John (sales), Kelly (coordinator), Laith and Rocky (movers) did a phenomenal job with my move. They were professional, treated my move like a priority and were easy to work with. This could have been a highly stressful situation for me as this was my first interstate move, but all of my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. Palmer has been around for 20 plus years and widely known as trusted servicer in the Metro Detroit area. The crew was the best I have ever had for any move! Isaac, Frazier, Danny and Blue were professional, respectful (of both me and my items), friendly and fun. It was a relief to see how well they worked together as a team and kept a positive attitude with me and each other despite having to shift hundreds of book boxes up and down stairs (not to mention a piano). Similarly, all of the office individuals I interacted with before, during and after the move were polite and helpful. A few little things came up, but with problem-solving and attention they were addressed, so nothing warrants removing any stars from this review. 李品: Jeff was professional over the phone, but when the movers came, they won't take the electronics unless at additional cost. They took few items at a time. It took 3 men 2.5 hours to load the truck from a 1000 sqft ranch, and left behind a lot of items saying no room in the 26 ft truck. It took another 2 hours to unload the truck. Much more than the quote.

Brad Harrison: My wife and I used this company to move into our new house recently. Jeff (the owner) was very friendly on the phone. The movers were also very friendly and extremely careful with our furniture and boxes. They wrapped all of our furniture and covered it in heavy blankets on the truck to protect it. Our only complaint was that they seemed to take quite a few breaks (although off the clock) which made the move take longer than we expected. Overall, a good experience and we would probably use them again.

Jakita Foster: If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed them and no one gotten back to me at all. They were 4hours late and kept complaining when they did get there. They don’t have stable rates and when they give you the price on the phone it’s far from accurate. They will charge you wayyyy more on the day of moving your stuff and will purposely move slow to make the pay higher. I even paid more to take down the TVs but they said they couldn’t do it due to not having the right tools, but that was a lie and they kept the money. I hired another person to take down the TVs and they said the only thing they had to do was unscrew them down with the regular tools which they had. They also forgot to get things that I mentioned. $740 came out of my pocket that day. I suggest you stick with the moving companies that have stable rates and actually will put in work so it will not take that long just to get extra money out of you. My house is very small (850sq), so it wasn’t much to get. They originally tried to get $1,200 out of me so be careful, do not recommend at all!

Jill Thornton: I would give 10 stars if I could.. I can not say enough about how great Integrity Movers is. I had to change my move date 3x within one week due to changes with my condo association. Each time Jeff the owner was flexible and willing to work with me. Jeff was so pleasant on the phone that I felt like I knew him for years.when the movers arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and speedy they were. I have avery heavy Amish furniture set in my bedroom. Every moving company that I used in the past complaints about the furniture, charged me extra or simply refuses to move it. Jeff assured me on the phone that his guys would move the furniture. And boy did they ever! The 3 guys quickly moved my furniture from the 3rd floor with ease!I will definitely be using Integrity Movers again. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone.

Three of them were working, one carried a very fragile box that I said to be careful with it had very expensive dinner wear inside: everything broken. I’m just now opening the box because I’m moving again soon and to my surprise everything is destroyed. The day of they broke a small mug that was sentimental to me and old, not even a “my bad” …they broke my daughters chalk board idk even how that was possible If they would have just carried it normally. At the end they had the audacity to ASK FOR A TIP. Also, as I was in the new location my husband was at the old location and he said they were being extremely rude. I will never recommend them to anyone. I feel sorry for the boss he doesn’t know what kind of employees he’s hiring.

Our boxes were specifically labeled but somehow all ended up in one room so we had to move most of them ourselves. We also requested a fridge be moved to our basement but because it would require the doors to be removed and put back, we were told it was not going to happen. We were willing to pay for as long as it took so that was a little disappointing.

Jay Peete: I decided to move on a whim at the beginning of winter so I was depending on my own muscle and my tiny Toyota to relocate. I called Ray's for an estimate then ran some numbers before calling back and confirming a January 17th move before I even had a confirmed address. I was already informed of the rate and that it would be a two hour minimum. I had everything boxed and waiting in the garage when they arrived on time around 8 in the morning. I called them that morning with an address change, due to the lease being signed late evening on the 14th for a different apartment. They made no fuss about it and told me to also inform the movers when they arrived at my house.I had already been moving a few boxes at a time so I only needed them to move the last half of the boxes and the team lift items. I was also tired of lugging one box at a time up three flights of stairs. AJ, Jeff, and Michael were quick, sociable, professional and took great care of my items. The loading, arriving, and unloading took maybe forty five to fifty minutes, but the rate includes travel time. Still under two hours but worth it not to have to break my back. I would definitely use them again.

Alex Bader: Moving nearly 1200 miles, by myself, with everything that I own, was going to be an exceptionally difficult task. I quoted many full-service moving companies, considered U-Haul truck options, and ultimately decided on PODS. Their quote was reasonable, considering the distance, and the flexibility/quality care they offer compared to a moving truck company that keeps your items stored in a truck with others', or U-Haul, where I would need to tow/trailer my vehicle for the entire trip. The icing on the cake for PODS is their customer service. From the associate providing my initial quote/order, to the truck drivers, to the billing department associates who assisted with a payment issue I was facing, every single person on the PODS team was professional and kind. The extra care and professionalism that the PODS team showed was worth the little extra I had to pay compared to other similar modular moving services. If I'm moving long-distance again in the future, I guarantee I'll be using PODS again.

Mitchell Martens: This review is specifically for the physical location rather than the delivery of our pod, as that went perfectly aside from our moving blankets not being delivered with the pod.As a result, I had to drive to this location to see if I could get my moving blankets before my move was finished. Arrived at the store at 2:30 pm and not a soul in sight. Door was locked and lights were off. Tried calling customer service and they couldnt get ahold of anyone, and had called 3x.Hours were supposed to be til 4 pm so instead I just got a refund but left me pretty sour as I truly did want the moving blankets and was hoping someone could have done something for me.

Bob Armstrong: I had a project scheduled on a very specific timeline. I was promised delivery on a specific day and planned the start of the project on the promised delivery date. The day they were supposed to arrive I was contacted and told they would be a day late. Problem number 1.When I called to have the boxes picked up I was subjected to a very long hold time so I eventually chose the option to have them call me when an agent was available. I left a specific number for them to call me back, which was not the number they had for my account . She called me back at the correct number after about an hour. I informed her I wanted to have the boxes picked up she checked the schedule for the local franchisee and said "This doesn't look right, I will have the local office call you to schedule pickup". I told her please have him call this number. They called back on the other number which my wife answered and, again, asked him to call me on the correct number, which he never did. When I called the next day, again after an extensive hold time I chose the option to have them call me back TWICE. It is now six hours after the call and I have not received a call back. So I tried their live chat. Twenty five minutes later I am still getting the message "someone will be with you momentarily". I am also Nineteen minutes into hold time one the phone as I called again while waiting "for an agent to be with me momentarily" on the live chat. They did however manage to get me out an email that they will be billing me automatically in seven days. Horrible customer service!

When ordering I let the sales rep know I was using this storage unit to store my living room furniture while getting carpeting. I was told one would be enough. It was not.On the up nite the sales rep was very nice the box came and placed as requested. The unit was very clean. I would order again but now I know what what to expect.

Green Thum: The lack of 5 star rating was due to the delivery of my POD unit...I used the service for a cross country move. I considered SmartBox along with several other nationally known POD services and asked multiple times before signing the contract about how to get my belongings delivered once I arrived in my new city. I was told by different people that I simply call, schedule delivery and would need to give only 1 days notice. Come to find out, they only deliver in Portland, OR, 3 days a week not all 7 days like I was told. SmartBox charged me another months fee for storage fees since they couldn't deliver the box the day my monthly rate expired AND I had to buy a 4-day parking permit from the city to park the POD instead of just a 2 day permit. This huge omission and transparency by SmartBox cost me an additional $400 dollars...not cool SmartBox. Not cool at all!Other issue I had is they cut my locks off my boxes at some point during the move, did not disclose they did this and replaced the locks but did not give me new keys. I had to find someone with bolt cutters when my movers arrived to unload. My belongs were all there but why did you replace my locks?!? If there was a ligit reason, you should be upfront with me and give me the keys so I could remove the locks.

dee4loki: I ordered one container for my move about an hour away from my previous home.Smartbox was the only one able to service the new area.Drop off of my container was a breeze and the driver called to let me know he was on the way to my location. He arrived 30 minutes after his call.My kids enjoyed watching him unload the container and set it in my designated location. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had.I called for pick up once we closed on my new house and it was delivered in the 3 days.The only problem I had was that when I was finished and called for a final pickup of my container I had to wait almost 2 weeks until the 4th.Pick up went smoothly with the same driver!I got a call about 2 weeks afterwards stating that they had not received any payment for my container.I was flabbergasted. I had paid everything off when I scheduled my pick up and my month ended exactly on the 4th which was my pick up date.I told them that I’d already had my container picked up and that they needed to check their records for the paperwork. After holding for a few minutes the representative came back on and apologized for his mistake. I suggested that they look at ALL the paperwork and check the file completely before calling and giving someone a heart attack in the future.If not for this call and the later pick up date it would have been 5 stars. I would still recommend them as a service but would call the company itself again to let them know when the container was gone. (You shouldn’t have to since they have to dispatch a driver for pickup. You assume that they’d know it’s received since they had 2 forms and a dispatch order for pickup.)

Donald Kunkel: Box was understandably a bit worn from use however, this meant it was not plumb and square so ounce the door was open it took considerable effort and leverage to close. otherwise very pleased with product and service provided.
