Abu Tayeb: The way the employees dealt was bad, and I am a client with Charlene Williams for 13 years. I have not met such employees and he did not deliver the materials I bought to the car. I just drove them at the door and I moved them in two stages.

Matthew Rayes: Online ordering pickup is so smooth! My confirmation email came less than 10 minutes after ordering and the gentleman who dropped it into my car was friendly with proper PPE. The website can be hard to manage, make sure to add the product to your projects then you can add it to cart.

wasan billy: I called to make an order today 05/06/2020 at 14 & Schoenherr rd. Store. An associate named Brayn answered my call, he was very rude during the call with no patience at all. When I arrived he got angry and started waving with his hand with inconvenient way because he wanted me to move from the parking lot to the drive way in front of the store. Even if I did a mistake he cannot treat a customer like that. I am now very frustrated and will never go back to this store again although it is near my house. I love sherwin Williams a lot and I painted my all house from this store, I didn’t expect that from an associate in sherwin Williams.
Chong Lor: To better assist the sales associates of what you need, I recommend going onto their website and see what you want then call them. It was easier and faster for the sale associate to get my stuff for me. Had no problem with the curbside pickup.

Christopher Petti: Always the best service. Called around and checked the internet for a type of paint. Painters Supply had it plus it was a third cheaper than everywhere else including Oreillys. The clerk behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on the shelf and guided me in the right direction for what I needed. As long as they are in business I will keep returning.

Elizabeth Chilton: Sherwin Williams has such great quality paint and terrific color selection. My mom picked a color in Arkansas and I bought the paint in Detroit so we can have her new apartment painted the perfect shade before she moves here. We tried doing that at a Walmart’s Glidden display and it didn’t work. So Sherwin Williams uniformity paid off for us. Great customer service too!!

Sheryl Bushor: Had wonderful customer service both times I was in the store. First time to pick up some paint chips, second visit was to purchase paint. Both times had extremely nice sale associates help me. I don’t usually leave reviews but they deserve it. That’s how pleased I was with their service.

We totally get that due to covid companies are hurting for employees, but when do you sacrifice your company's reputation for desperation? We're so tired of the whole covid excuse. Answering the phone hello, not paying attention to someone articulating exactly what they need in a professional manner and saying um, um, um is unacceptable. Then, when you call the employee out on it, not rudely but matter of factly and then get hung up on? Really? Won't ever be giving that store any of our business. Sari K: A lot of paint color options and very friendly service. Paint supplies cost are reasonable, but Paint is not cheap. It's about $60-$65 a gallon. I decided to give it a try since most paint brands out there do not perform that well. I can't wait to start painting to see how it looks and how many coats it takes to cover well. I will update my review after I'm done painting.Update 12/29/20: Down from 5 to 4 stars. Superpaint works well so no need to prime spackle. However for some reason navy blue paint is not easy to work with. Tends to leave streaks of you don't paint really fast. We had to do 2 heavy coats for good coverage while the gray covered perfectly in one coat. Now you can forget about navy blue if you use the Duration paint. For some reason neither color nor coverage went well. We tried three coats with no luck. Went back to to the Madison heights store and told the store manager about it but he blamed it on the 3/8 inch nap we used. Really, it's smooth drywall. Anyway he did not offer to resolve the issue and we had to buy a gallon of Superpaint instead. So not happy with customer service after spending over $500 on paint. Very disappointed.
