Some friends of mine go here EVERY WEEK, literally. That’s how good the food is here!Parking: Parking is quite limited at this restaurant. That’s the only drawback. But you can find parking on the adjacent street when the lot is full.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible. My friend, who is in a wheelchair, had no problem getting in and out of the restaurant. It was also very easy for him to be accommodated at the table.

Retha Lynn: Received Uber eats and got the chicken bowl and there was no chicken! 2 or 3 pieces of burnt chicken, rice was thick and gummy prepared sloppy!!! Food was cold. Ordered a brownie and didn’t receive it. Called the store and was told they didn’t have any more brownies left. To let Uber eats know so I can get a refund. Received all gummy rice and beans no meat very disappointed with my food!!
John Messmer: This restaurant has been hit and miss for quite a while. When they miss, they really miss. This review is for my most recent trip. The food was great and the friendly young lady who was working the register was polite and upbeat. It was refreshing, especially these days. Great Job Team Qudoba!

Chrisb135: What an experience. Wanted a bowl with extra veg. None available. She's cooking them you'll have to wait. 10 min later... ok veggies and surf and turf. Sorry no shrimp. ? She hasn't made it yet. It's 12:45. Ok chicken and steak. Sorry no steak. She hasn't cooked more yet. As I'm standing at the counter the veggie girl has the pan flipped upside down on the fire, I'm assuming to burn off any residue and not use a clean pan. Sure enough when I get to the table the veggies are covered in charcoal carbon who knows how many times she's burned the pan clean now it's all on the veggies. 17 dollars and two bites later i threw it out. Ill never return to this Qdoba. Upper management these employees are killing your business and need retraining.

KS: A Qdoba is a Qdoba is a Qdoba. There is something about chains that leaves me a little high and dry with what to say. The food is precisely what you expect from a Qdoba. I've ordered out from here on several occasions in the past, and if you want a massive burrito with the ala carte selection of food that they offer? You'll get what you want. It's that simple.So, that said: It is a cleanly run location, though it also tends to be a little on the busy sign, so keep that in mind. This means that with its staffing you'll wait a little longer than you might expect to get the food at some times. Still, you'll get your burrito and be able to enjoy it in the same seating arrangements you'll find in any other of its sort.That said, it's not a bad Qdoba. The staff are hard working and polite, and the food's good, so if this is what you want, bon appetit.

Jim Chirikas: I am so tired of going to fast food restaurants and finding the doors locked with no inside seating. There were 4 workers visible and only 1 car in line at drive through. This is just workers being LAZY. It's time to stop making excuses and earn your pay.Today at 6 pm I went there with 4 family members and the doors were locked. Manager waved her finger in the air when I knocked to find out why I could not dine in.

Daeja Trask: Came in for a quick bite to eat while on the go. Makayla was incredible! She helped us pick out exactly what to eat and it was delicious. She went above and beyond! Very pleasant and nice.
_MyNaturalCurls: I had a horrible experience. I placed an online order for my husband and I. I had a veggie bowl and it was supposed to have Queso, sour cream on the side and fajita veggies. There was no Queso on either of our bowls which as you know is almost $2 extra, I had no fajita veggies and no sour cream on the side. I think they may have put it in the bowl but I can’t say for certain. My husbands bowl looked like he had a tablespoon full of chicken. My bowl literally tasted like I was eating tomatoes (I had pico but I don’t believe it has any onions or anything in it), cheese, corn (had the corn salsa but tasted very bland and like it didn’t have any of the extras either) and rice. It was horrible. No flavor at all. I love Chipotle but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Again I discussed with cashier my concerns. She stood there and said nothing. When I returned at my work place my order was all wrong and items you pay extra were not on my order. Contacted corporate and no response. Don't waste your money on this place or do a pick up order.

noah herdell: my experience here was completely horrible. from the start all the employees sat behind the counter and talked Among themselves while I stood there just waiting. Roughly five minutes later one person walks up and right off the bat is rude about asking what I want. I try to be nice but the entire experience made it very difficult. the portions of everything in my bowl was bare minimum. I had to ask them to put more of things over and over again to which they faked putting more. I ordered double protein and they put in total one and a quarter scoops of chicken. as I was paying they continued to be rude to me and my friend. I asked if they had military discount which I didn't expect them to say yes since I know not every place does. They gave me the dirtiest look I've ever received and she snarled no at me. I asked for a extra lid and bowl to mix my meal with and she walked away sighing extremely loudly on purpose as if me asking her to do her job was a massive inconvenience to her. this ruined my entire experience and I never write reviews but this was bad enough for me to feel the need to. if anyone's reading this and deciding if they'd like to eat here. Don't.

All I’m going to say is smell this places tables. They literally are washing them with disgusting dirty rags. Jairocey Simpson: Upon my arrival inside of this Taco Bell I since and observed negative energy and activity coming from the young black boys and girls who I believe spit in my food and were all suspiciously running back and forth to the back of the fast food restaurant and peeping 👀 back and forth at my cap and facial features, and then I noticed a red Chrysler 300 with black tented windows pulled up and a fat black young woman gets out along with her little daughter and I noticed how she and one of the young black boys were suspiciously whispering to each other and glancing back and forth over at me and at one point she walked over to the soda machine and looked over at me cap and facial features while one of the other young female girls set over across from me to the right side of me faking like she was taking a break with her cellphone 📱 in her hand and I noticed how she kept looking 👀 over at my facial features along with the other young males and females and obviously though they were looking 👀 at some photos and/or discriptions facial recognition on some thing in the back of the restaurant. I will never eat at that Taco Bell again nor at any other Taco Bell in the state of Michigan. These young people working inside of this Taco Bell stinks really bad. 👺

Sarah Polk: My biggest issue is the menu in the drive thru. What I wanted (steak burrito) wasn't listed on the menu anywhere. After I ordered I saw it pop up on a digital display that kept scrolling through different specials. It looked like an advertisement so I overlooked it. That drive thru is also poorly designed so it's always backed up and people are frustrated so there was no way I was going to hold the line up to redo my order. Simplify the menu!! You want people in and out, stop designing them like billboards and just list the menu items so they're clear and easy to read!

Rumple Stillskin: The food was good. I felt it was higher priced than the many other Mexican restaurants in the area. They don't have mild salsa which is a big negative for my friends and family. Also no Polo con Chrizo or Huevos con Chrizo. My two favorite low carb dishes. I did like that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke products.

Chris Meacham: Waitress was good but after a 1.75 hour wait for our food I won't go back! The manager came out to apologize and give use free deserts. We asked for them to go. After an additional 40 mins still no deserts after several visits by the waitress and manager. Don't bother with this location! I ordered the Gran Papi and it was ok at best.

Over the yrs...prices r up n the flavor n quality of the food has deteriorated immensely..never had chicken problems at the Novi branch..but here..the dry..inedible shoe leather chicken was horrendous. Manager was very kind to replace the chicken..he did with a free yummy dessert too...unfortunately the second round was no better than the 1st..dry...shoe leather..both portions I had to dump..hate to waste food..n money..

Raven Foster: Came here for dinner with my mother today. And the service was horrible. Our waitress that we had never came and checked up on us after our food came, I had to stop her twice and ask for another mango tea for my mother she never brought it, I asked for more salsa she never brought that either. I felt like she was being racist and was catering to her kind onlyShe just forgot about the African-American customers that she had at two other tables. We paid for our food never got a copy of our receipt back. And we asked to talk to the manager. Told the manager about our experience and you can tell that she could care less about our experience. This location sucks the one in Allen Park is way better.

Patty Bobier: went to have Easter lunch today and the food was horriable the appitizer was sent back twice because it was cold, my tortilla soup was cold and my husband's fajitas where BURNT . the waitress Sam was super AWESOME , but the manager was not she has no personality and never even apologized for the 3 issues we had . A lot of food...big bag...a little food...a little bag. They shorted me over $12 of my food as well. Guess everything wouldn't fit in the tiny bag, so why try to squeeze it in? Just don't put some items! Sounds good to me! Smh
