Jerry Holloway jr: Ah been going here for some time usually I encounter a good experience with experienced staff however today's visit wasn't as good I went in to pawn my AR brand new open box after they take it I hear them playing with it in the back slamming the bolt forward and back then the staff member precedes up front with the AR and sets it barrel down repeatedly after smacking the sight off the counter multiple times with her finger in the trigger guard then proceeded to tell me it's good condition no it's new open box then said they give me half 50% of gumbrokers price but the one listed on gumbroker was cheaper because it wasn't engraved so they really only gave me 40% not including the sights that do not come with it told them to make sure it's insured because I didn't trust them at this point so will see when I pick it up if they owe me a new one

Daija Ginyard: Didn't like the way I was treated here at all. Visited 10/26/2019. Came looking for a camera, my first camera. They had one, a Nikon Coolpix L330. I asked for help and was told a young man would assist me. He piddled around while I waited by the case. The store was near empty and the customer who'd just purchased something was leaving. I waited for this guy for about 7 minutes, feeling ignored. All the while, he's doing nothing, repeatedly going to a back room and returning with nothing. I had to ASK him to come help me. He showed me the camera, which was tagged $119. It was released in 2014. I asked to see if it worked, after more time waiting, he put in the batteries and it worked. He offered to sell it to me for $106.While we stood there, I pulled out my phone to see what the 5-year-old camera was going for. I found between $60-$80 used, just as this one was. I asked him if he was willing to negotiate. He gave me a curt "No." I walked out.This store is less like a pawn shop and more like a junkyard. The only things in cases are jewelry, a few electronics, and some toys. The store smelled funny and was dirty, the parking situation is hazardous (almost got hit by an old man reversing in a pickup), and there was a general lack of concern and interest toward me, a new and potentially repeat customer.I won't be returning.

Liz Griem: This is the ONLY pawn shop around that is honest and treats everyone like family. They’ve been in business over 35 years and are EXPERT gemologist’s and jeweler’s. Jake tries to teach all of his customers so they don’t get ripped off again. This is a hard business because sometimes the truth hurts about what your prized possession is really worth. Jake isn’t greedy and 100% fair and offers the most possible money you could get for whatever you are pawning or selling. Jake takes the time with his customers to make sure they understand what they have and gets them in and out discreetly. The selection of new jewelry, electronics, coins, watches, and tools is amazing and they guarantee to save you lots of money! They do any type of custom jewelry also for at least half the price! You definitely should check them out!!

Leonard Hren: The scumbag I dealt was a liar. Sent complete info with 12 photos of item and was given a fair market price. Loaded item on borrowed truck when we showed up with item price dropped by 1/3. Scumbag liar said he did not realize age of item. Which was B.S. Photo and info I gave him showed year item was manufactured. It was 15 minutes prior to close on weekend and we were in desperate situation and due to time we were unable to take item to competition and scumbag liar was aware of this. Plus the borrowed truck weakened our bargaining position. ALSO item weighed 700lbs and I did not want to unload and reload item the following Monday. Ended up taking B.S. OFFER. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Gwendolyn Maxey: At first, this place was a good pawn shop to go to. Then, on a most recent visit, my husband and I went in to pawn a tv. Long story short, the guy working there got over on us. When we came to pick it up, somehow, they claimed we never came in with the tv. After much debating and proof that we were there, they sent us home and said they’d look at cameras and give us a call. Call never came in. We gave them a week. We went up there today and now they’re claiming the tv was sold. We never sell items, only pawn. When asked to see the video and proof, they stalled and ended up coming with a paper that claimed we sold the tv but never received any paperwork for it. Why this wasn’t shown prior, I have no idea. (Because they didn’t have it when we first came in) Then they said they were going to work with us and sell us a tv for 180. Nooooo, we pawned a 50 in tv and got 85 for it. Do you think we would have sold a 50 in tv for 85??? Not at all. And How is this working with us? Terrible experience. No matter if you went once or a loyal customer, you could be a victim so beware. And the employees are rude and tasteless. Especially the lady that works there.

Ariel Dudeck: This place has just a little bit of everything. The staff goes above and beyond here for everybody that pawns or goes to buy anything. They pay out the most for stuff and the 3 month loan is easy to understand, they are so good about answering any questions or helping in any way. Even if you need more time as long as you keep communication with the staff they will keep your stuff a little while after. It's a great place for guys and tools, you can pawn just about anything!! Especially jewelry!! Highly recommend!!! These guys rock!!
