically for the physical location rather than the delivery of our pod, as that went perfectly aside from our moving blankets not being delivered with the pod.As a result, I had to drive to this location to see if I could get my moving blankets before my move was finished. Arrived at the store at 2:30 pm and not a soul in sight. Door was locked and lights were off. Tried calling customer service and they couldnt get ahold of anyone, and had called 3x.Hours were supposed to be til 4 pm so instead I just got a refund but left me pretty sour as I truly did want the moving blankets and was hoping someone could have done something for me.

Dawn marruffo: We used this company for an interstate move. They ruined our desk and forgot an entire crate of our belongings. There was no update on the missing items until I called them after 4 days. We had to wait 2 weeks for them to deliver the missing pieces. All they had to do was call and keep us informed, they never reached out. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.
terry386: I hired Preferred moving to move a refridgerator for me from point A to point B today. I wanted to make sure I used a professional company as stainless steel refridgerators are prone to denting easily. The team did an excellent job. Very professional and the price was very reasonable compared to 3 other companies I called. Thank you for a job well done. Will definitely use again and will be referring to everyone I know that is in need of a moving company.

He was able to make things work for my specific day and the stress was gone.After the move, I noticed that my umbrella was missing - had it been one that I had bought from the store I wouldn't have reached out but because it had sentimental value, I wanted it back. Cherelle Jennings: The closing Assistant Manager on 4/17/23, between 5:50pm-7:000pm was rude, and hung up the phone me! When I called, I asked her to explain to me how soon I had to make the payment on my acct, because currently my account is in lien status, and set to go to auction. She tells me rudely and unprofessionally, that I haven’t paid anything on my acct, which is a lie, because she had just told me that I last paid on my account $216.00, on March 25th, and that there was a partial payment made on my Acct. I asked her how soon I had to make my payment, to avoid auction, and she said that she doesn’t know, and that it can basically be whenever, because they just cut customer’s locks off their units. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said that she was the assistant manager, and that her name was Jackie. When I asked what time they closed, she said also rudely, that they close at 7:00pm, but the doors are closed at 6:50pm. When I asked her why the doors close a whole 10 minutes early, she said to ask the general manager, and hung up again. So twice the assistant manager hung up on me, and provided poor customer service. I plan on reaching out to the CEO of the company, as well as the corporate office, hoping that there is a resolution to this problem.

James Rogers: This was literally THE BEST experience I've ever had at any U-Haul. I've used uhaul in 5 different states and these were the nicest, most efficient people I've ever seen. K Greene: I never complain about customer service because ive worked in it for over 20 years but on August 2022 . I went to the store on Groesbeck in warren to reserve a small box rental 2 weeks before the date needed. I went to pick it up on that date and my rental was given to someone else!!!! They had 10 trucks& vans on the lot but could not provide anyone of those, not sure what was issue!!!! They referred me to a uhaul location on Westside 15 miles away and it was 30 minutes before all locations were closing for the evening . I had a very important event the next morning & afternoon. It ended up being an extreme inconvenience for an upcoming 70th bday party. I have been a customer a few times before including storage rental that went well at the same location. I will not rent from them again!!! Will probably go to penske. What is point of reserving a truck and when you get there NO trucks or vans are available!!!!!
Jameela Williams: IF YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE GO THERE AVOID AT ALL COST.Worst uhaul experience, gave me a raggedy truck that after having it for one day didn't switch in to drive had to wait until 11pm for a tow truck, I put in the request at 6:45pm. So I called this office today, the assistant manager says I can't get another truck because the other one is under contract. I reminded her that she is aware that their truck was towed by the service they called. Very unprofessional was not helpful at all.No sympathy to the situation, I'm not sure how this person became an assistant manager but it's definitely not a position she should be in. She literally got an attitude because we said we would call corporate ma'am your not helping how about you not work in a job that requires you to deal with the public.UPDATE I keep receiving calls from the clowns that work talking about the truck was returned late how is that my problem when it with a tow service your company provided then lied and said I left something at the location when I haven't been there since Tuesday. This place either need to hire smarter people or close down for good.

Jillian Bieber: After calling 4 other haul locations, I called and asked if they had a be home trailer. They told me they had some and I informed them I would be there within the hour to reserve one. I got there and both of the trailers that I was looking for were in repair.
Alex Jahn: I went to get my propane tank filled. I was told that they were short staffed and couldn’t be helped. I asked where the next location was for propane fill and I tried to call to make sure someone was available but no one answered after being on hold for 20mins. I decided to drive there and when I showed up I was told to go to another location because they didn’t fill propane there. I was furious! Im tried of getting the corporate run around. I have since taken my business down the road to a place that specializes in propane and have been much happier.
Matthew Philip: Very poor service. No one was available to take my phone call, and when I arrived at this location no one was available to assist me after patiently waiting over 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Rebecca Tazzia: Extremely unprofessional! Went to drop off my car for a trail hitch installation scheduled for 9:30 am. Spoke to the u haul worker, who was wearing no mask and head phones while I spoke to him. He told me that my appointment was not scheduled for that day, even though I showed him the confirmation email. I never changed the appointment time, nor was I informed about the change. The worker was very rude and would not give me a refund and would not help me. When I asked to speak to a manager the worker told me rudely that “they wouldn’t be in until 12:01”. Left the store and called back later, for TWO HOURS! Finally spoke to the same worker and he told me the manger was still not there and was very rude about it. Called back AGAIN later and this location did not answer the phone for over an hour after multiple calls. Had to end up calling corporate to complain and for a refund. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
John Fisher: Called customer service to rent a truck asked about the ramp on the truck I was going to rent to make sure it had one was told yes. Set up my pickup time for which I had checked in online a day before hand. Had some unfortunate events happen that morning and called and told them I would be late, was told ok. Then I had a person call me and I told them I was on my way only to get there and them not have the truck there....... it was down the street at the other lot, no biggie not to far but still an inconvenience when I told them when I would be there and such. A very nice Girl Amber met me down there only to find out that the truck I had rented didn't have a ramp. At this time I was very upset about them not having the truck and being told the wrong information about the truck having a ramp and such. Amber went back to get me the slightly bigger truck with the ramp and brought the keys back to me so 35 minutes altogether later I'm on my way. Amber was awesome give her a raise and a promotion for the rest of it the organization was horrible. I have had many services through uhaul in the last few months a hitch put on a bike rack purchased etc. I will not be back to this one ever again and I still have to rent a truck again and a storage spot in the next week or so it will not be from here....
Flaming Goat: Great guys!!! they are very friendly and very helpful.I just wish when you call their number it would go to them but instead it goes to some kinda call center...and that sucks!!!1 more thing, I already left a bad review for Mini Storage in their site. Dont use that place. I mean you could as long as you dont deal with Tim, manager. He is a piece of S***, the other guy who works with him is super cool and very helpful.

Erika: I called to get a quote and the guy who answered the phone was highly unprofessional. First off, it sounded like he was working a loud cash register and kept randomly talking to people during the call which was very rude and distracting. Then as I was attempting to get additional information about pricing, etc…, he was very short and dismissive. He was NOT listening to me because of his distractions, therefore kept giving me replies that made no sense. He attempted to get off the phone several times while I was talking mid-sentence. I’m not sure why he even picked the phone up if he wasn’t going to be able to fully focus on the call. I’m glad this happened during my initial call because this is definitely not the type of business I would want to give my hard-earned money to, let alone trust handling my possessions.
Adam Allstrom: Just finished moving out of our condo. Cornelius and Will were awesome. Showed up on time and got right to work. They took great care of my wooden furniture. Wrapped it up nicely and padded for the trip to storage. Very respectful and personable. Highly recommend these guys to ANYONE moving. Their pricing is on point. We had a team of two who did an excellent job handling our furniture and boxes with care, as well as disassembling and reassembling our larger pieces such as our bed. We even have two cats who were present during the move that we had to keep in the bathrooms, and the team was very understanding and patient for when we had to move our cats around.When it came time to unload into the new house they were very efficient and attentive to making sure everything got in the right place. Not only were they up front about all the charges, the process on how they were going to load everything securely, they even checked in several times to give updates on the items still left to move.From making the appointment last minute to when David and Leo left, the while process was simple with no issues or concerns at all.I would like to thank David and Leo for being truly amazing. Our house had a toddler running around, cats, and a dog; they were more than happy to answer the millions of questions from the 3 years old and play with the 95 lb puppy. They are wonderful gentlemen who you would be happy to invite over again.
