Daniel Bush: They informed us they would no longer see our 3 kids because we were late on getting their vacines? We never stated ee wouldnt get them, we were just behind according to them. They sure do try and force their beliefs on you.

Alan Schneider: The doctors are very good and are wonderful with the children. The billing department on the other hand are incompetent. Be prepared for them to mess up all of your insurance and billing information. It is a complete nightmare. That alone makes me wish I would have gone to a different Pediatrics office.

Sarah Tanner: I have been coming here since my daughter was born 10 months ago. Dr. Francis is great but this practice lost my business over bad billing practices. I just was in office for my daughters well check appointment 9 days ago, I had her 12 months appointment scheduled in the near future and I made a payment of $50 on my balance of $158. During my check in every time they ask- how much would you like to pay towards your balance- and I always make a payment and my balance is never high. Between 2 month appointment windows they sent a $108 balance to collections- of which was not delinquent and had a recent payment on it and a future appointment scheduled- all of which should never push an established patients petty $100 bill to collections. We are literally 1 month from buying a home, make payments every visit, and the woman in billing was entirely unsympathetic, and did not comprehend how this was wrong to an established patient between appointments. Had the woman in my check in said- your balance is in default and we need a payment in full to avoid collections- I would have paid the entire balance but instead I will be finding an entirely new doctor. Sorry Dr. Francis- we will miss you.

Jasmine Sullivan: Dr. Leo & Dr. Naradajah are very compassionate doctors! My son really likes both of them! Dr. Leo really listened to my concerns as a parent over the last few months figuring out my sons milk allergy and I’m forever grateful for her. Front desk reception is also always very kind! I’m a first time mom and this office has helped me sooo much.

I called to get my son and daughter in same day for sick visit and I felt so annoying that I had to call back multiple times with questions and to switch the time. Both times I called, Nicole answered and she was so respectful, sweet, and patient. T J: Ever since Dr. Foster retired the office has gone downhill. Doctors and medical assistants are great. The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and needs to be re-trained on diversity and laws before someones lawyer has to pay them a visit. I've had 5 separate issues with the front desk staff alone which is unacceptable. My colleagues and I have chosen to take our families to a far better practice where we feel confident that our children are getting the absolute BEST care from the moment you book your appointment to the time you're booking your next.

Mariah Kozlowski: I see why this office was strongly recommended to me by my midwife, and a few family members and friends! I can’t stress enough how much I really love this place. I am a first time mom, and they never make me feel silly for asking questions about everything! From sneezes to sounds my baby makes that concern me lol. I love that they have a 24/7 number you can call if you have a concern after hours, and they will see your child same day if you call with a concern. I just called Monday concerned about a diaper rash that wasn’t going away and my baby being a little congested. They saw us just a few hours later and the whole staff and doctors are always so nice. I don’t have a doctor preference because they have all been so nice! I can’t recommend this place enough to other parents! Also love the precautions they take to prevent spreading any illness! 10/10!

Frostie Owen: We started taking our son to Northpointe Pediatrics when we moved to the area. We had heard GREAT things about Northpointe Pediatrics however our personal experience has been quite different. If you are looking to wait, wait and wait some more whether that be on the phone, in your car or in person Northpointe is the place to go. We have waited for over 30 mins on a phone trying to scheduled an appointment. We have had to wait 45+ mins in our car after a scheduled appointment to be even allowed into the building. We have waited 25 mins in a room for a doctor to see us. We understand everywhere you go right now requires some waiting however this seem excessive to us considering our previous pediatrician and now new pediatrician's office wait time. On a positive note when were did get to see a doctor at Northpointe they were very nice.

Nyssa: They don't actually care about children, only their statistics of their BUSINESS. Also their nurses and doctors don't properly chart everything done per visit.

They never make you feel silly for asking tons of questions and always seem to care as much as a family member or loved one would about the baby. My baby has been crying non stop and within hours got her into the office and started working on problem solving. courtney hietikko: They scheduled my sons urgent appt in a day they were closed. Now he has no 2 month check up or urgent appt. I’m VERY upset. Answering service was not in line to help with scheduling yet they were VERY rude. The office seems careless.

Brittaney Tinsley: I had a terrible experience here seven years ago with my son I called today to see if I could possibly bring my children in because the practice itself has such good reviews and many other doctors. I'm glad I called rather than just making an appointment because my opinion and experience still stands with this office. Dr. Brian Engel is one of the best doctors in the state of Michigan and is a managing partner of this practice. 7 years ago he gave me an ultimatum for my son who was sick at the time of the appointment he made me get him vaccinated which I'm not against vaccines but he was sick at the time upon getting the vaccines he came home sicker very very ill I did not want to get the vaccines at this time and does man-made my son incredibly sick I do feel race was the driving point As my son is mixed and I could feel judgement radiating from this man from the time he walked in.. upon calling today and speaking with Cindy the office manager she confirmed my feelings are legit and I was in fact the one who was wrong for not wanting my sick child vaccinated to become more ill from the vaccines. Also made sure to tell me Engel is one of the best doctors in the state rather than apologizing for my terrible belittling demeaning experience. Good job Northpoint you guys are rockstars I feel so safe with the idea of you people taking care of children. Again so glad I called rather than just taking them in to a different docto at this practice.

Not only has the staff (front desk, & nurses) been very friendly and accommodating their doctors are great!My son has had unfortunate trips to the ER for health related reasons & is terrified of doctors now. We see Dr. Marchand & she has been so wonderful, informative & attentive to his needs. She does everything she can to make sure his experiences there are positive & creates a safe atmosphere for him during each visit.They also have the back of the office for sick visits. I appreciate them letting you wait in the car until a room is ready, which isn’t long. We are in and out like it should be. The doctors we’ve seen during sick visits have been friendly & informative as well. Highly recommend.

Hailee Smith: This is a great pediatric office to come to and I do recommend but there are so many people that go here it’s hard to get in for a sick appt because they get booked/full super fast and it’s hard to see the same doctor because of how many patients each one has so in order to get in sooner you have to see a different one available. I don’t like that you can’t have your child be a patient here if they don’t get their vaccines either but that’s just me even though we do vaccinate.

Amanda Deriemacker: I give 2 stars because Dr. Leo is great and my kid loves her! But the staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE!! They are rude, incompetent, and completely inconsiderate. You have to have a good personality, patience, and actual compassion to work in healthcare, especially with children. The staff lacks ALL of the above!! I have worked in healthcare over 10 years, 5 being in pediatrics!! I would hate to switch doctors because of this but im tired of attitudes when my daughter is sick or needing shots! J. M. S. S.: They have 2 locations 1 in Warren and 1 in Clinton Twp. Area. This location is easier to get to, on and off expressway is way easier. Staff is friendly. I've been using Dr. Berry and his offices for over 9 years. I love every Doctor I have seen other than Dr. Berry when he's not available. They give good advice, helpful information. It's up to you as a parent whether or not you use that advice. The Nurse Staff is great if you have questions and after hours phone calls are no problem, they will get back with you as soon as they can sometimes even within a few minutes after leaving a message.

Marie FRITZ: The best pediatricians around! Dr Oska and Dr Berry are the best! Been at this practice for 19 years. Never a problem. Pat in the office is amazing! On a recent visit, Dr Berry spent 20 mins talking to my son about life and making good choices, etc. This should be part of any doctors exam. I was impressed! Thanks for taking great care of my babies all these years!

Sayema Kadir: I took my baby to there and nurse practioner saw her and she gave her amoxicilline for 10 days and told me to give her tyenalol or mortin when she gets fever. I kept giving her mortin and tyenalol for 1 month but still didnt subside. Yesterday suddenly my baby started shivering and her whole body was blue so I called them and told them I was gonna sue then they gave me doctor appointment and went to doctor today he said my baby got ear infection and bronchitis where the nurse told me her lungs was clear and her ears were getting better. Even my nephews also faced the same problem. Very disatisfied. Only reason I love to take my baby is for Dr. Ashraf Berry. One more thing I called them so many times and told them my baby keeps getting 102°F fever to give me an appointment, they keep telling me they can't do anything and suggest me to take to ER.

Amber Allen: This used to be a great office but in the last 5 ish years they've gone so down hill. It takes two weeks of phone tag to get prescription refills and to schedule check ins for prescription renewals. We're told to call first thing in the morning to schedule sick visits but can't get a hold of someone until after lunch (calling every 5-10 minutes after opening). And then, we're told there are no opening and to call back the best day. Rinse repeat.No one returns messages or calls. Paperwork is lost or misplaced. Staff is rude on the phone when we're doing what they tell us to do. Doctors don't listen to us and rush through every exam. I'm so tired of dealing with this office and I'm looking for another one. I just hope they don't lose my daughter's info (AGAIN) and not be able (willing) to pass it on to the office we go with when we do.

Kelley Fadak: I highly recommend Dr. Berry and Dr. Oska. As a mother of 9, with a medical background, I have been to a number of pediatricians and it being my “babies” I was VERY picky until I found them. I’ve been at this office approx 20 years. My oldest is 24 and I have a newborn and every age in between! I wasn’t satisfied with my pediatrician when my oldest was about 3 and I was pregnant with twins so my mom called the hospital and asked the charge nurse, who was the best pediatrician and she said hands down Dr. Berry! I referred all my friends and family and they love them too. Yes, there is usually a wait but that’s because they take their time with you and don’t rush you out the door. When you leave the office, you definitely feel confident, they are knowledgeable doctors that treat you and your kids like family. If you need to contact the on call doctors or get a message to the doctors they get back to you within a reasonable time.

Alexis Kleber: Communication with this office is horrible.They make you pay to transfer your records (even if another Dr. requests them) as well, most pediatrician offices have a heart for children and won't charge to do that. Not this office.

Emon Ahmed: Just want to share my recent experience about them,i took my son for his two years checkup, everything was good they recommend me to give his hepatitis shot and I say yes to them so they give his his 1st hepatitis shot after the shot next day his body temperature was 103 -104 I call them right away to let them know I spoke with few different people for and they told me they are sending a prescription to the pharmacy I wait there for few hours call them and the receptionist pick up the phone she was rude irresponsible person she sound like they don’t care about any kids as long as then got there money from insurance they done with you and your kids. I call next day same thing it’s been over 4days they didn’t prescribe any medication for my baby

Victoria Reynolds: I will start out saying that I love our pediatrician Dr. Berry so much. There are so many wonderful things I could say about him but today something very frustrating happened today with the staff. I scheduled my second round of flu shot for my daughter and made sure to have it exactly 4 weeks after the initial shot. Today I got my daughter ready, got someone to watch my son who cannot attend because of COVID, drove over to the office to call and check her in only to find out that the staff moved my appointment without so much as a call to let me know. Evidently they do shot only appointments on Tuesday's which would have been nice to know when I was standing in front of them making the appointment in the first place. As much as I love our doctor, I have never been this frustrated with scheduling staff as I am today.

Dawn Hope: Love the doctors however the sitting in the waiting room for 45min when you are the only one in there then when another mom comes in she is immediately called back then they remember you. Then you sit in the room for another 30 minutes before the dr comes in and your appointment was at 430 and it is now 6pmTotally UNACCEPTABLE as they were to busy complaining about having a headache and the computer not working

Only one other patient was there. Hope they don't try and bill my insurance because I will be disputing the charges and won't ever step foot back in that office. The doctor was too busy playing on his phone at the desk and joking with the nurse staff than to be worried about the patients waiting.

Lorri Williams-Starks: If I did not have such an appreciation for Dr. Subramanian's thorough examinations & the nurse practitioner patient exploration of my children's possible causes of symptoms presented, I wouldn't have used used this office this year. The support staff has been amazing the last few years but the last few months brought changes, that does not meet the standards this practice previously set. I called to refill scripts & make an appt. for outstanding vaccinations for my daughter. The attendee states she's due for a physical & next appt is xxx (3wks out) I say well can we make a shot appt for shots for school that starts in 2 weeks..puts me on hold for 7 minutes & comes back stating yea you cannot make an appointment here for shots without a physical.Just the lack of telephone etiquette lately is such a turn off. I never even got scripts filled.Called the Clinton Township office, scripts, appointments handled in 55 seconds. This is just what I've come to expect from Macomb Peeds. Always helpful & solution oriented. I'll just move all our pediatric needs to Clinton Twp. Dr. Subramanian is too attentive as a physician to replace with ease and switching offices is much easier than scouting for new pediatric excellence.It's a great office with a fantastic nurse practitioner but I'm dealing with kids who have daily medical needs...I don't want sub par attendees, tending to any aspect of their care.

Anthony Dalesandro: Dr. Arastu use to be my doctor for many years until I turned 18. The insurance force me to have a new doctor dealing with a few rude a holes ever since. I never had any problems with him. He was the best Doctor I ever had.

Pauline Patton: Dr. Arastu is a wonderful doctor. When I was around 12 years old, he was my doctor. I now have a 12 year old myself, and a 2 year old. He always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and is very patient. Most importantly, my kids are very comfortable with him. When my oldest was young, and had health issues, I remember him calling to check up and see how everything was doing. I have never had a bad experience. It's a wonderful doctor's office. Anytime I need to bring my kids in, staff there always makes sure I'm seen as soon as possible. I have in the past recommended him to my family and friends.

Lena Mar: Do not recommend. Establishment is dirty. My 11 year old daughter has severe hearing loss. Had Dr. Arastu actually cared for his patients, we would’ve been able to diagnosed the problem sooner. Every check up she had with Dr. Arastu she was fine, supposedly… I even mentioned the speech delay my daughter had to Dr. Arastu (at the time she was 6 years old). His response was every child learns at their own pace. Well duhh, obviously! But there are certain milestones that children “should” make at a certain age. Even my second daughter at the time was talking more than her older sister. Speaking full sentences. So how is someone who was over two years old with no verbal communication fine? Now my daughter is seeing an ENT specialist, because something in my gut was telling me something is not right. We just found out two years ago that both her ear drums had ruptured. Why wasn’t I informed at her check ups that her ears needed to be checked by a specialist? Because even the ENT said had we came in when the problem first arise, we would’ve been able to salvage her hearing.

April: Had an appointment today with Dr, Arastu. My daughter has an eye infection. Besides the office being dirty, I noticed that the Dr himself wasn’t changing his gloves between patients! He’s going from sick kid to sick kid with the same gloves on and also touching the laptop he carries from room to room. They don’t even have a change of gloves on the rooms. I said something to the receptionist as I was checking out. She said she would say something to the Dr. Shouldn’t the dr know better??

T JNC: I'm sad to give this review because I have been taking my kids to this Dr for over 18 years now. It's definitely not the same without Lenka. I called to set up Covid vaccinations and the receptionist told me the clinic hours were from 1pm-4:30pm. I said I needed 2 and would be there at 4pm. She said they would probably close early if there were only 2 kids scheduled. I said that wasn't fair to give me a time frame and take it away. She then said I was more than welcome to take my kids somewhere else. Wow, ok. So I requested a call back from the Dr. And he never called me back. My daughter is paraplegic and high-risk for Covid, taking her to some big clinic is not ideal. She's 14 and has been with this Dr. since birth, having to switch and get her huge medical file transfered and start all over with another Dr is overwhelming to think about and not fair to her. This place definitely isn't what it use to be.

But today we saw a doctor in the clinic who's first name is Reshmi. She was too rude with us and didn't even answered to our questions properly. Rob Schaal: An extremely unprofessional nurse told me they would have to decide if my 15 month old daughter would be able to be seen because I was being "argumentative" on the phone. I was far from argumentative. This was after I went there in person to make an appointment 10 minutes prior to the phone call. I was simply confirming that the 3:00 appointment would be fine. I don't think a nurse having a bad day should be the deciding factor on whether a sick child can be seen or not. Don't waste your time with this office.

They should do it, but they said because I changed my son's last name and they don't have any legal document in their file. They don't realize how bad is it. If I didn't bring the birth certificate, how did you correct the new name with your system since last March 2016.Another thing, my son's birthday on Feb. I brought him to the office twice last month, and nobody tell me about four years old check up. Until today I went there get the form fill out for the preschool, and they told me they can't fill out for me because I due for the four year old check up. The front desk said they are not responsible to tell me if I due a check up. I think that is part of patient care.

I called to set up appt for my newborn and had to wait almost a month nurses/reception are very uneducated and unprofressional. I explained she was new born and needed to be seen within a couple days of discharge from the hospital, they kept telling me no ahe didn't. When we finally had our appt it took 4 hrs for them to find us on there paperwork and begin processing us. A month later we go back for a follow up appt and again a wait this time 3hrs before called to a room and another 2 because the dr was late. I ask whats going on and the nurse/reception tells me they forgot i was in the room the dr just got there she'll be right in. Dr. Rummani has horrible bedside manor and very unprofessional and speaks down to parents like shes better then you. When asking her questions she doesn't answer anything. They over schedule, the waiting room is dirty and packed full of sick kids coughing all over everything. After this appt i very quickly changed doctors. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE I wouldn't take my pets to see these people.

ki kuzel: All of these people that are leaving bad reviews are lying. The office has always been clean, she's always very pleasant with my kids. She's very nice with me too. Why would I keep coming back 4 years later?? The staff is always nice!!! Don't always believe the reviews people.

Khaddy D: We drive over 90 Miles to see Michigan's most caring pediatricians. The doctor's are very professional. They explain and answer all of our medical concerns.The staff is amazing and very welcoming. We visit both office's and we get the same fantastic services at all times for over 3 years.

Angellina Cornell: The whole office is completely incompetent and uncaring.When you first call the receptionist barely speaks any English so I have to repeat myself 5 times for her to understand what I am saying.They book so many appointments at one time I literally have to wait 4 hours for my kids to get shots or be seen.When the doctor cones in the room she is very unpleasant. Is constantly downing you as a parent, gives no real answers to questions and also only spends a total of 5 minutes in the room but at least 25 to 30 with the people in the next room who speak her native tongue.My baby has a heart condition and I'm pretty sure he needs to actually be looked at and his heart listened to not just walk in the room look at his diaper rash(what I initially brought him in for as well as a checkup)She then prescribed a cream that had my baby screaming in pain and bleeding! I call up there immediately to speak with someone and once again have to repeat myself 5 times so the receptionist understands me!Then the nude gets on the phone and says she's sending a new cream to the pharmacy.I go to the pharmacy may be an hour later to get the new cream and low and behold they never called it in!! My pharmacist being the wonderful woman she is proceeded to call up there spoke to the nurse on why the cream wasn't called in, come to find out the cream was an over the counter medication and I didn't have to go through all of this ridiculousness in the first place!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE THEY ARE INCOMPITENT AND UNCARING!I AM CURRETLY LOOKING FOR A NEW PEDIATRICIAN.

Mariah Vandiver: Rummani doesn't care for anyone's kid. Only cares for the money they bring. Doesn't look at child with detail, she's in and out in 5 minutes. Never answers my questions, always walks around them. Looks at you like you're stupid. Def changing doctors sooner rather than later.

Amanda Marie Johnson: Right now as I type this I am sitting in Children's Hospital of Michigan with my as of today 1 month old baby girl. Monday afternoon I noticed a slight runny nose an Monday evening a tiny cough. By Tuesday afternoon I was taking her to the pediatrician "Dr Rummani" because it seemed to be getting a bit worse but because I hadn't heard of this horrible virus RSV I thought oooh my baby just has the sniffles a simple common cold an everything was fine. Well her not any longer pediatrician Dr Rummani said oooh its just a cold nothing we can do it just has to run its course.... Again not knowing about RSV I regrettably said ok an took my baby home. Well not only did this pediatrician know about this horrible virus an not test my baby for it, she is also WAS also my 6yr old sons Dr. An she FAILED to diagnose him while I was pregnant over 6 weeks ago!!!! So because of that my infant baby girl caught it! I mean seriously..... she didn't even have the decency to tell me that it was going around... Even though she NEW IT WAS! She said it was going around rampid! So that was Tuesday by Wednesday I was panicking an wondering why this "little common cold" had gotten terribly worse an why was it seeming like my baby girl was really struggling to breath?!! Well by first thing Thursday morning we were on our way to the hospital and within minutes of arriving we were being admitted and transferred by ambulance to Children's Hospital. An when we arrived thank god we went when we did because my baby girl was teatering the edge of death! She was put on a ventilator an tubes an wires! My baby girl was so close to death an because this so called doctor didn't test her an didn't tell me at least that it was going around rampid, my baby girl is on a ventilator an I haven't been able to hold, feed, comfort, I can't sleep in the room with my baby girl. we are sleeping on benches an chairs in this hospitals NICU waiting room for 5 days now an we'll be here for another 5 probably, maybe even more. So please everyone remember to wash your hands, don't get in the faces of babies, kids, make sure your older children are washing there hands. This virus is incredibly contagious and can live on surfaces for over a month. An there's nothing to stop these babies from getting it right back again! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!!!

Renee Morabito: Great Doctor with a Great personality too! It is refreshing to get a Doctor with a heart for people! I am very nervous with Doctors and she puts me at ease! So thankful for her!!!
