Win Babiuk: Nice clean quiet neighborhood park.
Kristin Terry: Clean. Well kept. Quiet area. Probably best for those 5-10. There is a huge ladder/ bridge to bigger slide. It's pretty intense. I alllowed my 3 year old to do it, but even his brave self got nervous half way through. Not much sade by play area, hut no metal slides to have to worry too much about it. There is shaded area with tables to the side. The special needs swing latch is broken. There is a mommy and me swing, with is nice. And the walkway is pretty nice.

Mommy Lackie: High rating for bathrooms and trees and a nice path... Lost stars because the play structure is for older kids (no pictures look like what's actually at this park). I was not going to let my toddler do a horizontal ladder to get to the big slide! She got bored quickly of the same small slide so we didn't end up staying very long. Oh, and the swing with the pressurized lock was broken when we went.

Shannon OBrien: The only thing wrong with this park is that the parents stay in their cars all the time and the kids do leave candy wrapper and drink bottles sometimes. The bathrooms open when the weather is warmer and they lock them around 7-9pm not sure. Yes dogs have to be on a leash too. But it isn’t enforced and there are empty baseball fields to let them run loose and fence them in so thats cool too. Someone set off fireworks in the bathroom and now they are locked all the time so thanks a bunch for that

sharellabelle 19: The remodel is absolutely ridiculous. This use to be a good park with a tennis court and basket ball court. Now it looks a complete mess. They even downsized the play ground! Won’t be back.
Kyle Picard: This park is getting worse, not better. The roller hockey rink and basketball court were removed and the playground was downsized.

Mommy Lackie: Half of the playground was shaded still when we arrived in the morning - quite a feat because it's so big! I'm not sure I've seen any so big. Many sections are meant for elementary or older kids, but there was still plenty for my toddler to do, too. Plus, she loves the small rocks used at a lot of Warren playgrounds for filler. There was a portapotty, so I don't know if the bathrooms had something going on or if that's because we came after Labor Day. Only two swings is a little sad, but the playground is so big, my daughter was only interested in them for a moment anyway.Playground: Very large playground, not sure I've seen any so big. Many sections are meant for elementary or older kids, but there was still plenty for my toddler to do, too.

naganorules: Great park in so many ways. The playground is nice for being older. Could use more swings though. My family was sad when they removed the basketball courts and didn't improve any particular thing. The bathrooms are now open which is great. Many local folks enjoy the field, trees, and tables there.

Jamie Alex: Walk here almost everyday. Only issue is after rain, the whole grass is flooded.
Matt DeSantis: Pretty decent forest remnant, featuring spring wildflowers, squirrels and birds.The City needs to plant more trees or leave the leaves though, the back half turns into a barren mud pit in spring
Antonina Strazimiri: Cons: The park is probably better for older kids than the little ones (slides have large drops at the end or wide open bottoms), and the non playground area was extremely muddy.Pros: Not crowded, and the people we did meet were friendly. Swings were fun and low to the ground, which felt more welcoming to my toddler.

Amy Vivio: I would give this park 3.5 stars, actually. The quiet wooded park has lots of shade and a huge play structure, which are great! The downsides are the nonfunctioning water fountain and locked bathrooms in July (most parks' facilities are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), and the grass was a bit unkept and overgrown.

L Edwards: The parking areas need some work. Grass is growing up over the curbs. My father in law tripped and fell over it. I would like to see less tire tracks on the soccer fields off Chicago road as well. Find a way to keep people from driving and doing doughnuts on the fields would be perfect. Visitors also need to clean up after themselves better. There is always trash blowing around. People need to care more about our parks and not be selfish with their attitudes about cleaning up their litter! Update 10/1/2022: The bathrooms are never open.... I literally just walked the entire park and not one facility is open. There are soccer games going on, families on the playgrounds, full tennis courts and a birthday party going on and not one bathroom is open. My star rating has just dropped to a 2.

Dhar’s Life: The park (6 months ago) used to have a beautiful and massive playground for children of all ages. Now it’s just replaced with a large slide meant for 12+ year olds. I do not recommend it for parents with toddlers.
Eric Bates: This park was me and my kids favorite place to go, they ruined a place we loved to go to and replaced it with some modern joke of a playground. It's not even a playground it's just a slide.
Lacy Brown: I was excited to go to this park with my toddler after seeing pictures. It looks to have been recently replaced with one large play structure for kids 5-12. There's a sand area and a few swings but not much for younger kids. Be aware, parents of toddlers/preschoolers.

Sarah Lackie: There's a fair amount of shade, but near the picnic tables there isn't a ton of grass (which I feel is important for a crawling baby). Unfortunately, you can't drag a picnic table to a grassy area. Still, the playground was huge - 2 of them - and lots of picnic tables to choose from.
