She goes into so much detail about the grooming you can tell she is a dedicated professional who knows what she's doing, the same as any hair stylist. I knew I left Jolene in good hands and she came out looking absolutely adorable! I couldn't believe it - the price was reasonable, covid cautious dropoff / pickup was great, service and quality were top notch.I went in today to have a little trimmed on her face and asked about trimming inside the ears and anal glands (yuck) since everyone had been warning me both can create potential issues down the road and you usually don't know until it's too late. She took the time to discuss both in detail (repeating the same thing I was reading on the vet sites so I know she knew what she was talking about) and checked and dealt with both along with the face trim at no extra charge.I'm really Type A so knowing what my labradoodle is going to come out looking like is really reassuring. She went over the cost, how long I should go between appointments, answered all my random maniac dog mom questions and gave me feedback on how she behaved, all of which I really appreciated.I'm so happy I found a groomer we can go to on a regular basis to hopefully keep my little nugget from looking like a muppet :)

I prewarned them as a courtesy that he doesn't like his nails cut, which is why we have them PROFESSIONALY cut. She immediately told me that she wasn't about to get bit and ill need to hold him. Well, like I said before, he fought us because he doesn't like them cut. All he does is groan and move his paws, never once has he snapped at someone the multiple times we've had him groomed. Well they said they would try again after he had his bath. They call me and say he's ready. I ask if he gave them too much grief with his nails "oh I didn't even attempt them, he was being too loud"... What. You're a professional dog groomer. Fine, but we're not going to be charged, right? Nope. Full price. So when my Buddys daddy goes in to pick him up, he says that he is happy to pay for the bath and haircut, and they immediately got rude and began to cuss at him and threaten to call the cops. Ryne said he would be happy to talk to the police, and the owner calmed down and said, well we can attempt to cut them. Finally they did and we came back to pick him up. They didn't hear Ryne walk in and Buddy barked and they said "yeah right, he wouldn't bite". This place is so disgustingly rude and disrespectful to their customers. We take our dogs to groomers to be taken care of, I'm sure Buddy isn't the first one to not like having his nails cut. I'm so beyond disgusted with them. Please stay far away for the safety and wellbeing of your pets.EDITThink what you want. Take your dog here if you want. Reviews are meant to do exactly that - review the experience you had. I had a terrible experience with my 90lb boy. If this place only prefers small dogs, they should state that. I have no problem paying for services actually performed. Or is it usual for people to get paid for doing half of their job? I'd love to work in a place like that! All in all, I'm extremely dissappointed with what I hoped was a groomer I could stay with. Obviously not. They are extremely disrespectful and rude.

I wanted to put my two cents in because as a business owner I would NEVER respond to negative reviews in the manner in which this business owner and her husband have. It just makes you flat out look bad! As a business owner myself I know you have to not sweat the small stuff. At some point in time generally every business is going to encounter a complaint. Lets be real..it happens. However, it's the nature in which you address the problem that counts. It was a such a minor issue that could've been easily handled by this business, but instead they chose to act completely unprofessional. Tisk tisk. I understand you take pride in your business, as do I, but when you are wrong you need to step up and treat your customers right. I have 6 animals myself and I'm glad I see how this business is ran. I'll seek services with one of the MANY other groomers out there. Good luck!

Ryne Warren: Jon terry, *YOU'RE so funny. I am the husband that was in there, you weren't there either so not sure why you are acting like you were. Not once did I call your wife any names. I'm assuming you're the gentlemen she called instead of the police she threatened me with. Which she called because she thought I was not going to pay at all. After I already told her I would gladly pay for the bath and trim but not the nails. I told her to go ahead and call because I would be glad to talk to them. After she saw that little trick didn't bother me, her demeanor changed alot, not mine. Anyway, go ahead and try to make it look like we're the ones that were in the wrong. I would never leave a bad review unless they deserve it. I strongly advise people to not go here, it's not a professional establishment at all. In my experience if a customer is unhappy over something so little you just give them what they want and not argue and cuss at them. Anyway, take your dog here or don't. If you love your dog like a child, like we do ours, I would not.

Crystal Watson: I've been taking my babies King Klaus (Shep/Wolf mix) and Pretty Girl (Big Mastiff, who is in doggie heaven now) to Debbie for 5+ years. King Klaus met Debbie in 2005 when she working at the Fuzzy Friends Salon. The way she treated my baby was like a King, of which he is. Then Pretty Girl came along and she treated her like a Queen, of which she was. When I say treated, I mean pampering.Debbie is very professional and very thorough. She grooms from head to toe. I have nothing but respect for her because of the many personalties of those beautiful pooches she has to deal with. I've seen and watched how she treats them. She's very caring and loving toward them. She understands them.There's one thing I do appreciate about her, if she notices something about your poochs that not right, she will inform you.I have and will continue to recommend Deb to others.Criss from Detroit

Chris Wright: I dropped my Pug off to get groomed and what I got back was a JOKE! They did not cut his nails. He was shedding like he never got brushed. I called the business back and was told that "If I come there and hold him, they will cut his nails". Then she said that the reason why my dog was still shedding was because "He's a Pug and thats what they do". I am going back to Petco where I should have went in the first place!

Dee Lango: Eric did a great job grooming Casper. The only problem was his leash was lost and the owner didn't offer compensation. Eric is the go to groomer if you want a well groomed furry baby!!

Kelly Fleming: The staff is caring and strives to meet the needs of each individual dog. They are great with timid or special needs pets! I recommend to family and friends!!

Robert Palmer: I was a client for 2 years, until recently. Dropped my 2 dogs off, expecting to have same results. Lance left the shop with only 1 groomer. Became concerned after several hours. Went to shop to pick them up, they left my dogs on cages for 8 hours and never did a single cut or shampoo...despicable beyond belief.

Patricia Vaughn: They failed to tell us they cut Big during his appointment. This was found a day after his appt as they placed a bandana around his neck to cover their handy work. We are thankful it was not infected! But the unprofessionalism, poor communication and inability to provide proper care to our pups is unfathomable! After an emergency vet appointments and stitches Big is recovering just fine. Not sure how any business remains afloat with practices displayed here.

Turns out they DO NOT OFFER cat grooming at TWO FRIENDS and the woman (owner?) at the front desk offered me a referral to a CATS ONLY groomer.
