T. J. Norwood (Miss T.J.): I feel this service cost too much for them to just place bait and traps. Over $200 and the problem still persists. I could have continued to lay my own traps and bait. I called experts to eliminate the problem not reduce it. I was even supposed to have 2 Followup visits but those apparently don’t come automatically and I have only had 1 follow up visit. The ppl were very nice and politely collected money for a problem that might go away months from now. Not best service or end results for my situation. I will take this a loss on my part for not knowing better. I will not recommend a company that cannot guarantee results.Update to my review after owner comment: my entire basement is not full of trash. I have a huge basement that is empty with only the pantry room being a mess due to the floods don’t try and make it seem like my basement is a complete mess. The pantry room is a very small fraction of the basement. You were aware of this before collecting payment. The room was full at one point which we removed a lot of items but could only move so much at a time with only one trash can to throw stuff away and setting that stuff on the curb was not an option. Your idea of a treatment is sending different people out with no idea of where prior traps were laid then expecting me to show the second person where place bait and traps and only came by twice and if several treatments of laying traps & bait as you put it are in order why am I not on the monthly schedule? Why did y’all skip a month? At this point y’all not follow through. To be honest I thought y’all would spray or lay something to make mice and rats not come here instead you lay bait that attracts all animals.
