I have underlying medical issues, when the receptionist asked me why I thought I needed an emergency appointment after listing my conditions and what I’ve already done medically, I told her to forget it and to have a good day. I’m not going somewhere I’m already not believed. Thanks. Thanks for making me feel stupid.
Lorraine Carlisi: I am very near sighted and I also developed double vision. I went to Fraser eye care for an evaluation and Dr Bonafede was the doctor that examined my eyes. He did a thorough examination and gave me the option to choose either eye surgery or a prism. I chose the surgery and I would do it again in a heart if I have to. The surgery was successful and I thank God for this doctor and his expertise!

Mackenzie Romero: I called a few Eye places and most were rude or had no same day appointments available. I was in unbearable pain, it had been a week and it was only getting worse. I had, what I suspected, was a corneal abrasion due to my son poking me in my eye. Fraser Eye Care Center was able to get me in the same day I called. Dr. Bonafede (sorry if I misspelled that) and his team are extremely knowledgeable and have been so kind. Although my eye is still healing it is starting to feel so much better and I am so grateful I found them and they were able to help me! Would recommend.
Shelby Travis: Took my infant here after she scratched her eye and because they specialized in peds. The front desk does things a little backwards and will kinda annoy you. Overall visit was great, doctor was nice and knowledgeable

Maria Mazzone: Dr Raphtis saved my husband's eye. I was on vacation when he was injured on the job. My husband didn't know it was hurt on the job. Thought he had pink eye. We went to our family Dr. who took one look and suggested Dr. Raphtis. We were so blessed he sent him there. It was very serious and after two very long weeks of meds and visits it healed. My husband then referred his co-worker who was having a problem with his eye. He thought he got something in it. After going to his eye Dr a few times he went to Dr. Raphtis. He has the tinest piece of metal in his eye. He got it out and he also now sees him.. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. I would give him a 10 if I could.

Bob Barnauskas: I've been seeing a doctor at this location for many years but recently retired and was very pleased with her. I saw Dr Parent for the first time and was not one bit happy with him. I asked several questions and never received an answer about any of them, it was like I was wasting his time. I will not be returning to see this doctoragain. I've had very good luck with everyone else in this office.

Mike Guzick: All I can say is wow it's amazing to be able to see again both at a distance and reading without glasses. I had an appointment with Dr Parent due to the fact that I had some floaters and also I was having trouble seeing at night. Through examination he found that I had cataracts that were causing me to have trouble driving at night and reading even with my glasses or contacts. I was totally surprised being that I'm only 57 years old that I would already have cataracts but Dr Parent assured me that this was normal. We discussed the options and I chose to have while he was performing the cataract surgery a distance lens placed in my right eye and 2 weeks later a reading lens was placed in my left eye could not possibly be happier. For the first time in a very long time, I have no problems driving at night and it's absolutely wonderful to be able to pick up a menu , newspaper or a book and be able to read clearly without nose hangers lol! I can not thank Dr Parent and his staff enough they're absolutely wonderful !One year follow up 😊 could not be happier !No issues, it is so great to be able to see all the time.Biggest thanks to Dr Parent “Your the Best”

Delia Chirila: I've had a really bad experience with this office. I made an appointment with Dr Spoor for my mother. She ended up being seen by Dr Lin who was pushed to see her , because Dr Spoor has left before my mother's testing was done. Dr Lin was nice but he spent 5 minutes with us giving us a very limited amount on information. When the treatement he prescribed for my mother didn't work and I called the office hoping to talk to him, I was told that I have to make a telehealth appointment and pay for it, in order to have my questions addressed or go to a different specialist .I would not go back to this office.
Mona Ismail: Dr. Lin and Dr. Williams are extremely knowledgeable in the field of Neuro-ophthalmology. I’ve referred many of my clients to them who have had severe head injuries and visual disturbances. They have provided quality care and service to all my clients. Michigan Neuro-ophthalmology comes highly recommended! Thank you Doctors and Staff!
R: Everyone at this practice is very nice and welcoming. My first appointment was two hours because of all the new patient testing. They warned me of that numerous times before the appointment. The ladies that answer the phone are always pleasant and easy to work with. The MAs that took me through my tests were also nice and patient with my questions. I saw Dr. Williams. She was great. She took her time with me and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this office.
