The moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a kind hello and welcome, same with everyone after me. I looked around for a second and found one thing I was looking for and couldn't find the other so I asked her and she immediately knew where I needed to go and pointed me in the direction. At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!

Michigan MLG bedey: Worst store i have ever been to will never shop here again cashier was rude from the second I walked up to cash out called before I came to the store to ask if I could exchange a pair or pants that were a gift without a receipt was told I could get there and was told rudely I can't even do an even exchange with the pants and was cussed at so will never shop here again will take my hard earn money else where somewhere I am not told one thing on the phone drive all the way there and told a different thing and treated so rudely!! savanna holder: This location has gone way down. They used to have friendly staff. Now I tried to purchase 2 sets of 6 balloons something I have done in the past for my 5 kids birthdays. The 6pack is cheap and it used to be free helium. Today I bought the 2 6packs and went to leave but I was stopped an treated as if I was stealing. I said I wasn't aware because last time and I was cut off with well its changed. I said okay and after waiting 15mins for a price the man without a name said it was 18.95.... FOR TWELVE balloons to be filled because I purchased the balloons already. I stated I'm not paying that. They went on to treat me like I'm cheap because I wouldn't pay over a dollar per balloon for helium. So I finally went to the isle found the sign and took a photo. It's. 85 a Balloon. I paid and the only person willing to offer an apology was the nice person that blew up my ballons.

Everyone that works there help you find what u need, if they don't have it they have knowledge of similar products, or if they cannot find it, or suggest another item they will look it up & find the closet Meijer that does have it. I know ALSO get my ENTIRE FAMILY OF 4 prescriptions at this Meijer as well!! Their MPerks rewards programs....MAKE ME ABLE TO SAVE SO MUCH, ON A HUGE VARIETY. YOU CAN ALSO USE AS MUCH AS YOU WANT AT THE Meijer gas station. I had enough to get .50 cents off, not just .10-.30 cents at "K"

Empty shelves and bare coolers, while the employees flirt and fratrinize. Good luck completing your list or getting customer service. Hall road and beyond for a decent experience.

Alexander Ryan: For several years I've been in abusive relationship with the Kroger on 9 mile and John r. This Meijer feels like a breath of fresh air! Someone greeted me when I came in, the service/checkout went smoothly, big selection of things although the food selection itself is only ok I'd say. The vegetables sometimes aren't the freshest, but everything else is great! Not ghetto at all.

Crimsyn Vinsyndt: Its a grocery store i will give it that much. But if Meijer can cut corners they will. There was 1 cashier with a line and they have remodeled their store to only have like 5 of the original 30+ checkout lanes with actual people. Instead they have switched to a self checkout lanes for 5 or less, 12 or less, or full cart lanes which takes longer because you have 1 or 2 people watching the monitors and verifying 12 different lanes that everyone is scanning stuff correctly and not stealing, going to quick, etc. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to shop and an hour to check out.

Gravefire: Out of many of the items I was there for. Store is clean, but many aisles are blocked up by unattended stock carts, making shopping difficult at best. Order pullers for pickup/ delivery are a hazard. They'll run right into you, and give you a rude look like it's your fault. Seems the claim of closing at night to clean, stock, and disinfect the store was simply a cover for eliminating the night shift.

I only brought my red card in as doordash has already done my verification per WHY in allowed to pick up the alcohol purchase in the first place. They were already out of 1 of the 2 items I needed for this dash order. Cashier at self check out refused to enter my birthday manually (I'm 35 by the way) and stated I needed my ID. To waste my time -which is money- even more. I was not leaving to return and waste more time. I had to take A PENALTY to UNASSIGN this order counting against me. I will never go here as a customer or accept any doordash orders for this location as that's TERRIBLE customer service. That's what you get when companies like this refuse to pay people a living wage. $20 is only 40k a year. Wake up people. THAT IS NOT A LOT OF MONEY AS THESE PLACES DESTROY OUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.

Coke freestyle machine was completely out of Coke Zero and nobody bothered to perform the simple cartridge swap. Zero straws for either the pop or the slushes. Only a few lids left, and none for the drinks - only the domed slush ones. Clearly nobody really pays attention.

I met her cashing out one night and we had an absolute hilarious and fun time. She’s warm, delightful, and makes a point to say hi and ask me how my day is going EVERY time I shop there. She makes my trips fun at the end when all I want to do is go home. And for that reason, I’m recommending this Meijer - and even more so Markeeta! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE !!! Cheers!

L F: Just had to dump an entire shop and scan order because they didn’t have the shop and scan registers open and the standard lanes had ridiculous lines. Restocking my entire cart seems like it would be more employee work then having a shop and scan register open, but that’s not what their manager thinks…regardless, pretty useless service if you can’t use it anyway. The whole point of shop and scan is to try and make your lines shorter. If you don’t have it available, they get longer.

Today is 4/19/23 and 90% of the meat has 4/20/23 sell by dates for full price. Would not reccomend.

Matt Nash: In this corporate controlled world I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to the ladies working the day shift here at the Allen Park, Dunhams! We wanted to buy the kids something cool and fun to play with outside and they had the Spaulding 54” backboard on sale for $379, and we had a few extra bucks from our tax returns so we splurged.All in all it was pretty simple to assemble on my own but I did need a few helping hands towards the end. The instructions were easy to follow and there weren’t any missing pieces. Except the glass backboard had been damaged in transit, it happens. Unknown to me, because when I got it home I just started with the base and left the protective wrapping on the backboard to keep it from getting damaged. Well most places would make your reorder the part from the manufacturer and the kids would be SOL for some Easter Day basketball in the driveway. But these awesome people parted out the extra one they had on hand and even had it waiting for me when I got the damaged one back to store. And were very understanding!!I even beat everyone at PIG this morning!Happy Easter indeed, thank you very much and you know who you are! People helping people and these people really helped us out! Thanks again!
