Maria Puffpaff: First off, my husband and I drove an hour from our home, and waiting in Warren for hours waiting for these medications. The Indian fellow, Smit (the "manager") first stated he could give my husband his necessary medications for his well being, including his INHALER, Smit then claimed he couldn't give him his medications because his home address is too far from that location. We did NOT pick this location, his doctor did. This is unacceptable. Out of state visitors even have the right to get their medications. The fact that I have to give 1 star is over gerorous. Trigger happy SMIT, threatened to call the police on our way out the door, for taking his identification back. Don't go to this location for essential medications unless you want the cops called on you by this little man's inappropriate, unacceptable actions.

David: The worst group of pharmacists in the world. They are extremely rude, refuse to answer the phone. I actually saw phone off the hook, laying on the counter. This location deserves minus 3 stars. Fire them ALL.
Lacey Giannini: Love the people. Keep in mind they just work there. They don't have control over your insurance or whatever reason you may have a problem. They stock the shelves and run the registers.

Not only are they rude, they don't let you speak and talk over you to argue, and then they hang up on you!The only good employees are Princess the manager and the lovely older woman with red hair that works the front. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!
Karlie Kondrath: Pharmacy is a joke, first lady told me they didn't have anything for my sick father even though it shouldve been called in hours ago, I call the doctors and they told me they tried calling multiple times to just be placed on hold or a busy line they were able to leave a message around 2pm but would speak to the rep over my phone to clear things up, someone else in the back started asking me questions and said she just processed the request then the first lady told me I still needed to wait 20 minutes. So here I am still waiting. If you don't like you job find something else to do, life's to short to be as miserable and rude as lady #1 when people are coming in bc they need help, compassion and patience which all she'd rather be doing is playing on her phone.Lmao I thought I would add after 25 minutes I walked back up and the second lady threw a bag over onto the first lady's computer (didn't say anything) and the first lady turned around took a look at me standing there didn't say anything and found the bag on her computer not surprisingly the one she threw was mine. All real classy workers in here who absolutely love their jobs. Someone should retrain everyone in pharmacy on just better etiquette dealing with customers. Super unprofessional and honestly disgusting

Shah: Placed order online for a medicine. Their website was giving me hard time to create account and place order. After multiple tries, I was able to place order. Then I went to the store and picked it up without any issue since the store was no crowd.

But I was just wondering who remembers: Cunningham's or Davis Cut Rate Drugs which was at Davison at Woodrow Wilson in Detroit near The John C. Lodge expressway? As a child, I went there. Now there's some memories for you, huh?!!?
Paige L: Nightmare of a pharmacy. Took 20 mins to enter my info for my COVID booster because the employee had no clue how to look up my insurance info. Pharmacy was full of staff but no one would help customers while the one person was entering my info. Employees behind the counter were SCREAMING at the top of their lungs while loudly joking around which was honestly an embarrassing look for the pharmacy. Pretty trashy place.
Ondean Clayton: The rudest pharmacy staff ever. Ghetto and unprofessional. The lead daytime pharmacist isn’t much better🙄. They will literally see you standing there and say nothing, I mean literally they will stare dead at you and look you in your eyes AND SAY NOTHING, attend to newly arriving customers before attending to the customers already waiting in line for scripts. I hate it’s to the closest most convenient pharmacy by my home. I wish I could give it 0 stars!! The store area floor staff are wonderful I’ve never had a bad experience while shopping there. Cashiers are always friendly, well except for one, and that’s ok because the majority of staff (minus the pharmacy) are pleasant and kind. No matter what you look like, dress like or what you believe. The only reason they get 1 star, is for the front cashiers, and floor people.
Marlon Terry: I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews the store is clean some not all of the staff are friendly and helpful a few have attitudes and they always never have enough staff at cash register and this is a complaint I have for all stores please post a sign for where you can pick up online orders.
Pan Smt: This place needs investigated. If you were trained to give a shot you know that hitting the bone is not acceptable. This happened on both shots!

Teresea Jones: There is always an issue when I need a prior authorization. Some of the staff is ok but this one particular person annoys me and is always rude. There's Never a way to speak to the manager either. I'm switching to another Walgreens because this is beyond annoying for simply trying to get my medicine. I have proof of my medicine being approved and still getting the run around.
Tabitha Bonam: Ive been going here for 6 years for my familys precription needs. They are always helpful and poliet. As a busy mom i appricate they always rush the meds i need asap.

Kevin: Worst Walgreens in the area, don’t fill your prescriptions here. I’ve been waiting with no cars in front of me and being the only person in line. With one person in the lobby. (You can look right in and see where the customers sit.) and I’m still waiting. And this isn’t the first time! This is the third time. I always try to give a business or place a few times before I write something good or bad about them. Unless the customer service is outstanding or down right awful like this Walgreens. Two women are in there on their phones laughing in front of the window while I’ve sat here for 25 minutes. Then they noticed me and walked away. The only reason I’m still waiting is to get their name tags. I gave up after being here an hour I’m the drive thru and no one talking to me.

I went in last night to pick up my prescriptions and the gates were shut down, I asked the girl at the front counter and with a very rude tone said they closed at 6... I don't appreciate the rude behavior, I think someone needs training in customer service!
Alyson Little: This is my local Walgreens I go to for my prescriptions. I would say 90%ish or so of the pharm techs are extremely kind and helpful, as well as the pharmacist. Sometimes this pharmacy doesn't get extremely busy and you have to wait a long time and sometimes they do run out of some brand name medication which is unfortunate if your doctor prescribes you a brand name medication and they don't have a generic which is unfortunate because you have to wait who knows how long to be able to get the medicine you need. With the waiting room sometimes you only have to wait for like a minute but sometimes it can be up to like a half hour but it just depends I guess on how busy it is. I've been seeing Rosalie lately but I've seen probably most of the doctors there and I enjoy seeing all of them and I don't mind rotating the doctors that I see cuz I'd like to know them all and get different opinions from all of them cuz they all seem very knowledgeable I definitely recommend this clinic for sure. They also have a pharmacy in there waiting room which is really really cool I don't recall seeing that very often in doctor's offices

Anita McCambridge: 2/25/22 Pulled up at 10 minutes to 10 (when the hours say they close on the door). Was told by an employee sitting in their car outside that “we are closed”. So we are making up our own hours when the manager isn’t around? Mind you, I didn’t have time to get to another Walgreens before 10 when they are supposed to close. God forbid you actually work the full shift and close the store when it’s scheduled to be. Can’t give 0 stars, so to the people that work at this location, enjoy your gratuitous 1 star which is not deserved.
keith samuels: Pharmacy phones were not working for 2 days, yet they let customers wait on hold for hours for an answer that would never come.
Lin: Cashiers are always super nice and helpful in the regular store but the pharmacy is horrible. I have had, I think, one to two good interactions with the pharmacists here though I have picked up scripts at least ten times now. They seem to have an attitude most of the time and I really don't know why along with I am not notified when my prescriptions are ready. The lines for pickup are always horrible as well, taking 20 mins or longer for a 3 car line. Took my scripts to Meijer from here forward.
Banana Boo: Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window by myself (and yes I pressed the call button) until I was finally helped. Peggy is rude and “slow”. Will definitely be changing pharmacies.

Christina: This is by far my favorite walgreens to shop at and fill my scripts at. The employees are friendly and always willing to help me find things. The pharmacy staff is top notch. I enjoy going here. They're like friends at this point. They call you by name when you walk up which is nice.

lashe lewis: I would not recommend this location for any prescription! Mainly if it's urgent. They lie and give heart patients the runaround due to the individuals incompetent unprofessional demeanor. I feel everyone should be notified of such actions because, it could be your health or your life that this so called pharmacy is playing with. All of this because 4 days later my relative script wasn't filled and they didn't want to own up to their errors. Sad as shame ppl go to a real Pharmacist
