Kathy Mathew: I am only giving a 3 because John was supposed to come back and fix the ring marks that are on the counter at first all kind of stuff was coming up and he couldn't make it and I understand things come up but then I keep reaching out and nothing he just ghosted me so now I have to live with the marks on my counter, very disappointed in the customer service.

Patricia Linna: I hired Hard Rock Stone Works to install new quartzite countertops two years ago. I called for their annual maintenance of cleaning and sealing it recently. They were on time, courteous and quick. I highly recommend them for your home improvement.
Lauren: We were very satisfied with our Hard Rock Stone Works experience. We hired them through Costco and worked to find a countertop that married our desire to try to use ecofriendly material that was within our budget. Ultimately we landed on a Silestone countertop that is created from a blend materials that that would otherwise be leftovers (called HybriQ). It is manufactured with sustainability in mind.The install itself was smooth. I appreciated the automated reminders and the communication from the staff. They were in and out of our home in no time at all.The only thing at this point is I'm still waiting to receive my Costco cash card for using Hard Rock, but my understanding from them is that this is a lag on Costco's part and not Hard Rock's. All in all a great experience.

Don Cenotia: The counter itself looks great! But the installation is terrible! The sink hole was cut way too big. There is only about 1-2 mm all the way around to set the sink on. The caulk job is laughable. I could have had one of my kids do a better job. And the broke a smallChunk off while cutting the sink hole! A lot of money should have gotten better work!

They came when they said they would and the installation was completed very quickly. Love my new countertop. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Me Bran: Way below expectations. $9600 worth of granite and about 2/3 of it feels unfinished and rough. "Customer support" will answer a phone call but will just remind you of the contract that this is natural rock. No one will come out and take a look at it. If you have any expectation of smooth granite do not choose White Galaxy. Gets 2 stars because it does look good and seams are great and all the installers were professional. Also double check your layout and don't assume their measurement on sink placement will be centered on a window. Also don't expect a smooth seal around undermount sink.

Bill Schwanki: The team from SRS came in to sand, dye and reseal our 20 year old concrete kitchen countertops. They were able start before our scheduled appointment and completely resurface our countertops is just a few days. We had a few hiccups along the way, but they seemed to be more critical of the finish on the counters than I was, and kept working until they felt they got it right!
