John Harvey: Received my intention pens today and am very impressed. The pens have the feel of a quality product, and I immediately got the urge to start writing. There is something about the feel of the pen that is inspiring. I loved the notebook too. Very convenient to keep in one's pocket, as you never know when it will come in handy. Nice job of engraving. Shipped quickly.

Pamela Garcia: It's a beautiful pen! I had it monogrammed with intentions to give as a gift to a guy friend but that friendship didn't work out so I lightly sanded off his name & kept it myself! I carry it in my purse. I get compliments on it all the time. I am used to using basic to ugly throw away pens so this pen is a real luxury!
Dominique Rivera: Intention pen, is a quality pen with an air of mystery. It elicits a joy knowing something was created with these quality materials for me. I use my intention pen everyday for journaling. If you are on the fence, it is totally worth it!
John Pangiochi: The pen looks great and the engraving is good. Functionally, the pen is less than the quality I expected. Extending and retracting the cartridge is clumsy and does not always work, properly.

I will start my second year soon and went to learning gizmos. I was so overwhelmed by all the choices but one of the ladies there helped me through all my decisions. She listened to what I wanted and helped me make the best choices. I love how helpful and friendly they are, not to mention the huge selection they have.

WBMW- I AM MY SISTER'S KEEP HER: Lack GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE , EVEN WITH SOMEONE IN BEHIND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER, MOST TIME THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIT CUSTOMER WHO ARE NOT SURE HOW TO USE THEIR PRINTERS TO MAKE COPIES/FAX/SCAN, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER IS ALWAYS CLOSED!!!!

Ryszard LEWANDOWSKY: I will never shop at Office Depot again. I asked the manager of the store where electrical plugs were. She said something which I could not understand and ask her to repeat, and then very angrily she repeated what she said which again I did not understand. I asked a customer near me if he understood what she said and the customer shook his head no I don't understand what she said. I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper. I do not understand the patois spoken. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much

Zakia Ali-James: If i could leave 0 stars I would. The store is unstocked, messy, understaffed, and has no care for customers. Speaking on my experience today since the competent manager was gone, shout out to you for printing my pictures beautifully. Today the printing associate and store manager were absolutely disrespectful, wasted 2 hours of my time, and repeatedly got smart. After trying to force me to use the self service machine for 2 hours she did not know what she was talking about or how the printer worked. Store manager aided in making a scene never aided in helping the competence lacking employee. Save your time and go else where
