This is the first nail place I have been to, that I can honestly say is the same great quality every visit. Their attention to detail is superb in every aspect of their craft. Aletra B. Donaldson: WARNING!!! My experience at the this nail spa was terrible. So terrible that I will not leave the parking lot until I submit my review I came for a pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very pleasant. He had kind of a hard time understanding me but even through that, his customer service was great. Another lady had to come assist him by putting a tip on. Before she began, I told her I want them nice and short with a clean square look. I am sure anybody who is anybody, wants their toes to match. While the lady was filling my toe nails, I repeatedly told her that they did not match and to please make them both short and square. She proceeds to tell me, “well they match to me.” I’m thinking, aren’t I the customer? Aren’t these my toes? So I told her again, well they do not match to me and I need them to match in length before they are polished. As a paying customer who is being respectful to you, I should not have been given attitude as she stormed away and says something rudely In her native language. To add insult to injury, she also cut me while she was filing my toes and the gentleman who did my pedicure had to clean up the blood in the corner of my toe. TERRIBLE experience at the place and I will never return! I advise anyone reading this to go somewhere else. There are too many nail spas around here. I have also submitted a complaint to the better business bureau. You have not rendered the best customer service to the wrong customer. I WILL make sure this gets handled and not happen ever again!Service:Pedicure

Evette Burrell: I have been going to this All Stars for awhile. Last week I went to get my nails done for Christmas. And I wanted the color change from what I had before, which was gel powder that I normally get. We had discuss two weeks prior and she wrote down about the color change. So that means the previous color that is on my nails needs to come off. Lily the owner of the shop did not soak the gel powder cover off. She uses a nail equipment to take the color off. I had the previous color partially on my nails. She had the nerve to put the color that I wanted which was a dark green over the previous color that I had which was orange. Then she tells the next time I come the orange won't show because my nails will be cut down. I wanted to CUSS her out so bad. So some of my nails had the orange on them and some didn't. That is terrible for the owner of the nail shop to do that and I felt belittled. Lily shows favoritism to her customers. She still wanted payment for doing my nails. If my mother was living she would have said we are not paying for NOTHING! As a owner every customer is suppose to be treated fairly. I am not going back to All Star Nails again. I didn't want to show people to see my nails. If I could I would have used the right stuff to take off the gel powder I would. I take PRIDE in my nails. BRIELLE'S LIFE: Let’s start here the place closes at 7:30 I got there at 7 o’clock waited over 30 minutes to be seen by someone they finally sat me at a chair only to say wait one minute and go service someone else who was already done. I then sat an additional 30 minutes and still no one helped me I inquired to see if someone else could assist me and then they said we’ll be with you shortly long story short I waited over two hours only for no one to help me at all they didn’t even tell me how long the wait was going to be I assumed when the person left the table they went to the bathroom however after after 20 minutes he didn’t come back I looked around and saw that he went to service someone else after he sat me at his station to be serviced that’s very unprofessional his coworker was already servicing the person he went to go finish someone else’s job mind you that person was already done and her nails were drying sir what where you advising with exactly? Long story short that’s ridiculous and unprofessional

Pull Up -N- Style: I’ve been going to this salon for over 7yrs. They have a large clientele so it’s best to get there before their doors open. Make sure to bring a chair lol I’m serious though. The wait might be long at times but it’s definitely worth it. Andy does an amazing job. If you can’t get Andy, get Jordan. Pang and Poe gives the best pedicures. Oh, and Lana… not only does she specialize in short nails but she does amazing eyebrows (if you get wax). Nadeen Yonan: GARBAGE PLACE! I called and asked if I can go for a pedicure. They said yes, we are not busy. Less than ten minutes I got there. I asked for that old lady to do my pedicure. That young lady said we do not take requests. I said I came specifically for her and if you guys do not let her take me then I’ll leave. She said okay leave.. what a horrible service! They ask for tips or they won’t take you if you don’t pay a tip. My cousin has been there and she got an infection cuz of their dirtiness. But I go only for the old lady to do my pedicure. Their customer service is GARBAGE/DISRESPECTFUL. I would rate it 0 starts if I could. We go there and PAY YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO. We do not work by you to talk back to us like that and give us a garbage service like your attitude!

I play soccer and run on a regular daily basis therefore my feet are always getting beat up but they take care of me very well here.

spacey: My coworker recommended me this place because she use to come here about a year ago when she lived in the neighborhood. Her nails always look fabulous so I figured she knew what she was talking about, but I should have looked at the reviews about new management and things changing… because wow. The service was BAD. Kevin did my power set and first, he cut my nails down BEFORE realizing they were my REAL nails, thankfully that’s what I wanted, but he should have known that first before cutting away. Second, and FAR more importantly, when he was “done” the tips of 8 out of my 10 fingers were clear TRANSPARENT and did not match blue on the rest of the nail. I showed him and he went on to fix ONE. I had to individually show him each wrong finger for him to know to fix it. Even though I waited my 25ish minutes to get in his chair, it felt like he was trying to rush me out of it. THIRDLY, he then told me it’d be $45, and a $2 charge for a card, but then another $5 service fee just magically appeared? I’ve never seen that happen at a nail salon. Just tell me my nails were $50 and stop being sneaky. I don’t regret leaving a $3 tip. Will never go back or recommend to any friends in the neighborhood.

I forgot to ask for their names, but the 2 men on chairs #8 and #5 were extremely helpful.Originally I was sat at #8 & I showed him what I wanted after he had glued on my acrylic tips. Instead of telling me to choose something else or that it was too late, he sent me to #5 who restarted my nails for me. Lasharah Smith: I had a bad experience I had an 1:30 appointment with Kevin the person that I have been going to twice in each monthly. Kevin was occupied at the time of my appointment with someone else. I was asked if I would like to go to someone else I said not at all I don't know if it was the grandmother or the mother but I did not like how she did my nails at all because of that I had a longer wait because I had to soak the nails off so I decided not to get any fake nails Kevin shaped my nails and polish my real nails and he took the shellac polish off of my feet and shaped my toenails. Before this situation I didn't have any problems. I will not be going back to TV nails. 🖐️

Donna Kristine: This used to be an amazing nail salon. Kim and Marianne do great work. The salon went downhill, bad. They started overbooking clients. Wait times got ridiculous and out of hand, even with appointments. Over the past 3 years, they've brought in several men. I'm definitely not sexist, but the men have absolutely no idea what they are doing! Each time I've seen a man there, they've rushed through everything, missed several steps in the pedicure and manicure, and did an awful job. The women here do a much better job. I don't know if they are bringing in their family members or what, but they need to do something about the men. Teach them or educate them better. They are going to lose business because the guys who work there don't provide good service or do good work!
