Raza Malik: I got my oil changed at Nissan Jeffrey and when I got home and checked few days later, the oil was dirty. which means they charged me for the new oil but never changed the oil, the brake fluid, steering fluid, wind shield fluid was not checked or filled in. They told me that they topped off the fluid but everything was low. Not only that they did now checked the fluids but told me that everything was good. I am super disappointed in the service received.

guy aprik: I came in just for a diagnosis of 3 dashboard lights (abs, vdc, slip), was told it was because the left rear wheel bearing, paid $190+ dollars for a false diagnosis, paid over $200 for the wheel bearing that I did not even need, paid more for labor putting it in. When my personal mechanic put the wheel bearing in, he was able to find the REAL problem.After calling the dealership to explain what had happened and to receive a refund or any compensation, besides knocking a few $ off the REAL part that I actually needed, they were reluctant to do anything towards actually helping me and the supervisor hung up on me. Long story short, I ended up paying almost $600 for something that didn't need to be fixed.
sarah vogt: This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I put a deposit down on a Saturday and called on Monday for an update and was told they were transitioning to a new system. I called the next TWO DAYS and was not able to get in touch with anyone. I finally went in on Wednesday for an update. They gave me a new sales rep as the one I previously was working with was no longer working there. After telling me I was approved they tried telling me Thursday morning that I needed a down payment or co-signer. After FINALLY signing documents they told me my deposit would be mailed since it was done with the previous system. Over a MONTH later STILL have not received my deposit and I can’t get in touch with anyone. On top of not sending the deposit back, about a week after I signed documents, I found out my taillight is out due to an electrical issue. Never going back!!

Chris Watkins: I was approved for a vehicle. I was told the monthly payment and term and they asked for a parcial deposit on the car. Next I heard nothing. Emailed their customer service after numerous phone calls weren’t returned. In hopes of a follow up I decided to visit the store. Once there a new salesperson tells me that I needed an extra $1000 down. This is after I already purchased insurance for the car I was approved for. I declined paying the additional $1000 and asked for my $500 partial deposit back. That was 4 weeks ago. My phone calls are never answered or returned. I came back to the store today and waited almost 30 minutes before having to leave for work and still haven’t received a return on my deposit. I use to work for Suburban in garden city 3 years ago and would never thought that the staff would treat a customer and former employee this way. I know David Fischer Jr would not appreciate that from his staff, especially here at the Troy motor mall.Oh and they just recently lowered the price of the car $1000The worst service I’ve ever received in my life

Clips/caps were left unscrewed on my driver side floorboard. I had to go back inside to inquire why those clips weren’t put back in. The carelessness makes me question the quality of their work and what else was not done 100% correctly.

Andrew Dickstein: I highly recommend you visit another Nissan dealership for a better value when servicing your vehicle (even if you have a new Nissan or purchased from dealership). For example, Nissan of Dearborn charges $165.00 for a mechanical inspection whereas Nissan of Tamaroff charges $80.00. Nissan of Dearborn offers nothing, from a customer value point of view that justifies their service to be more than twice as much. Midas will charge you less than $50.00. You may find yourself needing a service that isn't even worth the total cost of inspection. Their pricing strategy is somewhat exploitative and for sure, much higher than comparable competitors (i.e. simply another Nissan dealership). I was told that my inspection fees would roll over into any services I got. When I contacted the manager, he said that was never their policy and that the two are separate. My invoice clearly contradicts that, and I do believe, based on a majority of places charge for things (between inspection and service) and the literal explanation provided by Nissan of Dearborn employee to begin with, that this was not the truth or certainly not the whole truth. I asked this because my understanding was the alignment and balancing were much less than $365.00 and I thought/was told I would be able to roll over the difference into a new strut. What happened was they just spiked up the price of the alignment and balancing so that it covered the two $165.00 inspection fees. My situation is complicated, but the facts are I paid $365.00 for two inspections and out of that I got a balancing for $165.00 (otherwise would have been free for me at discount tire) and an alignment that I did not need ($130.00). I was also charged $29.06 (misc. charge) to make up the remaining balance. If you do the math, you can complete the story. Just go somewhere else, you'll pay less and get the same thing.

Thankful: Highly do not recommend. Bought a $22 paint stick for my son's car that was not working. The paint barely came out and upon several coats did not cover up stone chips. I was told it was "user error"....it's a paint stick. It's not rocket science. I asked for a refund so that I could purchase touch up with a paint brush version instead. 2 managers later they said no. Is refunding $22 not worth your clients satisfaction? Sad to see. I drove all the way from the county.

Airbags were working perfectly fine before going to this dealership and spending $800 on service.2. Immediately right after the service, the airbag sign was flashing + other issues magically appeared.3. The car was not used at all as we were traveling. Don't know where you got driving off road from.4. The airbag "diagnosis" wasn't free it was $200.Lots of lies and deceit trying to steal your money. I'll be contacting Service Ontario and insurance companies to discuss the qualifications of this shop. Next steps would be either court or a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery.

Even though I purchased an extended warranty for two years they charged me when I went for the repair and I went several times to fix the problem but they didn't fix it for me. I lost around $20,000 within 6-7 months so be aware when purchasing from this dealer. They lie and hide information about the car. Actually I like to give 0 star for them.
Fazal Naqvi: They have good cars but their service department is hard to get hold of. Website doesn't work well for booking appointments. If you call them they put you on hold and forget about you. It is insane that you bought car from them and willing to pay higher amounts for service due to warranty issues, still they don't have time for you.

Sheryl Etchen: We have bought two vehicles from this dealership. We have had all the service done here since purchase years ago. Popped in to get an oil change and they sent us away saying they couldn't service us. We were prepared to wait in line but they flat out denied us service. Then when we called and talked to the manager she was full of excuses saying an employee called in sick. Unable to service and oil change due to one sick call?? She wanted to know who our salesman was and was going to have a talk with him!! Seriously?? I will stick with my service techs at windsor chrysler! They go above and beyond to service my hellcat!!So we just finished Thanksgiving and I had time to check your answer. Logically you can see I posted my review many hours before the salesman even called to set up the appointment. Why then would you suggest I cancel my appointment? Maybe try, we see you made an apointment so I am glad we could make you happy? We were mislead about being able to pull in for an oil change as many other dealerships offer a first come first serve line for them. My husband did appreciate the pick up service for the appointment very much and as usual we opted to get extra work done that day. We were very happy with the service. My only suggestion would have been to set that appointment up before turning him away so he knew it was getting done very soon as he keeps up on all maintenance. We could have saved all this hassle.

Refuse to fix known issues with our vehicle even when there are service bulletins with updated parts available. Nissan of Canada is no better, same silly excuses from them. Do yourself a favour, buy from somewhere else,anywhere else!After 4 months, they have decided to respond to my review. There was no disconnect between myself and their staff. I gave them the service bulletins that included updated part numbers that would have resolved the problem. They just decided that they new better and probably didn't even look at the information I presented them with.Sorry, I still stand behind my review and will be looking for service somewhere else.

I experienced worst customer service from here both times I went there.First time I requested shuttle service, they said service will be done in 1hr, I waited 4hrs in the store with no one updating what's going on.Second time, they said price to get service done will be $510 which in their website I booked was for $210. If you want to make money looting customers is the worst thing to do. They are saying it's not our website which is "Nissan of Windsor" website.I seriously have no clue where to go for my next service as I purchased new vehicle from here.

Dwight Girard: We purchased a Nissan Qashqai in Feb 14/2022. The version we were after was not on the lot ( Qashqai MT S ). The salesman Chris told us it would be slim to find that car let alone the colour we wanted. But he did find one after a few days and gave us a call. The problem was it was coming in by train and would be a month before we could take delivery. Actually for us the waiting was not a problem and about a month later we got our new car. The car itself we have found to be a good car. Fuel economy is what is claimed by Nissan for the city. Highway is some what better 6.8l/ 100km. Our experience with that will give you about 760 km range on a tank of gas which is 55 litres. Lots of safety features. Easy to get in and out of as it sits a little higher than our old car. The entertainment system is not bad at all although I have read that some critics don’t like it. If you are looking for a standard shift base model car. Give it a look. Price $22,198. Plus fees and tax. About 25 thousand out the door. You can’t get a decent used car for that price today.

Kammie B: Since I can’t find a manager or get one to answer the phone, I’ll express my chagrin here… On a public platform… Just as I did when I praised my Salesperson Des who’s no longer here… I bought my vehicle in for a routine oil change… Can’t do a tire rotation because at 16,800 my 2021 Nissan Rogue needs new tires (yes all maintenance/rotations are UTD - Nissan & Mitsubishi have numerous complaints for the same issue.)The Service Advisor (the text said Robert but I’m not sure if that’s who dis my intake) entered my information handed me the write up and a pen to give consent for service. The cost was listed as $54 and some change. Cool, right? He then verbally tells me as I’m literally dotting the “I” in my name that it’s $84 and some change. I asked why when the estimate I’m signing has a much lower amount… He then took the form from me, crossed out the price in red sharpie then initialed in blue ink and said “We have a new system and that price isn’t correct.” I said “but you’re telling me this AFTER I’ve signed a consent that has a different price?? How is this even possible or policy?” He then said “I don’t know what to tell you, do you want the service or not?”Not only is this the WORST vehicle I’ve ever owned, the service here is now TERRIBLE! Rest assured I will NOT be back & I’m dumping this POS the first chance I get! Buyer BEWARE!

marcus dallacqua: I recently took my 2023 Nissan Rogue to the dealership's service department due to a concerning issue of a strong gasoline smell in the vehicle. While I appreciate the convenience of the dealership providing pick-up and drop-off services for my car, I was disappointed with their determination regarding the issue. The service department stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that they could solve and that the car is currently 'under engineering review.' I find this response to be unsatisfactory, especially considering the severity of the situation. The presence of gasoline fumes in and around the vehicle poses both health and safety risks to me and my passengers. As a customer, I expected a more proactive approach to addressing such a critical issue, and I am left concerned for our safety.
