Regina moore: I've been coming here for a few years everytime I been here quick fast professional outcome today i go.in there no ones in the waiting area so im like great but then the computers was down thats fine so im gonna start by saying I worked and had bcbs threw my job for over 20 yrs now im disabled going threw my disability retirement waiting on that I have straight medicaid insurance in the meantime so Now the treatment is diffrent the wait is 2 hours she couldn't find my enrollee id I gave her the paper she didn't even bother to call and get it so I did it myselfBottom line is there's a difference in the treatment I received won't be backAND THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE NO ONE ELSE'S SPEAKING FOR MYSELF

JoAnne Terry: I am truly amazed by the wonderful team at Wright & Filippis. It started with a call to Sue who made us an appointment with Joe. My husband was injured at work and was given a knee immobilizer at the hospital that just wasn't working. We thought we'd bite the bullet and purchase one out of pocket until we could get into an orthopedic doctor. Joe and Amanda listed to our problem, reviewed the immobilizer from the hospital and came up with a few ideas on how to make the immobilizer work. Joe made some adjustments and sewed a piece of silicone into the existing immobilizer and it now staying in place. We can't thank Sue, Joe and Amanda enough for the prompt, friendly service and for the knowledge and understanding needed to problem solve our issue. Sue and crew will absolutely be our go-to in the future.

I know sometimes at the end of day people just want to go home however, the attitudes were still as positive as the start of the day. Customer service is hard to find these days. Billing is always a problem (even though I’ve got excellent insurance) and their customer service is terrible.One of my children has a condition which requires us to see several specialist routinely and Wright & Filippis is consistently the worst experience for us.
