A V: The front desk receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t even want to return for my ultrasounds or anything because she’s upset me twice now.She needs to put the kabosh on that attitude because I’m one step away from making a formal complaint.

Ava: I just recently moved here this year after I got married. I was pregnant so I was in search of a good OB. I’m so happy I came across Dr. Franco-Marx. She’s such an amazing OB. I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know. She helped me through my first pregnancy and even through delivery, her patience with me during labor and staff was phenomenal. The office is close by and the staff there are friendly. If you need a good OB, take my word for it. You won’t regret it!

Today at 38 weeks I needed to be seen last minute but was also on a time limit and Dr and her staff made sure I was still able to be seen and taken care of. I appreciate them and everything they do!

Lily Kaufman: This is the worst doctors office. They do not communicate with each other whatsoever. They are very unhelpful and do not listen to their patients. They have told me multiple times they are scheduling my induction and it has been almost a week of them “trying to schedule my appointment” they do not follow up so I have to call them everyday to ask if it has been scheduled and everyday is the same answer that it hasn’t been scheduled.

Nakia Cunningham: I was discharged for complaining about my medical chart. I was denied to speak to a doctor because the office is covering it up. I am a black woman they probably do this quite a lot. I was told the nurse didn’t like me since I was 16.

Theresa: I've been going to Mission OB/GYN for about 26 years. I originally saw Dr. Hartmann, who took excellent care of me, until she retired. I now see Dr. Pokropek, whom I absolutely adore. She is so kind, knowledgeable, takes her time and answers all questions. She has even, personally, called to follow up and check on how I was doing after a surgery she performed. First time that's happened to me! I've seen the other doctors on staff when mine wasn't available and can highly recommend all of them. The office staff is wonderful, too.

st4rgirl: Horrible place. They either don’t know what they’re doing and can’t read or they decided to lie straight to my face. Told me something was benign and when I read the test results it says it’s precancerous. Imagine being told you’re fine when you have something that can completely change your life. They also don’t seem to care about the pandemic. They moved a woman from a room and put me in the room she was moved from without cleaning it first. Regardless of a pandemic or not, it should be cleaned before a new patient enters. You’d get better care if you looked your symptoms up on google and took random drugs with your eyes closed. They don’t care about their patients health or their health concerns. I’ve had EXTREMELY abnormal menstrual cycles (one almost lasted a whole year long) and one of the gynecologists told that it’s normal. They clearly got their jobs for the money and not to help people in need. Please, if you’re very concerned about your health go somewhere else.

Linda Sharlow: Dr. Catherine Pokropek was AMAZING. My first visit. I was called into the room on time and the doctor came in promptly. She was an excellent doctor, communicated with me, answered all of my questions, gave excellent advice and asked me pertinent questions. So thankful I found her!!

This team of doctors helped me through 3 miscarriages in 2017/2018 and ultimately cared for me and my little guy through my pregnancy and delivery (2018).When you are pregnant you will rotate through each of the 4 delivering doctors so that you get to know each one as you can't control who's on call when you deliver.Dr. Wuckert - She is absolutely my favorite. I love her, my hubby loves her. She is so down to earth and has a way of making you feel like a long lost friend.Dr. Paluda - She is such a sweetheart. Very patient and understanding. Added bonus... she gets a smile on her face everytime she finds your babies heartbeat. She doesn't even realize she does it. Watch her face everytime!Dr. Pokropek - She will spend as much time with you as needed, always asking, 'what else'? She was the first Dr. I saw at this practice and the one that ended up delivering me. You can't go wrong with her! Go Green!Dr. Mcgrail - She is very knowledgeable and matter of fact. Sometimes that may be perceived in a manner that she doesn't intend but that doesn't subtract from her experience. While hospitalized with high blood pressure, she stopped by to see me. As she was leaving, she placed her hand on my leg and told me to hang in there. That was what I needed at that very moment. A little moment of compassion from her went a long way with me.The support staff is extremely friendly as well.You seriously can't go wrong with any doctor at this practice.If we are so blessed as to have another baby, there is no doubt where I will be cared for!

Yueling Zheng: They only care you have insurance or not then yourself. If you have questions, I suggest you to take a day off, and spend your day off sit there and wait for their answers. Otherwise if you making phone call, they will just put you on hold forever, so prepare 3 days to hear something back from them if you making phone call. The doctors and staffs maybe friendly, but definitely not the front desk. The worst system ever!!!

Stephania Tucker: I called this oarticular doctors office and spoke with a lady. I never been here before, however I need a second opinion on my fibroids. I know I need surgery. However I researched different techniques were as I would not lose alot of blood minimal invasive techique, nor be down for a long period of time do to my surgery. I have excellent insurance. My husband works in management at General Motors. I do not work. They told me they do not do second opinions. I was like why? If my Insurance pays for it? The lady says she do not know. To me thats a 1 star.

My doctor, I feel horrible I forgot her name, but she is blonde and she is wonderful. She is actually the one who delivered my son, emergency C-section. She had to step in because my regular OBGYN wasn't available. My OBGYN ended up transferring somewhere else. I started seeing the woman who delivered my son, and she's great. Again, I forgot her name, but she's blonde. She's wonderful. I also really like the one nurse, I didn't catch your name, but she is a black woman and she is very good. She's awesome. Anytime I have left a message, someone promptly returned it. I really like it here. No complaints from me.

Kia: Literally could have prevented a stroke and was ignored by their hospital because they didn’t have any beds I was told to sit down with no vitals taken. I waited for an hour short of breath when I told them I lost consciousness. Went to a different hospital got two cat scans showed brain bleed but I was ignored because I wasn’t showing symptoms there ended up going into code stroke. Then I called this OB clinic and never got a call back from the on call doctor. Finally got through today and she was dismissive nobody is concerned about me or my baby the office can’t even tell the hospital I’m on my way or order tests. I’m limping can’t think and my face looks weird.

Lauren Ensign: I walk in the door and was told my doctor had to leave for a delivery, which I understand. They apparently text me informing me it was cancelled, which I never got. I even left work for this appointment. Funny how I received all the other texts sent from them but not the one canceling my appt. They tried to re-schedule me again 3 weeks from now. I explained I am in pain (I have an ovarian cyst), and they basically told me there's nothing they can do. You'd think if they need to reschedule people they'd get you in a little sooner than 3 weeks from now, when I've already waited about 6 weeks for the appointment I couldn't have today. No sympathy. No compassion. Just "sorry about your luck". They sure have changed from when I had my daughter 3 years ago. Extremely disappointing.

Deanna Toma: Didn't even make it in the door. After requesting an appointment online someone called me to CONFIRM my appointment and take all of my personal and insurance information. We had an entire conversation about the appointment being for a minor and that I was trying to schedule it for after school. The next day I get a call that there was a scheduling error and that the Drs do not see new patients at that time...what?!? Minor child that needs to get tested for PCOS...she's terrified to even go and see an OBGYN for the first time and this office basically confirmed that she is unimportant to them because she is a new patient. Thanks for wasting my time.

R Pon: The sole reason I am leaving this office is the woman that checks you in, in the front. She is so insensitive and has made me cry more than once, even the woman in the check out stepped in (she was always a joy) I delivered a baby in 2021 with Dr Peplinski and had such an amazing experience with her and her wonderful assistant Deanna that I could look past this other woman. Now, I just can’t. Dr. N is great but I did not care for her assistant the 2 times I met with her or either of the 2 women that have taken my most recent blood draws. Feel so bad for the Drs there because I see I am not the only one with issues with the office staff.

Alanna Davis: Dr. Nowasielski is wonderful and the other reviews about the staff aren’t that far off. When I have called, it hasn’t always been the best experience either so I tend to message in the patient portal which usually gets a quicker response.

Azia Edwards: I absolutely love my doctor but the front desk/receptionist are more than rude and don’t try to help you at all I don’t want to change my doctors office because I absolutely love my doctor but the hassle to get an appointment and deal with the front desk just isn’t something that I or anyone else clearly wants to deal with so do better ( It’s upsetting when you’re clearly having a urgent matter and trying to get in asap and they tell you well I can get you in but it’ll be about 3 months as if it’s not urgent that’s why my original appointment was so soon but no they cancelled appointments with no given reason and expect you to be alright with an appointment 3 months later as if your reason for the appointment isn’t somewhat urgent and I wasn’t even given the option to reschedule)

Carolyn Shelton: You would think that an office dealing with pregnant and postpartum women would have nicer and more understanding office staff. Dr. Griffith and her nurse is awesome, but the front desk staff and the ultrasound tech is awful. From being belittled and embarrassed by the ultrasound tech for wanting my husband at my appointment, to being hung up on by the receptionist because I was severely frustrated that my postpartum appointment was canceled 30 minutes before and having to drag my newborn baby out in the freezing cold so someone else could watch her. Then I was randomly scheduled for another postpartum appointment that I couldn't make, called to reschedule, and was met with the same rudeness as before. We couldn't find any appointment that would work for me so I said I would call them back, but I am honestly just so done with this place, I haven't bothered. I haven't heard anything from this office since. So sad that mothers are completely forgotten about following the birth of their child. I will find another office that actually cares to help me.

Dayna Eaton: If you’ve read any of the reviews prior to mine then I’m sure you’ve gathered that the front desk staff is TERRIBLE. I’ve honestly never encountered a complete group of individuals with such terrible attitudes. It’s very unfortunate that after being a patient for years, through their many staffing changes, that I’ve finally had enough. This is a 3rd pregnancy, I’m currently 15 weeks, and I’ve yet to have my first visit. They’ve canceled every appointment I’ve made either an hour before or told me when I arrived it was canceled. If you are employed and have to pre-schedule appointments with your job like myself this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the clinic for you. They’ll cancel you with no remorse and rebook for 3 weeks out. 3 weeks will come and they’ll cancel that one too. I completely understand canceling for baby deliveries but why not staff a nurse to see appointments instead of repeatedly canceling appointments. Nonetheless, the doctor Ive seen for years has left and it’s been nothing but a disappointment since then. Nurses are amazing but those admins are atrocious!

Dr was fine, friendly.Scheduled a few weeks later for a 1st prenatal visit.When I arrived, the building was stocked with rodent poison cartridges and there is clear evidence that there is a mouse infestation in the building.Upon arrival, I'm informed that the doctor had just stepped out to do a delivery and I needed to reschedule.This is no problem, disappointing but understandable.However there were zero times that could accommodate my schedule. They don't allow people under 18 to attend the appointments and this is a problem as I don't have easy access to childcare.They did however after checking with another staff member, permit me to bring my toddler with me at the next visit provided no one else was going to be in their waiting room.I scheduled but canceled the next day as ended up getting into Henry Ford and received fabulous care there.Would not recommend.

Linda Isaac: So where do I begin this.I am always having my appointment canceled through a text msg and I have to be put on hold for more than 15min every single time I call to see what’s going on.I had an appointment on January 31st only to find out it’s canceled via text msg. Called and was put on hold for 15 minutes and I get it they might short staffed, fine, only to hear that Dr. Tumaneng won’t be in office. I asked when is the earliest I can see her as I have booked this appointment several months ago…only to hear the best option is February 28th, an entire month on top of my wait already. I have scheduled this appointment back in November and at that time nothing was available until January and I said fine and now I have to wait another month?!!This is very unprofessional and this is not the first time it has happened. Last year I had an appointment at 7:45am. Arrived on time only to hear that the doctor is in an emergency delivery and they can’t take me in. I asked how come no one called me earlier to let me know. They asked me whether I got the msg. I have received no msg that day except the check in msg. To rely on such system and not call your patients is to me very unprofessional. I have no issues with the doctor but this is very inconvenient to keep being booked months and months when I’m already doing my best booking appointments on time.P.S. I wrote this review two weeks ago after accepting the appointment on February 28th. Only to find out today on January 21st that my appointment has been canceled again. Now what? Should I call and be thrown into another end of March appointment?Absolutely not. An existing patient should not be struggling this much to get an annual physical exam appointment.

Bridgette Wilson: About 10 years ago I started coming here to see Dr. Rodriguez for my endometriosis and she is hands-down the most caring OB/GYN I have ever had so when I got pregnant with my daughter six years ago she was my doctor and took of excellent care of me throughout my complicated pregnancy which included having a stent placed in one of my ureters. I enjoyed her being my doctor so much that when my younger sister got pregnant eight years ago I recommended dr. Rodriguez to her and she has since delivered all three of my sisters children. Every time I call the staff is so patient and understanding and Dr. Rodrigues‘s nurse Michelle is so friendly and they recognize you by face so you don’t feel like a stranger in your OB/GYN office. And they now offer virtual visits so when I saw her two weeks ago and we discussed when I would return to go over my results she said I could do a virtual phone visit with her so I didn’t have to miss any work to go over the results. I will keep recommending people to MGA obstetrics and gynecology as I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with them.

Brandy Wentworth: This is the absolute best office I have ever been to! I flipped back and forth with a few OBGYNs until I found this group. Dr Rodriguez has been my OB for almost 10 years now. She delivered all of my kids. I've never felt more comfortable around a Dr before in my life! Her and Michelle have always made me feel heard. I could go on and on about how wonderful Dr Rodriguez is! Lol. The office is also always clean and friendly!

The Real beauty: Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy And PLEASE, if you are pregnant or thinking about getting pregnant, do NOT go to this clinic. . I went here for my pregnancy and I never received the care I should have. First of all, they never answer their phones. No one answered when I was having pain If you have something happen during your pregnancy and need to get ahold of someone if they answered the phone they rued and if you asked for the doctor they never gonna give you a call back is the worst place ever I visit

We were in the process of booking it, then shes like, nope we actually don’t have any dates available. We’re like? What happen to April 19? She said it was booked already. Okay no problem! Whats the next open date? She said nothing is available everything is booked! We’re like May? June? July? Shes like nope everything is booked (keep in mind by this time she already has an attitude with us and is being very rude.) I told her I’m very shocked that everything is booked for that far out, are you sure? She said something on the lines of, do you not speak English? She said I said everything is booked so everything is booked call back later. I’m like ma’am, how is it March, and everything is booked throughout the rest of the year? She got loud with me over the phone. When i asked for her manager/supervisor she threatened to hang up. When i asked her about her name, she hung up in my face.The only reason this post has 2 stars, is because we called back and spoke with the Office Manager. She was very polite and helpful and got us an appointment on April 21st. Ironic how they were “all booked” in the front desk.I was not surprised by the other reviews here disappointed in the front desk service. Not to count the many that haven’t reviewed this place. I just wish the best to the management of this place, and hope they open up their eyes and see how many patients are being mistreated by the front desk.P.s. I waited over an hour for a post op appointment “naked” in the room for someone to come in and ask if I could come back the Dr. had to leave on a delivery, but was also told I was scheduled with the wrong Dr. so unsure which was the truth. I’ve been having some Menstrual issues after contacting my Dr. each month with no relief she finally followed up with my message 3 weeks later after the fact and suggested a procedure “pretty much a leave me alone message” I called the other day with an concern if needing something for a UTI, I was asked to come in and leave a urine sample which I did it’s been 3 days no call back from my Dr. or antibiotic called in, so I’ve been in uncomfortable pain for 3 days now waiting on my Dr. I would not recommend this office, this office has gone down hill since all the previous Dr.have retired. Over 20 years coming to this office and I will no longer be a patient here.

Receiving what seems to be several duplicate bills but when I ask for my results to be mailed to me .... nothing, going on my 3rd request. Being in the medical field myself I know that type of request takes moments to click and print a report. Frustrating!!!

She then ran into room as I told her I was leaving because I've been waiting and she says ok and walked away. Never go back here again. As a medical professional myself, this is inappropriate and embarrassing to treat your patients. I attempted to tell the check out desk I was leaving and there wasnt even anyone there to help you.

Divya Kamath: I went to this location after researching and finding great reviews for this place. I saw Dr. Carrasco at this location for my pregnancy and had an incredible experience. She takes time to really get to know your priorities, concerns and to answer your questions. Never felt hurried or uncomfortable during appointments. Provides very thorough information and is very prompt to answering any questions/concerns on the online portal. Staff was great too, sent over my STD paperwork on the day of my delivery without me having to ask again! Very satisfied, definitely returning and highly recommend

Red FX: Doctors are WONDERFUL. The facility and faculty members are frustrating. The best example of this is how they ask you to fill out the same form everytime. My significant other has filled out the same form every visit for no less than 35 times (probably more)!!!!!! Also unless you are pregnant you can not easily make an appointment within 30 days.

Geneva Brunetti: I was recommended to go to Mission by my highly-rated PCP. However, in my first appointment, the doctor (Dr. McGrail) not only disregarded my family history and genetic testing results, but decided that “birth control pills don’t work for me” (I’ve been on them for over 10 years and was describing new pain), never did an ultrasound even though she said she would, tried to convince me to do alternative contraceptive options I repeatedly told her I was not interested in. She ultimately took me off birth control pills to “try” an endometriosis medicine (again, no interest in an actual laparoscopy or ultrasound), and gave me a two week supply. After, it took weeks and multiple phone calls to try to get a script sent to my pharmacy. Come to find out weeks later this “new medicine” will cost me over $1k a month. I called and asked for different pill options. It took them over a month to bother to get back to me… to schedule a non-pill option that I previously adamantly rejected. After another week or two, they call me to “schedule a telehealth” to “go over my options”. This ended up being exactly 2 months after my first and last appointment. They also still have yet to tell me about my PAP results from that appointment 2 months ago. The cherry on top was when the receptionist called me an abomination of my name, then magically got it perfect the second time. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ariana Murray: Love it here! The staff is always courteous and helpful..front desk, nurses and Dr. Catherine Pokropek as well! Dr. Pokropek always listens to any concerns I have and is always willing to help. I drive 50 minutes just to see them!

Trish Smith Zauner: Their office staff continue to make the excuse that COVID is affecting their care... then quite simply - you should not be in practice right now. I had two early miscarriages when being seen by Dr. Paluda and she never bothered once to call me - I was basically in it alone. When she finally scheduled time with me after I gave feedback, she was short and cold. Every time I called, Joanne promised I would hearing from someone whether it was bloodwork results or consult for my struggles...weeks would go by. Then she would make excuses to make ME feel bad for being disappointed in service. Saying ‘this never happens’ then would literally happen again the next week. Never in my life have I experienced such a poor patient experience.I have thankfully found a new doctor that has spent more time with me in one visit then I ever got from Dr. Paluda.

Aurelie Guitar: Dr. Pokrokek is very attentive during my appointments, knowledgeable, and always answers all of my questions. Sometimes their staff has trouble calling back if you leave a message, especially if you are calling about a lab result, but overall they are a great practice of strong, caring, and compassionate women - for women!

Tanya J: This team of doctors may be good at what they do, but they lack patient care and kindness. I went there 3-4 times in the beginning of my pregnancy, each time the staff was beyond rude to me and my husband, especially when it came to payments, not that we had a problem paying them, but if we asked one question about a bill or about the billing process the response would automatically be rude and disrespectful to the level where even my husband got into an argument with one of the staff members at a point. The staff and doctors acted like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to go there, but what they need to be made aware of is the fact that we’re the patients and we’re the ones putting them in business.The doctors also carried a similar tone as the staff, which is probably why they have this type of staff on board in the first place. After the 3-4 visits and 1-2 arguments, we decided this was not the place for us and we moved to a different care who does not put MONEY FIRST but rather the actual care of the patient. I was not about to have my baby with this type of staff, doctors and attitude.

Briana Orsini: Lori mausi is an amazing Dr who really takes the time to individually care for her patients. She is compassionate, intelligent and professional. It's a shame that she's getting bad reviews based on her staff as she is by far one of the best drs I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of them). That's probably why it's so hard to get in to see her because she actually cares about each patient and gives them the time and treatment they deserve. She's helped me immensely over the course of the past few years, and through 2 pregnancies and healthy beautiful babies.

I had to have an emergency c section for my first daughter. My second daughter was almost premature. Dr. Mausi was a rock through it all and so attentive. I find the office staff to be so kind, engaging, and professional. I just visited a month ago (I’m trying for a third baby) and did not experience anything out of the ordinary. Salsabil Bakth: This office is the worst. Dr. Mausi is an incredible person, however, her staff are the worst. My first visit here had made me very upset since they scheduled me during their lunch break and made me sit outside the locked office door until lunch was over. They didn’t have the decency to let me sit and wait inside the office, but rather stared at me until I walked away from the door. I have no idea why they would schedule me like that so that I wasn’t wasting my own time. Aside from that, meeting Dr. Mausi was amazing and I let that problem slide. However, I was scheduled for an appointment 3 months later and when I had called to reschedule, the front desk people informed me that my appointment was canceled because Dr. Mausi was not in. I was really upset. Not only was that unprofessional, the attitude I received was disgusting. I had to wait another 2-3 months to get an appointment with Dr. Mausi. Who knows, maybe she would’ve cancelled on me again without informing me or at least having the decency to call and leave me a voicemail. I would never recommend this place, please save your time and try another caring, professional office.

First time here today on an earlier visit due some unforeseen circumstances.After being thrown around from ER to ER and dealing with people who act like you may be wasting their time, I was a bit nervous to meet Dr.Mausi and talk about my concerns, because I feel like with most people I've encountered in my past and in the last two weeks I've just been constantly brushed aside.Not Dr.Mausi. She let me explain what's going on without interrupting me once, did not act judgemental at all and cared about what's going on with me. The same issue I've been dealing with weeks that constantly keeps being brushed away and finally someone gets it and understands. I wasn't rushed at all and she really came off as genuine. I'm so, so happy and this means so much to me.I also spoke to the social worker too, and she too was such a kind person. I feel like I'm finally getting answers and knowing where I need to be . Thank you again!!

Coming in as a new patient, they are backed up because they are a very busy office but they are absolutely GREAT!! I had a VERY high risk pregnancy with my son and I was VERY concerned as I had blue cross when I had my daughter and now I was on medicaid when I got pregnant with my son but Dr. Mausi was just a blessing from the day I met her! Everyone at the office makes sure that medically you are the best they can help you to be and also they make sure you are ok personally too! They know their patients and above all they CARE! You will most definitely NOT be making a mistake by becoming a patient here! Love you Dr. Mausi and all the office staff!
