Alice Willow: Very secure, clean, and nicely set up. Friend of mine has a space there and is a nice place to set up a drum set and play.

Jeff Blair: This place has been life-changing! Great owner, secure place, clean bathrooms.

Bill Brady: Hands down the best practice facility in the area. The building is in immaculate condition and forged to be a conducive space for musicians; from incredible sound isolation room to room, to impeccable sound quality in each individual room. It was built by musical engineers, with knowledge and intention on what every musician needs. The owner is caring and wise on what his tenants need to make their stay the most fruitful. I have been to 3 other facilities over the years, and I wish I found this place first.

Matthew Moeller: Excellent! My experience was awesome at The Music Factory. It is super clean and safe. There is always someone there keeping the place up and doing upgrades. The owner is a great guy and takes a lot of pride in providing quality rooms for musicians. Sound transfer is minimal between rooms. They've really done a good job. I would highly recommend this place to any musicians that need a place to jam.

Brad Marshall: I've had two separate rooms there, and it was a great experience. The place is secure, clean, and accommodating. I appreciate that it was also smoke free. I smoke, but my equipment doesn't. I've also been to, and rented many other studios in the area, and this one is the best.

Austin Morgan: This place is amazing. The rooms are incredible, the staff and the owner Ron are nothing short of amazing. The prices are more than fair and the security and 24/7 access is beyond convenient.

Robert woodin: The owner is a snake. Ron is more focused on ripping people off than maintaining a clean and safe building, I was happy to leave. The warren music factory is a bad place for up and comers. I was a band member of someone who rented and was not intrested in having my fingerprints taken by some moron that can't even properly clean the drinking fountain.

Spencer Ducato: My band has been using this space to rehearse and record for nearly 2 years and we've had nothing but a fantastic experience the entire time. This is by far the best rental space for musicians in the metro Detroit area.

Maria Wade: I have been at the Music Factory for about 2 years now. Ron my landlord is one of the most understanding and reliable landlord I have ever had when it comes to renting a space like this. I have rented at a few different places and as far as the quality of the rooms and my neighbors this is by far the best place I have been in the 20 plus years of my Music Career. There can be 15 bands going at the same time, you won't know it until you walk out into the hallway, when your in your space or your room its a whole different world, all you hear is you. My students and my bands love this place. The Maintenance Crew, Bill and Jeff are amazing too, they make the place feel safe and secure along with the security system that is there. For a single woman rehearsing and teaching throughout the day several days a week I couldn't ask for a safer and more secure quality place. And did I mention for what you get the rent is reasonably low, I believe the owner keeps the place reasonably priced so that he is able to have quality people there. Many of us that are there are working musicians, this is how we make our Living all I can say is thank God for the Music Factory and the Man that owns it.

Mark Sureman: In 20 years and 2 Detroit studios my rent never increased...1yr3mo at this studio my rent jumped by $60 monthly. The owner claimed rising costs, I guess Detroit studio's do better at financial projections than this place or they must not have inflation in the D. It also did not help that i payed for or rented sound proofing materials that I never got...you can here people's conversations threw the walls. The game's some people play with the alarm system knowing there are people still in the building screams of amiture punks, I prefer to be surrounded by professional musician's...I never met any here, I did see a few successful hobby bands. Hobby bands are a perfect fit for this place, but this is no environment for a no nonsense business minded full-time musicians.

Jimi Grey: The spaces available are great, and, the rent is a fair price. The quality of these rooms are second to none, in my opinion. I've checked out the other businesses similar to TMF, but, I think this is the best option, in my opinion. 24/7 access is such a great thing to have. Overall, my experience was pretty great. Just make sure you let Ron know when you're leaving at least a month in advance. It's just a nice courtesy. Hahaa.

Joebuck: Me and my band have had a room here since early 2015 and the experience has been great. The owner Ron along with the maintenance/construction staff Bill and Jeff have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. You can tell they really care about they're tenants and they definitely go above and beyond to make sure everybody is comfortable and happy with they're space there. 24/7 access, Great security, great rates, great sound control and some really cool down to earth musicians and staff make this a fantastic place for anyone interested in finding a rehearsal space. Don Scott Music: I was told by a friend that this man sells new guitar cords for a good deal. Why he tried to sell me instead,was an old cord which he tried to pass off as "new". Clearly it looked like he found his box of guitar cords in the trash. Bottom line: this guy is nothing more than a junk man who tries to sell his junk that he found,to other people.
