Mr Schmittou (Rio6019): Reached out and the guys were extremely helpful at first. I was told they would get back with me about a quote. I submitted a ton of info to help move along the bid process. After two weeks I called to see where we stood and was told someone else in the company was handling the bid rather than the person I spoke to previously. A week after that I followed up once more and was told that someone would call me back later that day. I called back the next day and was told they would call me back later that day... The work was awarded and given to one of their competitors.

I had to put the project on hold for a few months and the company honored the quote they provided, and completed the project within a reasonable timeframe. I was told it would be about 8 weeks once I put the deposit down and they were spot on! Job was done in a day, then they came back the next day to fix up a piece of siding that was not expected to need replacement. So thankful it is done and would highly recommend this company to anyone getting a flat pan awning.

They even went out of their way to install additional features to the system. They are professional with positive attitudes and the quality of their work is highlighted by the fact that our inspector asked us for their contact information. We highly recommend this team!

Jackie DeConinck: I got an estimate a couple of years ago for a 3 season room and was really impressed. Now that I am ready to move forward, I really wanted to see what Mr. Enclosure could do for me. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get anyone to schedule time to come out. Will have to give business to someone else.Update-still working on getting on the schedule for an estimate. GOLFBALL Jack: Today Tyler called me about issues I am having with my patio sliding door being difficult for me to open and close. Being an 82 year old US Army disabled veteran I explained too him my issues. He was super nice and told me he would speak to his supervisors to see what he could do to service the door for me. This is the second patio enclosures we have had. Back in November 2011 our house was gutted my fire and we had to have a new enclosure installed. Since I am 82 I find it extremely difficult to open and close the door. Tyler is helping me to see if there is a problem they can fix to make it slide easier. He has beenespecially helpful to this old veteran. Great company he works for.

These days you can't get anyone to finish the job. This company is quite the opposite. My only disappointment is that they don't do all the other jobs I have waiting. Phillis Rynne: I love my deck roof, but it took too long to get started and no one is contacting me about the final required repairs. I realize the delay in starting was due to Covid, but there was no communication during this time. I was supposed to have a 3-4 inch drop down so I could install blinds and a wind shield but the drop down was not installed. I am not sure where I can drill to install the blinds so I don't ruin the roof. I have left more than one messages with more than one person but, after 2 weeks, still no answer. I sure hope they make good on the repairs and give me guidance on how I can hang blind and a wind shield.Company did call me back and even installed the blinds I purchased. I would have rather had the drop down but at least they were willing to work with me to make things right

Found another number for a site in Romulus which turns out to be forwarded to somewhere in Ohio and getting a promise of a return call in 24 hours . 2 days later I get a phone call referring me to a website to order roller wheels for a screen door . Ordered the wheels online but the problem is they only offered one option for shipping which is 1 to 2 weeks . Back to making a phone call and waiting For what is now 2 days for a return phone call to see if I can expedite the order

The professionalism and expertise of the installer was refreshing. Communication with the front office was very good as well. They kept me updated and followed up in a timely manner. For me, installation came weeks before what was estimated at contract signing. In fact, I had to request they hold on the installation because I wasn't ready just yet. It was a very good experience for me, especially because I did not have any surprises thrown at me during the process.
